Abstract
Description
Wie bereits angedeutet wurde, kann der mit der Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung in Wirkverbindung stehende Blas- und/oder Sauglufterzeuger als eine in der Förderleistung einstellbar veränderbare Luftfördereinrichtung ausgebildet sein. Vorzugsweise findet hier ein Seitenkanalverdichter mit einem Asynchronmotor Verwendung, wobei dem Asynchronmotor ein einstellbarer Frequenzumrichter zugeordnet ist. Mittels einer derartigen Ausstattung ist es dann möglich, die Drehzahl und somit die Luftfördermenge pro Zeiteinheit über Verändern der Frequenz des Asynchronmotors zu verändern. Bei Verwendung eines entsprechenden Freqenzumrichters erfolgt dies bspw. dadurch, daß dem Frequenzumrichter eine analoge Soll-Spannung vorgegeben wird. Auch kann ein Stromsignal vorgebbar sein oder der Frequenzumrichter weist eine entsprechende Busschnittstelle auf.

Claims (9)
- Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung für eine Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, wobei die Druckmaschine eine Anzahl von Aggregaten wie Anleger, Druckwerke, Bogenführungsmodule, Veredelungseinrichtungen und einen Ausleger aufweist, mit wenigstens einer Blas- und/oder Saugluft erzeugenden Einrichtung, welche über Leitungen mit mehreren Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbrauchern in der Maschine verbunden ist sowie wenigstens einer Steuerung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedem Aggregat (A.1 - A.7) der Druckmaschine (D) eine Luftversorgungseinheit (L.1 - L.7) mit einer Steuerung (9) zugeordnet ist, wobei jede Luftversorgungseinheit (L.1 - L.7) über Leitungen (2) mit den im jeweiligen Aggregat (A.1 - A.7) angeordneten Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbrauchern (5.1 - 5.3) verbunden ist. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Aggregaten (A.1 - A.7) zugeordneten Luftversorgungseinheiten (L.1 - L.7) als Blas- und/oder Sauglufterzeuger (1) jeweils ein steuerbares Gebläse (1.1) aufweisen. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die über die Leitung (2) mit dem Blas- und/oder Sauglufterzeuger (1) der jeweiligen Luftversorgungseinheit (L.1 - L.7) verbundenen Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbraucher (5.1 - 5.3) über Ventile (4.1 - 4.3) einstellbar sind. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Luftversorgungseinheiten (L.1 - L.7) zugeordneten Steuerungen (9) mit einer übergeordneten Steuerung (Leitstandrechner LS) der Druckmaschine (D) verbunden sind. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine der den Aggregaten (A.1 - A.7) zugeordneten Luftversorgungseinheiten (L.1 - L.7) eine Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung (8) mit einer Einrichtung (7) zur Bereitstellung wenigstens eines sich mit dem Druck in der Leitung (2) ändernden Signals aufweist, wobei in Verbindung mit wenigstens einem der Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung (8) vorgebbaren Wert die Förderleistung des Blas- und/oder Sauglufterzeugers (1) zur Erzeugung eines in der Leitung (2) vorgesehenen Druckes einstellbar ist. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens einem der in den Aggregaten (A.1 - A.7) angeordneten Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbraucher (5.1 - 5.3) einer Luftversorgungseinheit (L.1 - L.7) ein fernverstellbares Ventil (4.1 - 4.3) zugeordnet ist. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckmaschine (D) an einer eintourigen Welle umlaufenden Winkelgeber (WG) aufweist, so daß bestimmte Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbraucher (5.1 - 5.3) in bestimmten Aggregaten (A.1 - A.7) bei vorgegebenen Winkelstellungswerten der Maschine ansteuerbar sind. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckmaschine (D) einen mit dem Winkelgeber (WG) und wenigstens einem fernverstellbaren Ventil (4.1 - 4.3) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Rechner (Realtime-Rechner R) aufweist, durch den die dem Ventil (4.1 - 4.3) nachgeschalteten Blas- und/oder Saugluftverbraucher (5.1 - 5.3) bei vorgegebenen Winkelstellungswerten der Maschine ansteuerbar sind. - Blas- und/oder Saugluftversorgung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch den Rechner (Realtime-Rechner R) und einem diesem nachgeschalteten Ventil (4.1 - 4.3) eine der Bogenführung dienende Blasvorrichtung erst nach Passieren der Bogenvorderkante mit Blasluft beaufschlagbar ist.
