Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lamp holder according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • lamp holder of this type is in screw-in threaded ring advantageous, because he is in the provided in the socket body Thread finds a secure hold and when screwing in heavy bulbs appearing in the socket Forces optimally distributed and the lamp well centered.
  • the side contact is from a two-armed Bracket formed, the screwed lamp relatively contacted close to the base of the frame. At least he is if the lamp is not screwed in from the threaded ring electrically isolated. According to a new regulation this is also the lamp for so-called E-40 sockets attacking metallic threads of the socket live his.
  • FIG. 7 shows a similar lamp holder DE 32 13 964 A.
  • the side contact is outside the Threaded ring for direct contact with the thread arranged the lamp itself.
  • the state of the art also includes DE 97 16 649 U.
  • the threaded ring without screwing inserted into the socket body.
  • the side contact is extended to the threaded ring and contacted with one end section the outside of the Threaded ring.
  • the contact is made by means of clamping the side contact through the threaded ring against a smooth-walled lower part of an inner wall of the Version.
  • a lamp holder with a Pot-shaped riveted to the base of the frame Threaded sleeve is also known.
  • the threaded sleeve extends axially Length as opposed to a threaded ring to the socket body bottom and therefore requires relatively a lot of material. Since they are essentially only on the base of the frame is attached, it can be screwed in warp the lamp, causing an oblique or The lamp may skew.
  • the threaded sleeve against the center contact can Fastening the threaded sleeve to the base of the frame body loosen. This also leads to a wobble or The lamp shakes in the socket.
  • the invention solves this problem with the features of claim 1 and is therefore characterized in that that the side contact deflected by the threaded ring against the inner surface the lamp holder is extended towards the threaded ring and that the side contact is substantially L-shaped Strip is formed, the long L-leg held in a groove which extends from the inner surface of the socket body is and essentially in the longitudinal direction of the frame runs and the long L-leg with one end section the outside of the threaded ring under spring tension contacted.
  • the principle of the invention is thus essentially based on the side contact up to the threaded ring lead and an electrical contact between side contact and manufacture threaded ring. This happens in that the threaded ring when screwing in with its Lateral surface against the inner surface of the Frame body deflects and the preloaded contact good conductivity under permanent spring tension on the threaded ring is applied.
  • the lamp socket designated in its entirety with 10 initially consists of a socket body 11. This is cup-shaped with a socket body bottom 12 and a surrounding frame body wall 13. In the context of the invention is mainly to a version the size E 40. Especially get into it heavy bulbs or those with high ignition voltages for use.
  • the lamps are included screwed its base into a threaded ring 14, the previously screwed into the socket body 11 itself was attached.
  • a socket thread 16 is arranged in the inner surface 15 of the socket body wall 13 in the inner surface 15 of the socket body wall 13.
  • the screwed lamp not shown, contacts first make a center contact with their base center 17.
  • This extended End section 22 contacts the outside 23 of the Thread ring 14. The latter in turn contacts the Lamp, causing the circuit to be closed by the lamp is. Through this type of contacting the Threaded ring 14 live.
  • the electrical conductors are from the outside of the socket 10 forth in the socket body bottom 12 out. There are the stripped wire ends recorded in screw terminals 24 with which side contact 20 on the one hand and center contact 17 on the other are connected.
  • the side contact 20 is by a compression spring 25 additionally against the outside 23 of the threaded ring 14 pressed.
  • This compression spring 25 is essentially V-shaped formed with a central portion 26, the on the inner surface 15 of the socket body wall 13 supports and both ends of the side contact 20 are led.
  • the compression spring 25 is attached to the side contact 20. This attachment is for example achieved that a punched out of the side contact 20 Tab 28 around a portion of compression spring 25 is bent around.
  • the free end 29 of the compression spring 25 is close to that free end portion 22 of the side contact 20 only on.
  • the free end portion 22 of the side contact 20 is bent away from the central axis A and forms a sliding slope 30 for the threaded ring 14.
  • the threaded ring 14 leads when screwed in Side contact 20 automatically to the outside, its Return spring force is built up or reinforced.
  • the free one is also expedient End 29 of the compression spring 25 from the socket axis A and thus bent away from the side contact to the outside, so that the end portion 22 makes excellent contact.
  • Threaded ring 14 On an annular end face 31 of the mouth side of the Threaded ring 14 are circumferentially distributed several driver cams 32 arranged, the screwing of the threaded ring 14 facilitate in the socket thread 16. She offer a screwing tool, not shown, when screwing in each to the ring face 31 of the threaded ring 14 essentially perpendicular attack surfaces 33. Bid in the opposite direction the drive cams designed as gable-like forms 32 only an inclined surface 34 to the tool who does not find the tool and therefore the The ring nut cannot be turned back unintentionally.
  • Fig. 2 shows a lamp holder 10 with screwless Terminals 36 on side contact 20 and center contact 17.
  • a compression spring 25 attached to the bottom of the socket body 12 near end 35 compared to that shown in FIG. 1
  • embodiment is extended.
  • the screwless terminal 36 becomes essentially formed by a spring tongue 41, which from the extended Cut 35 end of the compression spring 25 and is molded out of their level.
  • the regarding the Drawing of electrical conductors to be inserted from below encounters the spring tongue 41 engaging in its movement path B. and moves it at least sideways out of the trajectory out. In this case, 41 are restoring forces from the spring tongue exercised, the head against the side contact Press 20 and thus the electrical contact as well as ensure the mechanical fixation.
  • an insertion limit stop 42 is provided.
  • the attachment of the side contact 20 with the extended compression spring 25 in the base 12 takes place in such a way that a at the bottom end 21 of the Side contact 20 arranged web 43 in a pocket 44 engages in the socket body base 12.
  • One from the Compression spring 25 punched out barb-like spring tongue 45 engages behind a recess 46 in the Socket body wall 13.
  • the web 43 and the spring tongue 45 prevent axial displacement in this way of the side contact 20 in the socket body 11.
  • the center contact 17 is also in accordance with that in FIG. 2 shown embodiment attached a spring member 37, that of the extended compression spring 25 on the side contact 20 corresponds.
  • the spring member 37 is below Contacting area 38 of the center contact 17 out and is formed there as a leaf spring 39, which previously described coil spring 19 replaced.
  • the attachment side End 40 of the spring member 37 also acts the formation of the connection as screwless Terminal 36 with, the spring tongue 41 in analog Is punched out of the spring member 37.
  • the side contact 20 or the center contact 17 are preferably made of a good electrically conductive Made of material such as copper or brass.
  • the Compression spring 25 and spring member 37 are preferred from a heat-resistant and permanent spring force guaranteeing material, such as made of a chrome-nickel alloy.
