Claims (5)
- Fördereinrichtung mit Dosierpumpen (5) für die Entnahme von Materialien aus Behältern (1, 2), insbesondere für 2-Komponenten-Anlagen, welche von einem Luftmotor (24) antreibbar ist, mit einem in einem Pumpenzylinder (9) angeordneten und mittels einer Kolbenstange (12, 13) hin und her beweglichen Kolben (11) und mit dem Pumpenzylinder (9) verbundenen Ansaug- und Ausgangsleitungen (3, 4; 20, 21), wobei an jedem Pumpenzylinderende je eine Ansaug- und Ausgangsleitung (3, 4; 20, 21) angeschlossen ist, in jede Ansaug- und Ausgangsleitung (3, 4; 20,21) je ein in gleicher Strömungsrichtung wirkendes Rückschlagventil (15, 16; 17, 18) eingeschaltet ist, die Ansaugleitungen (3, 4) und Ausgangsleitungen (20, 21) jeweils in Strömungsrichtung vor bzw. nach den Rückschlagventilen (15, 16; 17, 18) miteinander verbunden sind und der Luftmotor (5) mit seinem Antriebskolben (29) in axialer Verlängerung der Kolbenstange (12, 13) der Dosierpumpe (5) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Dosierpumpen (5) in axialer Ausrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind, wobei deren Kolbenstangen (12, 13) entweder mit der Kolbenstange (23) des Luftmotors (24) und/oder mit der Kolbenstange (12, 13) benachbarter Dosierpumpen (5) verbunden sind, daß jede Dosierpumpe (5) aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Platten (6, 7) besteht, zwischen denen der den Kolben (11) aufnehmende Pumpenzylinder (9) eingespannt ist und daß die Anschlußbohrungen (14) für die Ansaug- und Ausgangsleitungen (3, 4; 20, 21) in den Platten (6, 7) ausgebildet sind. - Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückschlagventile (15, 16; 17, 18) jeder Dosierpumpe (5) parallel zueinander derart angeordnet sind, daß jedes Rückschlagventil (15, 16; 17, 18) allein aufgrund der Schwerkraft selbsttätig schließbar ist.
- Fördereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückschlagventile (15, 16; 17, 18) unmittelbar in den Anschlußbohrungen (14) der Platten (6, 7) eingesetzt sind.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (6, 7) über Spannstäbe (8) miteinander verbunden sind und die Pumpenzylinder (9) in den Platten abgedichtet sind.
- Fördereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Dosierpumpen (5) ein Luftmotor (24) angeordnet ist.
