Claims (18)
- Verfahren zur Reduktion der Staubablagerung auf einer Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzliche Frischluft über die Oberseite der Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube und der Rohrleitungen geblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frischluft quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung in Richtung zur Triebseite der Papiermaschine hin geblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasmenge einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasrichtung einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Frischluft auf die isolierte Oberfläche der Kompensatoren und/oder Rohrleitungen geblasen wird.
- Vorrichtung an einer Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube zur Reduktion der Staubablagerung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite (12, 12') der Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube (1, 1') mindestens eine Ausblasöffnung (8, 8', 15) zur Luftausblasung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasöffnung ein Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (8, 8') in der Isolierung (7) der Haube (1, 1') angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der mindestens eine Schlitz (8, 8') in Maschinenlaufrichtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung der Schlitze (8, 8') so ausgebildet ist, daß die Luft entlang der Oberseite (12, 12') der Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube (1, 1') geblasen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') in Richtung zur Triebseite (10) geöffnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') in seinem Querschnitt einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') in seiner Richtung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') in der Isolierung (7) einer Hochtemperaturhaube (1, 1') einer Tissuemaschine vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') in der Isolierung der Dunsthaube einer Mehrzylindermaschine vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausblasschlitz (8, 8') mit einem in der Isolierung (7) mitintegrierten Luftverteilsystem (13) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasöffnungen (16) in einer auf der Papiermaschinentrocknungshaube (1, 1') angebrachten Rohrleitung (15, 15') vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich Ausblasrohre (17) vorgesehen sind, die über den Zu- und Ableitungsrohren (16) angeordnet sind.
