Description
- Figur 1:
- eine seitliche Ansicht einer zu einer Produktförderfläche symmetrischen Trocknereinheit für Druckbogen sowie ein Blockschaltbild einer Einrichtung, durch welche der Druckbogen in der Tocknereinheit berührungsfrei auf einer vorgegebenen Soll-Förderfläche gehalten wird, wobei seitliche Gehäusewände von Trocknermodulen weggebrochen sind;
- Figur 2:
- eine axiale Ansicht einer Heiz- und Blasleiste, wie sie in einer Trocknereinheit gemäß Figur 1 verwendbar ist, teilweise transversal geschnitten; und
- Figur 3:
- einen transversalen Schnitt durch eine abgewandelte Heiz- und Blasleiste.
Claims (16)
- Trocknereinheit für bewegte flächige Produkte, insbesondere Druckbogen (12), mit einer Tragstruktur (22), mit einer Mehrzahl auf der Tragstruktur (22) angeordneter Trocknerelemente (24), die insbesondere UV- und/oder IR-Strahler und/oder eine Heißluftquelle (90) umfassen, und mit Blasluftabgabeelementen (36), insbesondere Kühlluftdüsen und/oder Heißluftdüsen, die gegen die Förderfläche (20) der Produkte (12) gerichtete Luftströme (54) erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Satz von Blasluftabgabeelementen (36) auf der einen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordnet ist und ein zweiter identischer Satz von Blasluftabgabeelementen (36) spiegelbildlich zum ersten Satz auf der anderen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordnet ist.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Satz von Trocknerelementen (42) auf der einen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordnet ist und zweiter identischer Satz von Trocknerelementen (42) spiegelbildlich um ersten Satz auf der anderen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordnet ist.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder zwei, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der einen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordneten Trocknerelemente (42) und Luftabgabeelemente (36) auf einem ersten Tragteil (22) der Tragstruktur und die auf der anderen Seite der Förderfläche (20) angeordneten Trocknerelemente (42) und Luftabgabeelemente (36) auf einem zweiten Tragteil (22) der Tragstruktur angeordnet sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragteile (22) und die von ihnen getragenen Trocknerelemente (42) und Luftabgabeelemente (36) symmetrisch zu einer Tragteillängsachse oder zu einer Tragteilquerachse sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der beiden Sätze von Luftabgabeelementen (36) über eine steuerbare Drossel (44, 48) mit einer Druckluftquelle (46) verbunden ist.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Sätze von Luftabgabeelementen (36) jeweils über eine steuerbare Drossel (44, 48) mit der Druckluftquelle (46) verbunden sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mit den Produkten (12) zusammenarbeitenden Stellungsgeber (58) aufweist, dessen Ausgangssignal auf den Istwert-Eingang einer Regelschaltung (60 bis 80) gegeben wird, welche mindestens einen auf eine steuerbare Drossel (44, 48) arbeitenden Stellmotor (82, 83) steuert.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelschaltung einen Fehlersignalkreis (60) aufweist, der mit dem Ausgangssignal des Stellungsgebers (58) und einem Sollagesignal beaufschlagt ist, und daß mit dem Ausgangssignal des Fehlersignalkreises (60) zwei Steuersignalspeicher (66, 68) adressiert werden, in welchen dem Fehlersignal zugeordnete Steuersignale für die auf die beiden steuerbaren Drosseln (44, 48) arbeitenden Stellmotoren (82, 83) abgelegt sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelschaltung einen Verriegelungssteuerkreis (84) aufweist, welcher das Istlagen-Eingangssignal der Regelschaltung (60 bis 80) einfriert, wenn dem Stellungsgeber (58) kein Produkt (12) gegenübersteht oder ein Greifteil einer die Produkte durch die Trocknereinheit (10) bewegenden Fördereinrichtung gegenübersteht.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eingang des Verriegelungssteuerkreises (84) mit dem Ausgang des Stellungsgebers (58) verbunden ist und der Verriegelungssteuerkreis (84) einen Prüfkreis (86) enthält, der dann ein Verriegelungssteuersignal bereitstellt, wenn das Ausgangssignal des Stellungsgebers (58) außerhalb eines vorgegebenen Sollwertfensters liegt.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eingang des Verriegelungssteuerkreises (84) mit dem Ausgang eines Greifteildetektors (86) verbunden ist, der in der Nachbarschaft des Stellungsgebers (58) angeordnet ist, diesem vorzugsweise bezüglich der Produktförderfläche (20) gegenüberliegt, und daß der Verriegelungssteuerkreis (84) ein Verriegelungssteuersignal dann erzeugt, wenn der Greifteildetektor (86) ein die Gegenwart eines Greifteiles (14) abzeigendes Ausgangssignal bereitstellt.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifteildetektor (86) ein auf die Gegenwart von Metallen ansprechender Detektor ist, insbesondere ein nach dem Wirbelstromprinzip arbeitender Metalldetektor.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellungsgeber (58) in auf die Gegenwart von dielektrischen Materialien ansprechender Fühler ist, insbesondere ein auf Papier ansprechender kapazitiver Fühler oder ein mit Ultraschall arbeitender Entfernungsmesser.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einlaufseitige Luftabgabeelemente (36) eine Luftströmung erzeugen, die eine entgegen der Förderrichtung der Produkte (12) gerichtete Geschwindigkeitskomponente haben.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auslaufseitige der Luftabgabeelemente (36) eine Luftströmung erzeugen, die eine zur Förderrichtung der Produkte parallele Geschwindigkeitskomponente haben.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftabgabeelemente durch Bohrungen (36) gebildet sind, welche in Rippen (32, 34) von extrudierten Hohlleisten (26) ausgebildet sind und mit einem inneren Verteilerkanal (30) der Hohlleisten kommunizieren, der seinerseits mit einer Blasluftquelle (46) verbunden ist.
