Definitions
- the invention relates to a skate system Individual elements according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a skate system is for example with the The subject of EP 378 725 became known.
- a Skate system in its conventional form because a so-called Half pipe or a quarter pipe is not shown.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a skate system with individual elements according to the generic term of Claim 1 so that the skate system is modularly expandable and in its form as Half pipe, mini ramp or quarter pipe can be formed.
- An essential feature of the invention is that Building according to the invention now from individual wall shells consists, the wall shells tensile and compressive with each other are connected and on differently shaped floor slabs butt and pull and pressure resistant with these floor panels are connected, so that a modular structure of the entire structure, so that it is possible for the first time this structure in the form of a path in any curve or straight lines on a surface and to support.
- the entire structure is covered with a roof, which Supported roof on the parapet upper edge of the wall shells is.
- the roof skin from a Light construction exists and trained as flexibly as possible is, e.g. B. consists of acrylic glass elements or textiles, membrane-like roof skins.
- this roof skin from one Metal material, especially an aluminum profile created is.
- the invention now provides a structure for the first time, which from individual modular wall shells and There is floor slabs, with a total of one varied sports facility is sufficient, about four different wall bowls with three different base plates to combine to get an approximately hook-shaped path, which offers a variety of sports.
- the individual exist Wall shells and floor slabs made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. It can be provided that the inner, usable Surface of these wall and floor panels with a Plastic mass is coated.
- abutting Wall shells are connected to each other in a tensile and compressive manner, assigned adjustment elements are used, which preferably have a flat steel as a tie rod, the the butt joints by means of bolts bridges and holds together.
- the Joint filler has additional adhesive properties, so that it is the contiguous surfaces of the different wall and floor panels in the direction of pull can hold together.
- each wall shell and the Floor slabs each on at least one individual foundation are set up. This means that you have to line up of the entire structure only a series of individual foundations needed, with each wall shell and each floor slab at least one such foundation is assigned. It is preferred, however, if each bottom plate has four to six Individual foundations are assigned and the wall shell only has a single foundation. This single foundation is used to hold supports, which are longitudinally adjustable lay on the side walls of the respective wall shell and support and brace them with the single foundation. It is preferred if these supports as Steel supports are designed and are infinitely variable in length are adjustable, e.g. B. via corresponding threaded bushings, so that these steel supports also serve as assembly aids serve in the construction of the entire building, namely the Align wall shells in the correct position and with the base plates connect to.
- the respective floor panels are only on an existing on-site and laid in the ground Foundation can be laid without the need there is that the floor panels themselves are connected. Rather, it is provided that the respective base plate is a Row of foundation feet, which in one piece are connected to the floor slab, with each foundation foot rests on a sliding layer that is on the ground embedded foundation is applied. That way ensured that the floor slabs were assigned over Sliding layers on the existing foundations are placed and slidable against them.
- the bottom plate has a fold to accommodate the abutting wall shell, so here a non-positive and positive connection between the wall shell and the base plate is made by said fold.
- the Connection of the respective wall shell with the base plate takes place in the area of the foundation foot, whereby the wall shell with assigned screw connections to the base plate is connected.
- the building 1 according to Figures 1 and 2 consists of a Row of abutting wall shells 2, 3, 16, 17, 19, with a total of four different types of wall shells are present, and each wall shell approximately according to Figure 1 an upper straight section 10a, which one encircling, extending around the entire structure forms vertical edge, this section 10a in a horizontal portion 10b merges, which is a floor surface for the upper part of the ramp.
- the elements formed from the wall shells 19, 20 are each assigned a base plate 18.
- a building 1 becomes strong created different uses, which is characterized in that there is no continuous Foundation needed, but it can be made of precast reinforced concrete erected and supported on individual foundations will. In addition, there is the advantage that this Building is easily roofed.
- a sliding layer 32 is applied to the foundation 13, which, for example, consists of a cement mortar, but which also designed as a steel plate or as a plastic plate can be. It is important that the foundation foot 31 is slidable sits on the foundation 13 embedded in the floor.
- the base plate 4 also has a fold 26, which in the essentially from a horizontal bottom surface 27 and a stop surface 28 adjoining it vertically consists. In this fold 26 engages the front of the Wall shell 2 and is by means of a screw 33 the foundation foot 31 connected to the base plate 4. in the The area of the vertical stop surface 28 is a Groove 29 incorporated, which is designed as an undercut is and which is filled with a filling compound, which tensile and Transfers pressure forces. The groove narrows upwards into one Parting line 30.
- each base plate is a series of such Individual foundations assigned, whereby the floor slabs (e.g. the base plate 4) with corresponding screw elements 25 are connected to the wall shells.
- each recess 34 in the wall shell 2 each have a threaded bolt 36, 37 anchored with its free, upper end protrudes into the recess 34 and the reaches through a hole in a flat steel, which flat steel 38 and the two threaded bolts 36, 27 connects pressure-tight with each other.
- Corresponding nuts are on the threaded bolts 36, 37 arranged that define this flat steel 38.
- the opening opens temporary joint 35 upwards into an undercut groove 29, which is lined with a joint filler and which is in an upper parting line 30 is narrowed.
- the wall shells 2, 3, 16, 17, 19, 20 are by means of two different supports 6, 7 each on a foundation 14 supported.
- a foundation 14 supported.
- These supports 6, 7 are preferably made of steel supports and can be changed in length, that a threaded bushing 39 in a manner known per se Twisting changed the length of the support 6, 7.
- the upper bearing 9 is connected by means of a contact plate, which is preferred is designed as a steel plate 40, the steel plate 40 with assigned elements in the material of the wall shell is anchored.
- the transition between the horizontal Section 10a of the wall shell and the ramp section 11 with a tube 49 is formed, the tube 49 over Tie rod 50 with the back of the respective wall shell is connected (see Figure 7).
- the tie rod is in here guided a sleeve 51 and is by means of a screw 52 on the rear shell of the wall shell 2 in a recess added.
- the roof 41 of the building essentially consists of a Roof skin 45, which is stretched over a support structure.
- the Stand structure essentially consists of one biased main beam 42 which is at the upper end of Support beams 44 is arranged, which support beam 44 with the upper, circumferential section 10a of the wall shell by means of Contact plates 43 are connected.
