Claims (13)
- Ferrure (1) de verrouillage pour ouvrant coulissant (2) de porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant un boítier (3) à l'intérieur duquel se déplace longitudinalement un ensemble coulissant (4a) comprenant un porte-pêne (4) et actionné au moyen d'un organe de manoeuvre (5), et deux organes de fixation (7, 8 ; 71, 82) adaptés respectivement à être mis en place à une extrémité correspondante (9, 10) du boítier (3) et à être insérés avec le boítier (3) à l'intérieur d'une ouverture (11) de l'ouvrant (2), chacun de ces organes (7, 8 ; 71, 82) comportant, pour fixer ledit boítier (3) à l'ouvrant (2), des moyens adaptés à venir en prise avec le chant (12, 13) correspondant de la lumière (11) de l'ouvrant (2) et avec le bord interne (14, 15) dudit chant (12, 13), et des moyens pour venir en prise avec le boítier (3) de façon à appliquer contre la face (16) de l'ouvrant (2) dans laquelle est ménagée la lumière (11), une plaque extérieure (17) solidaire du boítier (3) et adaptée à recouvrir ladite lumière (11), caractérisée en ce que un premier (7, 71) au moins des organes de fixation (7, 8 ; 71, 82) comporte une partie au moins adaptée à s'effacer de façon élastique dans la direction longitudinale (18) du boítier (3) dans le sens (21) vers le centre du boítier (3) pour permettre son passage à travers la lumière (11) de l'ouvrant (2) et à revenir de façon élastique dans l'autre sens (22) pour venir en prise avec le chant correspondant (12) de la lumière (11).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie adaptée à s'effacer de façon élastique comporte une rampe (23, 74) orientée de façon à s'étendre du fond (24) du boítier (3) vers la plaque extérieure (17) de celui-ci et longitudinalement dans le sens (22) de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur du boítier (3) et adaptée à prendre appui sur le chant correspondant (12) de la lumière (11) pour coulisser dans le sens (21) vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) quand l'on presse la ferrure (1) contre les bords de la lumière (11) de l'ouvrant (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la rampe (23, 74) se termine à proximité de la face interne (25) de la plaque extérieure (17) par une partie formant un dièdre saillant (26, 79) se prolongeant par une seconde rampe (27, 80) dirigée dans le sens (21) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) et se terminant par un épaulement rentrant (28, 81) adaptés à venir en prise respectivement, l'épaulement rentrant (28, 81) avec le chant correspondant (12) de la lumière (11) et la seconde rampe (27, 80) avec le bord interne (14) dudit chant (12) lors du retour élastique de la rampe (23, 74).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier organe (71) est d'une seule pièce sensiblement en forme de U, et comporte deux branches (72, 73) reliées l'une à l'autre par une âme formant une rampe (74), les deux branches (72, 73) du U pouvant être rapprochées élastiquement l'une de l'autre, une première branche (72) étant adaptée à prendre appui sur le fond (24) du boítier (3) et la seconde branche (73) étant adaptée à prendre appui sur la face interne (25) de la plaque extérieure (17) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la première branche (72) comporte des moyens pour venir en prise avec le boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite première branche (72) comporte des bras (75, 76) s'étendant longitudinalement et adaptés à être rapprochés l'un de l'autre élastiquement pour être introduits longitudinalement à l'intérieur du boítier (3), chaque bras (75, 76) comportant sur sa face adjacente à la paroi latérale longitudinale (30, 31) correspondante du boítier (3) au moins un élément (77) en saillie transversalement vers l'extérieur du boítier (3) adapté à s'encliqueter dans un orifice (78) correspondant de la paroi latérale longitudinale (30, 31) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe de fixation (7) est mobile longitudinalement à l'intérieur du boítier (3) contre l'action d'un ressort monté à l'intérieur du boítier (3) de manière à s'effacer pour permettre l'introduction du boítier (3) dans la lumière (11) de l'ouvrant (2).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe de fixation (7) comporte des moyens adaptés à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires du boítier (3) de façon à autoriser l'insertion au moins partielle du premier organe de fixation (7) à l'intérieur du boítier (3), et à empêcher le retrait dudit organe (7) après son insertion sans gêner le coulissement longitudinal dudit premier organe de fixation (7) par rapport au boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe de fixation (7) comprend deux rainures longitudinales (34, 35) ménagées sur ses parois latérales longitudinales et adaptées à recevoir respectivement deux languettes (36, 37) en saillie transversalement vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) et constituées par exemple par deux crevés (38, 39) ménagés sur les parois latérales longitudinales (30, 31) du boítier (3) après l'insertion du premier organe de fixation (7).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (29) a une extrémité longitudinale qui pénètre dans un évidement (42) ménagé dans la face (43) du premier organe de fixation (7) tournée dans le sens (21) vers le contre du boítier (3), et son autre extrémité longitudinale qui est en butée contre au moins une languette d'arrêt (44) en saillie transversalement vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) et constituée par exemple par un crevé (45) ménagé sur l'une des parois latérales longitudinales (30, 31) du boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un second organe de fixation (82) formant butée fixe et comprenant :des moyens pour venir en prise avec le chant correspondant (13) de la lumière (11) et le bord interne (15) dudit chant (13) ;des moyens adaptés à venir en butée contre la paroi d'extrémité correspondante (10) du boítier (3) ;un corps central (49) adapté à pénétrer à l'intérieur du boítier (3) ;des moyens adaptés à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires du boítier (3) pour permettre l'insertion du corps central (49) à l'intérieur du boítier (3) et pour interdire le retrait du corps central (49) après son insertion.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le corps central (49) comporte sur l'une au moins de ses faces latérales longitudinales (53, 54) une rainure (55, 56) adaptée à recevoir une languette (27, 58) en saillie transversalement vers l'intérieur du boítier (3) et constituée par exemple par un crevé (59, 60) ménagé sur la paroi latérale longitudinale correspondante (30, 31) du boítier (3) après insertion du corps central (49) à l'intérieur dudit boítier (3).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que le corps central (49) se prolonge par au moins un bras (61, 62) s'étendant longitudinalement le long du fond (24) du boítier (3), et en ce que chaque bras (61, 62) comporte sur sa face tournée vers la plaque extérieure (17) deux conformations (63) situées à une distance prédéterminée l'une de l'autre et adaptées chacune à recevoir une conformation complémentaire (64) d'une patte (65) du porte-pêne (4) s'appuyant élastiquement sur ladite face et solidaire du porte-pêne (4) de façon à matérialiser les deux positions stables déverrouillée et verrouillée du porte-pêne (4) à l'intérieur du boítier (3).
