Claims (13)
- Ferrure (1) avec pêne (7, 34, 52) réglable pour ouvrant coulissant (3) de porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comportant un porte-pêne (4, 47, 61, 71) présentant au moins une fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73) adaptée à recevoir la queue (6, 33, 51) d'un pêne (7, 34, 52) portant au moins un crochet (8), le porte-pêne (4, 47, 61, 71) étant adapté à coulisser dans la direction transversale (9) de la fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73) pour amener le crochet (8) du pêne (7, 34, 52) en prise avec une gâche (10) du dormant et pour libérer le crochet (8) de la gâche (10), le pêne (7, 34, 52) étant adapté à coulisser dans la direction longitudinale (11) de la fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73) pour permettre le réglage du pêne (7, 34, 52) par rapport à ladite gâche (10), le porte-pêne (4, 47, 61, 71) comportant au moins un trou taraudé (12) d'axe (13) perpendiculaire aux parois (14, 15) de la fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73) et adapté à recevoir une vis de blocage (16, 35) pour bloquer la queue (6, 33, 51) du pêne (7, 34, 52) contre la paroi (14) opposée à la vis (16, 35), de la fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73) du porte-pêne (4, 47, 61, 71), caractérisée en ce que la queue (6, 33, 51) du pêne (7, 34, 52) comporte au moins une lumière (21, 31, 57, 58) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (11) de la fente (5, 46, 62, 63, 64, 72, 73), et en ce que la vis (16, 35) est adaptée à prendre appui sur au moins un des bords (22, 23, 38, 39) de la lumière (21, 31, 57, 58).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la queue (6, 33) du pêne (7, 34) comporte une lumière (21, 31) centrée sur l'axe médian (24) de la queue (6, 33) du pêne (7, 34), ou deux lumières (57, 58) symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport audit axe médian (59), en ce que le pêne (7, 34, 52) comporte deux crochets (8a, 8b) en saillie dans des sens opposés dans la direction transversale (9) de la queue (6, 33, 51) du pêne (7, 34, 52), et en ce que la queue (6, 33, 51) du pêne (7, 34, 52) est reliée aux crochets (8a, 8b) par une âme (26, 56) généralement contre-coudée.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, la queue (6, 33) du pêne (7, 34) comportant une lumière (21, 31), caractérisée en ce que les bords longitudinaux (22, 23 ; 38, 39) de la lumière (21, 31) présentent des dents (25, 37) en saillie vers le bord opposé (23, 22 ; 39, 38).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la lumière (31) débouche sur le bord arrière (32) de la queue (33) du pêne (34) opposée aux crochets (8a, 8b), et en ce que la vis (35) présente à son extrémité libre adaptée à venir en contact avec la queue (33) du pêne (34) une forme tronconique en pointe (35a) se continuant par une partie cylindrique (36) de petit diamètre adaptée à passer entre les dents (37) de la lumière (31) et se terminant par une collerette (40) adaptée à être retenue de l'autre côté de la queue (33) du pêne (34) par rapport à la vis (35).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'axe (13) du trou taraudé (12) est décalé par rapport à l'axe médian (24) de la lumière (21) d'une distance (D) juste suffisante pour permettre de prendre appui sur les dents (25) d'un bord (22) de la lumière (21) au moyen d'un outil introduit dans le trou taraudé (12) pour déplacer la queue (6) du pêne (7) dans la direction longitudinale (11).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pêne (71) comporte deux fentes (72, 73) parallèles l'une à l'autre et espacées l'une de l'autre dans la direction (13) perpendiculaire aux parois des fentes (72, 73), et en ce que le trou taraudé (12) est adapté à recevoir des vis (16, 35) de longueurs différentes suivant que la queue (6, 33) du pêne (7, 34) à bloquer est située dans l'une ou l'autre des fentes (72, 73).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la paroi (45) de la fente (46) du porte-pêne (47) opposée au trou taraudé (12) comporte une partie amincie (48) présentant un élément (49) légèrement en saillie vers l'intérieur de la fente (46) et s'étendant dans la direction transversale (9) de la fente (46) d'une longueur telle que cet élément (49) affleure la pointe (50) des dents (25) de la lumière (21).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la queue (51) du pêne (52) présente trois bras (53, 54, 55) s'étendant depuis l'âme (56) du pêne (52) dans la direction longitudinale (11) et ménageant entre eux deux lumières (57, 58) symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport à l'axe médian (59) de la queue (51) du pêne (52).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les lumières (57, 58) débouchent sur le bord arrière (60) du pêne (52) opposé à l'âme (56), et en ce que le porte-pêne (61) comporte trois fentes (62, 63, 64) situées dans le même plan et adaptées à recevoir respectivement un bras correspondant (53, 54, 55) de la queue (51) du pêne (52).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que chacun des deux bras extérieurs (53, 55) présente sur un bord (53a, 55a ; 53b, 55b) au moins deux crans (65, 66) opposés l'un à l'autre et en saillie du même côté par rapport audit bord (53a, 55a ; 53b, 55b) dans la direction transversale (9), et en ce que le porte-pêne (61) comporte un second trou (67) permettant l'introduction d'un outil pour prendre appui sur l'un ou l'autre des crans (65, 66) du bord correspondant (53a, 55a ; 55a, 55b) afin de déplacer la queue (51) du pêne (52) dans un sens ou dans l'autre.
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le porte-pêne (61) est en matière plastique et comporte un insert métallique (68) dans lequel sont ménagés le trou taraudé (12) et une fente (69) adaptée à recevoir le bras central (54) de la queue (51) du pêne (52).
- Porte-pêne, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adapté à être monté sur une ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
- Pêne, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adapté à être monté sur un porte-pêne selon la revendication 12 et sur une ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
