Abstract
Description
- les moyens de montage comprenant, d'une part,
au moins un organe de fixation dans l'orifice taraudé correspondant et disposé au-dessous de la seconde extrémité du corps et, d'autre part, au moins un organe d'emboítement dans un évidement ménagé sur l'élément fixe (5) dans l'axe dudit orifice taraudé, - ledit organe de fixation est formé par deux pions parallèles, disposés chacun au-dessous d'une extrémité d'une plaque s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan du corps, chaque pion comportant des ailettes périphériques et, à son extrémité libre, un cône de centrage dans l'orifice taraudé correspondant, et en ce que ledit organe d'emboítement est formé par deux épaulements disposés chacun au-dessous de la plaque dans l'axe du pion correspondant,
- ledit organe de fixation est formé par un pion et une vis parallèles, disposés chacun au-dessous d'une extrémité d'une plaque s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan du corps, ledit pion comportant des ailettes périphérique et, à son extrémité libre, un cône de centrage dans l'orifice taraudé correspondant et en ce que ledit organe d'emboítement est formé par deux épaulements disposés chacun au-dessous de la plaque dans l'axe respectivement du pion et de la vis,
- le moyen de guidage est formé par une fente en forme de V s'étendant sur une partie de la longueur du corps et dont l'ouverture est située au niveau de la première extrémité dudit corps,
- le moyen de retenue est formé par une languette élastique s'étendant au-dessus du corps,
- la languette élastique est inclinée en direction de la seconde extrémité du corps,
- le corps est en matière plastique moulée.
- la Fig.1 est une vue en perspective d'un premier mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fermeture provisoire conforme à l'invention,
- la Fig. 2 est une vue schématique en perspective de la face interne d'un élément ouvrant destiné à être maintenu en position de fermeture par le dispositif de fermeture provisoire,
- la Fig. 3 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un élément fixe d'une carrosserie destinée à recevoir le dispositif de fermeture provisoire,
- la Fig. 4 est une vue en perspective d'un second mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de fermeture provisoire conforme à l'invention,
- les Figs. 5 et 6 sont des vues en coupe transversale montrant le maintien de l'élément ouvrant par le dispositif de fermeture provisoire.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de fermeture provisoire d'un élément ouvrant (1) sur un élément fixe (5) d'une carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile, ledit élément ouvrant (1) comportant un logement (2) destiné à recevoir une serrure et ledit élément fixe (5) comportant au moins un orifice taraudé (6) de fixation d'une gâche, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps (11) en matière plastique et en forme de lame muni de moyens (13 ; 16 ; 17) de montage dans ledit orifice taraudé (6) et comportant, à une première extrémité (11a), un moyen (18) de guidage destiné à coopérer avec un rebord (3) du logement (2) lors de la fermeture de l'élément ouvrant (1) et, à une seconde extrémité (11b), un moyen (19) de retenue dudit élément ouvrant (1) dans sa position de fermeture contre l'élément fixe (5) et destiné à pénétrer à l'intérieur du logement (2) derrière un autre rebord (4) dudit logement (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de montage comprennent, d'une part, au moins un organe de fixation (13 ; 17) dans l'orifice taraudé (6) correspondant et disposé au-dessous de la seconde extrémité (11b) du corps (11) et, d'autre part, au moins un organe d'emboítement (16) dans un évidement (7) ménagé sur l'élément fixe (5) dans l'axe dudit orifice taraudé (6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de fixation est formé par deux pions (13) parallèles, disposés chacun au-dessous d'une extrémité d'une plaque (12) s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan du corps (11), chaque pion (13) comportant des ailettes périphérique (14) et, à son extrémité libre, un cône de centrage (15) dans l'orifice taraudé correspondant, et en ce que ledit organe d'emboítement est formé par deux épaulements (16) disposés chacun au-dessous de la plaque (12) dans l'axe du pion (13) correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de fixation est formé par un pion (13) et une vis (17) parallèles, disposés chacun au-dessous d'une extrémité d'une plaque (12) s'étendant perpendiculairement au plan du corps (11), ledit pion (13) comportant des ailettes périphériques (14) et, à son extrémité libre, un cône de centrage (15) dans l'orifice taraudé (6) correspondant et en ce que ledit organe d'emboítement est formé par deux épaulements (16) disposés chacun au-dessous de la plaque (12) dans l'axe respectivement du pion (13) et de la vis (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage est formé par une fente (18) en forme de V s'étendant sur une partie de la longueur du corps (11) et dont l'ouverture (18a) est située au niveau de la première extrémité (lla) dudit corps (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyens de retenue est formé par une languette élastique (19) s'étendant au-dessus du corps (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la languette élastique (19) est inclinée en direction de la seconde extrémité (11b) du corps (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) est en matière plastique moulée.
