Claims (3)
- System zur optischen Darstellung von Verkehrsinformationen, die für ein Verkehrsgebiet über ein Broadcast-Medium an ein Endgerät eines Benutzers übermittelt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Endgerät aus einem herkömmlichen Rechnersystem (9) mit einem Bildschirmgerät (12) besteht,daß das Rechnersystem (9) mit einem Software-Programm zur Darstellung einer digitalen Straßenkarte des Verkehrsgebietes versehen ist unddaß an das Rechnersystem (9) ein Zusatzgerät (1) angeschlossen ist, das aus folgenden Einheiten besteht:eine Empfängereinheit (3),eine Antenne (2),eine Prozessoreinheit (4) undeine Chip-Leseeinheit (5),wobei das Zusatzgerät (1) durch Einführen eines ordnungsgemäßen Chips (7) in Empfangsbereitschaff versetzbar ist und empfangene Verkehrsmeldungen in einen seriellen Datenstrom umwandelt, der durch das Software-Programm als visuelle Verkehrsinformation mit Symbolen und/oder verbalen Bezeichnungen und/oder Zahlenangaben ortsgerecht in einer Straßenkarte auf dem Bildschirm (12) darstellbar ist. - System nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Software-Programm im Sinne eines Bildschirmschoners die Verkehrsinformation während derjenigen Zeiten dynamisch darbietet, in denen das Rechnersystem nicht aktiv vom Benutzer genutzt wird. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Software-Programm eine Zoom-Funktion vorgesehen ist, mittels derer der Benutzer gezielt vergrößerte Landkartenausschnitte für die Darstellung auf dem Bildschirm auswählen kann.
