Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the known rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device shows a planetary gear with a fixed planet carrier, which is connected to the housing.
- the nozzle holder with the axially biased nozzle in the direction of the seal by means of a spring element extends like a kind of sleeve around the planetary gear and forms the ring gear of the planetary gear. This has the fluidic advantages explained there.
- the construction is structurally complex and should be simplified.
- a rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device without a gear which the nozzle is arranged in a stilt which itself is inclined to the axis of rotation of the Turbine rotor is aligned in the housing and with a spherical front End in a pan that is open in the middle and held on the housing at the opposite rear end from one connected to the turbine runner, Driven arranged at a radial distance from the axis of rotation becomes.
- This driver allows a free rotation about the longitudinal axis of the stilt Stilt relative to the driver.
- the purpose of this free rotation is that the support surface the stilt in the pan-like seal may not match the same very high speed of the turbine rotor itself rotates. This speed is below Under certain circumstances even so high that it must be limited by braking elements.
- this construction shows centrifugal brake elements (EP - B - 0 252 261).
- a rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device (DE-C-44 33 646), in which the nozzle arranged in a kind of stilt as a nozzle carrier directly from the cleaning fluid, i.e. fluid mechanically, not driven by gear technology becomes.
- the nozzle holder has a radially outward at the rear end protruding, rotatably mounted rolling ring, which is located on the housing inner wall rolls. This also makes sense, the self-rotation of the Nozzle body from the rotation of the nozzle body in contact with the housing inner wall to decouple to prevent wear on the pan-like seal reduce.
- the invention is based on the object, the known rotor nozzle explained at the outset to simplify the design with planetary gears.
- the task outlined above is in the rotor nozzle with the Features of the preamble of claim 1 by the features of the characterizing Part of claim 1 solved.
- the end of the nozzle carrier forms the bearing axis of the planet gear of the planetary gear. So you have one to the minimum reduced planetary gear, in which the bearing of the planet gear on the End of the nozzle holder, which acts as an axis in this respect, in a simple manner Decoupling of the inherent rotation of the nozzle carrier during operation from the Orbital rotation of the nozzle carrier in accordance with the reduction ratio of the Gearbox is guaranteed.
- the planetary gear will be designed as a gear transmission. In principle, however, it is also possible to use the planetary gear as a friction gear, for example with a hard rubber roller as a planet gear on the end of the nozzle holder perform.
- a rotor nozzle of the type in question is usually at the top a cleaning lance, not shown here, of a high-pressure cleaning device.
- the rotor nozzle shown has a two-part housing 1, which consists of an inlet part 1a and an outlet part 1b, which is screwed together and sealed against each other are.
- the inlet part 1a has a water inlet 2, the outlet part 1b one Water outlet 3 on.
- an inner cavity is formed, in which a Turbine rotor 4 is located.
- a flow insert is used to flow against the turbine rotor 4 5, which corresponds to the water entering at the water inlet 2 Channels on the turbine rotor 4.
- a nozzle carrier 6 with a nozzle 7 is arranged downstream of the turbine rotor 4, whose exit axis forms an acute angle with the axis of rotation of the turbine rotor 4 includes.
- the nozzle carrier 6 with the nozzle 7 is opened by the turbine runner 4 a circular path around its axis of rotation (translation on a circular path) that the jet of cleaning liquid emerging from the nozzle 7 on a cone jacket circulates.
- the nozzle holder 6 is elongated, stilt-like and the Nozzle 7 is inserted as a separate part in the nozzle carrier 6. There are reasons for that Material selection. Basically, it would also be possible that the nozzle 7 in the nozzle carrier 6 is integrally formed.
- the drive movement of the turbine rotor 4 is reduced considerably Transfer speed to the nozzle carrier 6, namely through a planetary gear.
- This consists of a connected to the turbine rotor 4 sun 8, which in illustrated embodiment in the middle of a flow channel 9 for the under high Has pressure flowing water.
- a planet gear 10 with the sun gear 8 meshes, and a ring gear 11 in which the planet gear 10 rolls.
- the nozzle 7 With a spherical front end formed on it, the nozzle 7 is supported in a open in the middle, attached to the housing 1 pan-like seal 12.
- the seal 12 itself is made of highly wear-resistant material and itself inserted again in an insert 13 at the water outlet 3.
- the ring gear 11 of the planetary gear is arranged on the inside of the housing 1, in the illustrated embodiment on a gear insert 14 which between Inlet part 1a and outlet part 1b of the housing 1 is inserted and jammed.
- the Ring gear 11 can also be formed on the inside of the housing 1.
- the nozzle holder 6 is arranged inclined in the direction of the outlet axis of the nozzle 7.
- On the Nozzle carrier 6 is the planet gear at the rear end facing away from the spherical end 10 of the planetary gear rotatably mounted.
- a rapid rotation of the turbine rotor 4 causes the reduction ratio of the planetary gear, for example a reduction ratio of 6: 1, accordingly reduced a slow rotation of the planet gear 10 by the Turbine rotor 4 connected, with its speed rotating sun gear 8. This causes the water jet ejected from the nozzle 7 in the nozzle carrier 6 to circulate on a cone jacket.
- the structure of the rotor nozzle shown is despite the use of a reduction gear in the form of a planetary gear extremely easy.
- the nozzle carrier 6 supported planet gear 10 with at least one further planet gear, preferably two other planet gears that run freely, preferably in a planet carrier, is combined.
- the side pressure on the sun gear 8 through the planet gear 10 would be compensated for what is technically appropriate in terms of transmission technology.
- the illustrated embodiment shows the planetary gear as a gear transmission. In a similar way, it could also be designed as a friction gear, for example with the planet gear 10 designed as a hard rubber roller on the end of the nozzle holder 6 is rotatably mounted.
- the Nozzle 7 in the nozzle carrier 6 cannot be rotated about its own longitudinal axis, but in the axial direction be slidably disposed relative to the nozzle carrier 6.
- the rotatability of the Nozzle 7 in the nozzle holder 6 is due to the possible rotation of the nozzle holder 6 compared to the planet gear 10 is not necessary.
- the axial displaceability of the nozzle 7 in the nozzle carrier 6 has the advantages already explained in the prior art in terms of operation and manufacturing tolerance. Also a preload using a spring element in a manner known from the prior art could be provided his.
- a flow insert 5 is provided, which at the water inlet 2nd incoming water via appropriate channels on the turbine rotor 4, and that the number and arrangement of the water passages in the flow insert 5 different can be selected, if necessary by selecting different flow inserts 5 so as to determine the rotational speed and rotational speed of the turbine rotor 4.
