Claims (11)
- Transportsicherung (10) an Schlössern oder Treibstangenbeschlägen, die eine Ausnehmung für einen schlüsselbetätigbaren Profilzylinder haben, in die ein profilzylinderförmiger Grundkörper (11) eingebaut ist, der einen mit einer Schließnase (12) versehenen Schließnasenkörper (13) drehbar lagert, der mit einer Eingriffsausnehmung (14) für ein Verdrehbetätigungselement versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsausnehmung (14) in einem vom Schließnasenkörper (13) separaten Eingriffsteil (15) angeordnet ist, das mit dem Schließnasenkörper (13) bei einem vorbestimmten Betätigungsmoment abbrechbar verbunden ist.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließnasenkörper (13) eine bohrungsartige Längsausnehmung (16) hat, in der gleichachsig ein rohrartiges Eingriffsteil (15) angeordnet und mit dem Schließnasenkörper (13) über abbrechbare Verbindungsstege (17) verbunden ist.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließnasenkörper (13) und das Eingriffsteil (15) über dieselbe Länge angeordnet sind.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abbrechbaren Verbindungsstege (17) kürzer sind, als das Eingriffsteil (15).
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abbrechbaren Verbindungsstege (17) mit gleichem Abstand zwischen den Stirnflächen (18) des Eingriffsteils (15) und/oder mit gleichem Abstand über dessen Umfang verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abbrechbaren Verbindungsstege (17) dünner sind, als die Wand (19) des rohrartigen Eingriffsteils (15).
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Abstand des Eingriffsteils (15) vom Schließnasenkörper (13) größer ist, als die Wanddicke des Eingriffsteils (15).
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rohrartige Eingriffsteil (15) innen unrund und/oder mehrkantförmig ausgebildet ist und/oder an seinen Stirnflächen (18) Eingriffsschlitze (20) aufweist.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bohrungsartige Längsausnehmung (16) des Schließnasenkörpers (13) eine Verdrehkräfte einzuleiten gestattende Querschnittsgestaltung aufweist.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsausnehmung (16) kreiszylindrisch ausgebildet ist und Eingriffsausnehmungen (21) mit den Kantenformen von Mehrkanten entsprechender Querschnittsgestaltung aufweist.
- Transportsicherung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abbrechbaren Verbindungsstege (17) zum Schließnasenkörper (13) verjüngt ausgebildet sind.
