Description
Ziehkettengeschwindigkeit mitgenommen und laufen mit der Ziehkette um.

Wie die Fig. 4 zeigt, besteht die Ziehkette 1 aus den Kettengliedern 2a, 2b usw. Die Kettenglieder 2a, 2b sind so ausgeführt, daß sie gelenkig ineinandergreifen und eine ebene Rückseite 14 bilden, die auf den Rollenelementen 6 abrollt. Ebenso liegen die das Ziehgut greifenden Spannbacken 15 dicht hintereinander, wodurch sich die Ziehkraft besser auf das Ziehgut aufbringen läßt. Im Bereich der Antriebskettenräder 5a und 5b wird die Führungsbahn 10 hindurchgeführt, so daß die Rollenelemente 6 auch hier eine Führung haben.

Claims (6)
- Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren mittels segmentförmiger, an zwei in einer Ebene liegenden Ziehketten synchron vorwärtsbewegter Ziehwerkzeuge, die auf starren Führungen abrollend in einer endlosen Schleife so geführt werden, daß sich jeweils gegenüberliegende Ziehwerkzeuge an das Ziehgut anpressen und dieses über Reibschluß mitnehmen, wobei die Anpreßkräfte der Ziehwerkzeuge in dem Bereich, in dem die Werkzeuge mit dem Rohr in Kontakt treten, über lasttragende Rollen abgestützt werden, die in einer endlosen Schleife zwischen der inneren Oberfläche der Zugglieder und der starren Führung mitgenommen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils zwei an beiden Enden über Laschen (9) miteinander verbundene, auf Bolzen (8) gelagerte Rollen (7) zu einem wagenartigen Rollenelement (6) zusammengefaßt sind, von denen eine Vielzahl stirnseitig lose aneinanderliegend in einer endlosen Führungsbahn (10) aufgenommen wird, die in der Ebene der Ziehketten (1) umläuft und die Rollenelemente (6) auf ihrem gesamten Umlauf und zwischen der ebenen Rückseite der Ziehkette (1) und der starren Führung (Führungsbahn 10) hindurch führt. - Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsbahn (10) mit seitlichen Führungsleisten (12,13) versehen sind, die die Laschen (9) der Rollenelemente (6) auf der der Führungsbahn (10) abgewandten Seite mindestens teilweise umgreifen. - Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsbahn (10) für jeweils zwei nebeneinander geführte Rollenelemente (6) ausgebildet ist, zwischen denen eine die einander zugewandten Laschen (9) beider Rollenelemente (6) mindestens teilweise übergreifende Führungsleiste (11) angeordnet ist. - Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Ausbau der Rollenelemente (6) mindestens eine der Führungsleisten (11,12,13) entfernbar ist. - Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere Rollen (7) eines Rollenelementes (6) auf einem Bolzen (8) nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Kettenziehmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stirnflächen der Laschen (9) jedes Rollenelementes (6) als Anlageflächen für benachbarte Rollenelemente (6) abwechselnd konvex und konkav gestaltet sind, wobei die Radien der Stirnflächen entsprechend den Umlenkradien der Rollenelemente (6) gewählt sind.
