Claims (8)
- Verschluß (1) mit einem an einer Tür oder einem Fenster anbringbaren Schließkasten (2), in dem mindestens ein über eine Handhabe (4.2) betätigbaren Riegel (2.3) und eine diesen zwischen einer Schließstellung, in der der Riegel (2.3) aus dem Schließkasten (2) ausgerückt ist, und einer Öffnungsstellung, in der der Riegel (2.3) in den Schließkasten (2) eingeschoben ist, hin und her bewegende, mit der Handhabe (4.2) betätigbare Steuereinrichtung aufgenommen sind, und mit einem an einem Rahmen dem Schließkasten (2) gegenüber anbringbaren Eingriffgehäuse (3), in das der zumindest eine Riegel (2.3) in der Schließstellung eingeführt ist,mit einem den Riegel (2.3) sperrenden Halteelement (3.5),
dadurch gekennzeichnetdaß der Riegel (2.3) in der Schließstellung an dem in dem Eingriffgehäuse (3) vorgesehenen zugeordneten Halteelement (3.5) durch Drehen der Handhabe (4.2) automatisch einrastet, so daß ein Bewegen des Riegels (2.3) mit der Handhabe (4.2) in die Öffnungsstellung blockiert ist,daß zum Aufheben der Rastverbindung ein gegen eine Federvorspannung aus einer nur einen Ruhelage auslenkbares Betätigungselement (3.4) vorgesehen ist,daß der Riegel (2.3) mittels der Handhabe (4.2) nur in die Öffnungsstellung bewegbar ist, wenn gleichzeitig das Betätigungselement (3.4) in seiner die Rastverbindung aufhebenden Stellung gehalten ist, unddaß das Betätigungselement (3.4) auf der von der Tür, dem Fenster bzw. dem Rahmen abgewandten Oberseite des Schließkastens (2) bzw. des Eingriffgehäuses (3) angeordnet und mit der die Handhabe (4.2) bedienenden Hand betätigbar ist. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Handhabe (4.2) in einem auf den Schließkasten (2) montierten Griff (4.2) besteht unddaß das Betätigungselement (3.4) an dem Schließkasten (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei der mindestens eine Riegel (2.3) federvorgespannt und mittels des Betätigungselements auslenkbar ist und das zugeordnete Halteelement (3.5) im Eingriffgehäuse (3) fest angeordnet ist, oder daß das Betätigungselement (3.4) an dem Eingriffgehäuse (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei das mindestens eine Halteelement (3.5) gegen eine Federvorspannung mittels des Betätigungselements (3.4) auslenkbar gelagert ist. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Betätigungselement (3.4) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Oberseite des Eingriffgehäuses (3) bzw. des Schließkastens (2) eindrückbar ist. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Betätigungselement (3.4) ein bolzenförmiges Teil (3.41) mit einem auf seiner von der Oberseite des Schließkastens (2) bzw. Eingriffgehäuses (3) weggerichteten verjüngt auslaufenden Abschnitt und/oder eine Kugel (3.42) aufweist unddaß das Betätigungselement (3.4) über die Oberseite oder in einer in diese eingebrachten Mulde vorsteht. - Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der mindestens eine Riegel (2.3) senkrecht zu der angrenzenden Tür- bzw. Fensterseite in Riegelführungen (2.3') des Schließkastens (2) verschieblich gelagert ist und in einer parallel zur Verschieberichtung liegenden Seite eine Rastausnehmung (2.32) mit einer in Öffnungsrichtung wirkenden steilen Rastflanke aufweist unddaß das Halteelement (3.5) mittels einer an ihm und/oder an dem Riegel (2.3) angebrachten Rastschräge senkrecht zur Verschieberichtung des Riegels (2.3) gegen die Federvorspannung einer Feder (3.6) auslenkbar ist und mit einer steilen Gegenrastflanke (3.51) in der Schließstellung in der Rastausnehmung (2.32) verrastet. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der mindestens eine Riegel (2.3) außerhalb einer parallel zur Verschieberichtung, senkrecht zur zum Rahmen orientierten Mittelquerebene des Eingriffgehäuses (3) in dieses eingreift und daß die Rastausnehmung (2.32) auf der von der Mittelquerebene abgekehrten Außenseite des Riegels (2.3) angeordnet ist,daß das dem Riegel (2.3) zugeordnete Halteelement (3.5) eine mit dem verjüngten Abschnitt (3.43) zusammenwirkende abgeschrägte oder abgerundete Auslenkschräge (3.7) aufweist, an der der verjüngte Abschnitt (3.43) während des Eindrückens des Betätigungselements (3.4) vorbeigeleitet, so daß das Halteelement (3.5) mit seiner Gegenrastflanke (3.51) aus der Rastausnehmung (2.32) ausgelenkt wird. - Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Betätigungselement (3.4) in der Mittelquerebene des Eingriffgehäuses (3) auf dessen Oberseite angeordnet ist, daß zwei Halteelemente (3.5) spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet und in einander entsprechenden Führungsaufnahmen senkrecht zur der Verschieberichtung der Riegel (2.3) verschieblich gelagert sind,daß die beiden Riegel (2.3) ebenfalls spiegelsymmetrisch zu einer Mittelquerebene des Schließkastens (2) parallel zu dieser herausschiebbar gelagert sind,daß die Riegel (2.3) an ihren von den herausschiebbaren Enden abgekehrten Endbereichen an hebelartige Stellelemente (2.4) gelenkig angeschlossen sind, die jeweils an einem bezüglich des Schließkastens (2) festen Lagerzapfen schwenkbar gelagert und an ihren von den Riegeln (2.3) abgelegenen anderen Endbereichen gelenkig miteinander gekoppelt sind, unddaß in dem Schließkasten (2) eine Steuerscheibe (2.5) drehbar gelagert ist, die eine Steuerkurve (2.51) aufweist, in die ein Koppelelement der beiden anderen Endbereich der Stellelemente (2.4) geführt eingreift. - Verschluß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Handhabe (4) mittels eines Vierkantstücks in eine entsprechende angepaßte Aufnahme (2.52) der Steuerscheibe (2.5) eingreift, wobei die Handhabe (4) mit ihrer Drehachse in der Mittelquerebene des Schließkastens auf dessen Oberseite angeordnet ist.
