Claims (10)
- An einer Wand (9) oder einer insbesondere vertikalen Fläche zu montierender, insbesondere band- bzw. leistenförmiger Heiz- und/oder Kühlkörper mit einem im Abstand zur Wand anzuordnenden Rückensteg (3) und zumindest zwei oder mehreren, im Rückensteg verlaufenden Heiz- bzw. Kühlrohr(en) (2) zur Aufnahme eines Wärme- oder Kälteträgerfluids und/oder einer Heizeinrichtung, z.B. eines Heizstabes, wobei der Heizund/oder Kühlkörper (1) einen nach oben gerichteten Stegfortsatz aufweist, der vom Rückensteg bzw. -körper (3), insbesondere vom Bereich des oberen (obersten) Heiz- bzw. Kühlrohres (2), nach oben abgeht und sich mit seinem Endbereich der Wand (9) bzw. Fläche annähert und wobei vom Rückensteg (3), insbesondere vom Bereich des unteren (untersten) Rohres (2), ein nach unten abgehender, gegebenenfalls sich mit seinem Endbereich (8') der Wand, annähernder, unterer Stegfortsatz (8) getragen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückenkörper (3) und die zumindest zwei Heiz- bzw. Kühlrohre (2) einstückig ausgebildet sind, insbesondere aus einem durch Strangpressen hergestellten Profil, vorzugsweise aus Metall, insbesondere aus Aluminiumlegierungen oder Kunststoff, ausgebildet sind.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausbildung einer zur Wand hin gerichteten Konvektionsströmung an der Hinterseite des Körpers (1) bzw. zwischen der Wand (9) und dem Körper (1) in montierter Stellung der Endbereich (7') des oberen Stegfortsatzes (7) in einem Abstand (A) vor der Wand (9) liegt und der Abstand (A) zwischen dem Endbereich (7') und der Wand (9) geringer ist als der Wandabstand des Rückensteges (3) und/oder der Rohre (2) und/oder daß der Wandabstand des Endbereiches (8') des unteren Stegfortsatzes (8) größer ist als der Wandabstand des Endbereiches (7') des nach oben abgehenden, oberen Stegfortsatzes (7) und/oder daß der Endbereich des oberen Stegfortsatzes (7) der der Wand (9) nächsten liegende Bereich des Körpers (1) ist und/oder daß bei einem in Montagestellung ausgerichteten Körper (1) der obere Stegfortsatz (7) näher zu einer vertikalen, insbesondere von der Basisfläche der Halteeinrichtung (4) vorgegebenen, Ebene liegt als der untere Stegfortsatz (8).
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere und/oder der obere Stegfortsatz (7,8) den Rückensteg (3) nach oben bzw. nach unten, vorzugsweise in Richtung zur Wand geneigt, verlängern.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Stegfortsätzen (7,8) und/oder dem Rückensteg (3) und gegebenenfalls den Rohren (2) dargebotene Außenfläche des Körpers (1) geschlossen bzw. frei von Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen ist und/oder, daß die Außenfläche des Körpers (1) zumindest über den Großteil ihrer Erstreckung einen nach außen gekrümmten bzw. konvexen Verlauf aufweist, aus dem die Konturen der Heizrohre (2) teilweise heraustreten und/oder, daß die Rohre (2) teilweise aus der Außenfläche des Rückensteges (3) hervorragen.

Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Abstand vom Rückensteg (3) nach innen zu zumindest ein weiterer Steg (12) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Rückensteg (3) einen Kanal bzw. eine Kammer (21) ausbildet und gegebenenfalls mit zwei benachbarten, vorzugsweise in Körpermitte gelegenen, Rohren (2) verbunden ist, wobei gegebenenfalls der zwischen den Heizrohren (2), dem Rückensteg (3) und dem weiteren Steg (12) ausgebildete Hohlraum (21) durch Verstärkungsrippen (13) versteift ist.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Rohren (2) und/oder vom Rückensteg (3) und/oder den Stegfortsätzen (7,8) zumindest ein, vorzugsweise zwei, Haltestege (5,6) abgehen bzw. getragen, insbesondere an diesen einstückig angeformt, sind, die mit einer an der Wand (9) befestigbaren Halteeinrichtung (4) kooperieren, z.B. in diese ein- bzw. auf diese aufrastbar, an diese anschraubbar, auf diese aufhängbar od.dgl. sind, wobei gegebenenfalls ein Haltesteg (5) schräg nach oben und ein Haltesteg (6) schräg nach unten geneigt ausgerichtet ist und daß gegebenenfalls als Halteeinrichtung (4) zumindest ein U-förmiger Federbügel vorgesehen ist, der mit seiner Basisfläche an der Wand (9) befestigt ist und mit seinen Schenkelenden auf den oberen und den unteren Haltesteg (5,6) aufrastbar ist und daß gegebenenfalls im Bereich der Halteeinrichtung (4) eine Strahlungsplatte (25) vorgesehen ist, die an der Wand und/oder an der Halteeinrichtung und/oder am Bügel (26) befestigbar ist.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Rohren (2) und/oder dem Rückensteg (3) und/oder den Stegfortsätzen (7,8) zumindest eine, vorzugsweise mehrere, insbesondere schräg nach unten zur Wand gerichtete Rippen (14) angeformt, insbesondere einstückig mit diesen, ausgebildet sind, wobei gegebenenfalls zumindest die oberste Rippe (14) größeren Wandabstand als der obere Stegfortsatz (7) besitzt.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur End- bzw. Eckenabdeckung (17) eines Körpers (1) zumindest eine Profilleiste (17) vorgesehen ist, die von außen auf den Endbereich des oberen und unteren Stegfortsatzes (7,8) aufklemmbar bzw. aufklipsbar ist und/oder, daß in der Kammer (21) eine elektrische Heizeinrichtung, ein Heiz- oder Kühlstab oder ein Heiz- oder Kühlband od.dgl. angeordnet ist.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückensteg bzw. -körper (3) mit den Rohren (2) und dem oberen und dem unteren Stegfortsatz (7,8) und/oder den Haltestegen (5,6) und/oder dem weiteren Steg (12) und/oder den Rippen (14) und/oder den Verstärkungsrippen (13) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (B) des Endbereiches (8') des unteren Stegfortsatzes (8) von der Wand zumindest das 1,2-fache, vorzugsweise das 1,2 bis 1,5-fache des Abstandes (A) des Endbereiches (7') des oberen Stegfortsatzes (7) beträgt und/oder, daß die Oberfläche der Rippen (14) und des(r) Stege(s) (12) die Oberfläche des Heizkörpers (1) zumindest um 25%, vorzugsweise zumindest um 50%, erhöht und/oder, daß der Abstand des unteren Stegfortsatzes (8) vom Boden (10) zumindest das 2-fache, vorzugsweise zumindest das 2,5 bis 3,5-fache, des Abstandes des unteren Stegfortsatzes (8) von der Wand (9) beträgt.
