Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zur Befestigung eines Leuchtenrasters an einem Leuchtengehäuse,
mit einem Federbügel (5), welcher Spreizschenkel (8) und einen die Spreizschenkel (8) verbindenden Verbindungssteg (7) aufweist und im Bereich des Verbindungsstegs (7) am Leuchtenraster (3) fixierbar ist, und mit einem Führungselement (6), welches im Bereich des Leuchtengehäuses (2) angeordnet ist und eine Führungsöffnung (9) aufweist, in welcher der Federbügel (3) mit den Spreizschenkeln (8) verstellbar geführt und in einer oberen Endstellung, in welcher das Leuchtenraster (3) im Leuchtengehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, sowie in einer unteren Endstellung gehalten ist, wobei in der unteren Endstellung der Federbügel (5) mit dem Leuchtenraster (3) abgesenkt und dieses abklappbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsöffnung (9) des Führungselements (6) als nahezu gleichschenkeliges Dreieck ausgebildet ist und Längskanten (10) aufweist, an denen die Spreizschenkel (8) des Federbügels (5) in der unteren und oberen Endstellung sowie während der Verstellung elektrisch leitend anliegen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (6) ein Stanzteil und am Leuchtengehäuse (2) fixierbar ist und daß die Führungsöffnung (9) in einer Führungsfläche (13) des Führungselements (6) ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizschenkel (8) des Federbügels (5) zueinander gerichtete Endbereiche (15) aufweisen, welche nahezu parallel zum Verbindungssteg (7) verlaufen und zum Umgreifen oder Hintergreifen der Längskanten (10) der Führungsöffnung (9) ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (6), welches im eingebauten Zustand von einem Randsteg (21) an der Lichtaustrittsseite des Leuchtengehäuses (2) bis an eine Deckfläche (22) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) reicht, im Gehäuserand (20) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) gehalten und mit einem deckenseitigen Befestigungsflansch (12) an der Deckfläche (22) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) fixierbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsfläche (13) des Führungselements (6) eine dem Federbügel (5) angepaßte Außenkontur aufweist und die Endbereiche (15) des Federbügels (5) sowie die Führungsöffnung (9) derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Spreizschenkel (8) des Federbügels (5) in der oberen Endstellung weitgehend zusammengedrückt und in der abgesenkten, unteren Endstellung nahezu fluchtend mit Außenkanten (17) der Führungsfläche (13) und parallel zu einer Längsachse (18) des Führungselementes (6) verlaufen, und daß sich die Führungsöffnung (9) für die obere Endstellung des Federbügels (5) zu einer Rastöffnung (19) erweitert und zwischen der Rastöffnung (19) und den Längskanten (10) der Führungsöffnung (9) jeweils Einlaufschrägen (23) vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (6) mit Seitenflächen (29) versehen ist, welche rechtwinklig zur Führungsfläche (13) und angrenzend an die Außenkanten (17) in Richtung Leuchtengehäuse (2) ausgebildet sind und/oder über den deckenseitigen Befestigungsflansch (12) überstehen und als deckenseitige Rastelemente (14) in komplementäre Öffnungen der Deckfläche (22) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) einrasten. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (6) im Bereich des deckenseitigen Befestigungsflansches (12) mit einer Abkantung (42) versehen ist, welche in eine komplementäre Öffnung der Deckfläche (22) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) eingreift. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (6) im montierten Zustand mit einem Basissteg (16) innenseitig am Randsteg (21) des Leuchtengehäuses (2) anliegt, wobei Rand- und Basissteg (16, 21) vertikal ausgerichtet sind und das Führungselement (6) im Bereich der Seitenfläche (29) in Richtung Leuchtenraster (3) abgebogen oder abgewinkelt ausgebildet ist, und daß der Federbügel (5) in einem unteren Bereich der Spreizschenkel (8) komplementär zum Führungselement (6) abgebogen oder abgewinkelt ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federbügel (5) mit seinem Verbindungssteg (7) in einem Halteelement (4) verschwenkbar gelagert ist und das Halteelement (4) am Leuchtenraster (3) elektrisch leitend fixierbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (4) ein Stanzteil ist, welches im Klemmsitz auf einem Längssteg (30) des Leuchtenrasters (3) aufsteckbar ist und zwei nahezu parallele Kontaktflächen (24, 25) mit Krallen (27) zur elektrisch leitenden Verbindung mit dem Leuchtenraster (3) sowie mit endseitigen Lageraugen (28) zur Aufnahme des Verbindungsstegs (7) aufweist.
