Claims (45)
- Band (1OO,2OO) für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen,mit mindestens einem auf der Vorderfläche (2) des feststehenden Rahmens (1O) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen befestigten Rahmenbandteil (3O,3O'),mit einem am Flügel (2O) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen befestigten Flügelbandteil (4O), das ein Scharnierteil (32) des Rahmenbandteils (3O,3O') mit einem Scharnierteil (42) übergreift und in dem übergreifenden Bereich durch einen in der Einbaulage vertikalen, die Scharnierteile (32,42) durchgreifenden und die Scharnierachse (A) bildenden Bandbolzen (6,6') mit dem Rahmenbandteil (3O,3O') schwenkbar verbunden istmit einer in einer Ausnehmung (15) eines Scharnierteils (42) untergebrachten Bandbolzenverstellung mit einer Geradführung, an der der Bandbolzen (6,6') zwecks Anpassung der Lage des Flügels in der lichten Rahmenöffnung parallel zu sich selbst in dem Scharnierteil (42) verlagerbar und festlegbar ist,und mit einem von außerhalb des Scharnierteils (42) betätigbaren Verlagerungsantrieb für den Bandbolzen (6,6'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenverstellung mindestens ein Paar (S) von Schrägflächen (s1,s2) umfaßt, von denen jeweils die eine mit dem Bandbolzen (6,6') und jeweils die andere mit dem Scharnierteil (42) verbunden sind und die bei einem Vorschub des Verlagerungsantriebes aufeinander abgleiten und die Verstellung des Bandbolzens (6,6') in der Verstellrichtung (9) und seine Führung parallel zu sich selbst in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) mit einer einen wesentlichen Teil der Höhe des Scharnierteils (42) entsprechenden Führungslänge bewirken. - Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verlagerungsantrieb unmittelbar am Bandbolzen (6) angreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei Vorhandensein einer Bandbolzenbuchse (8) der Verlagerungsantrieb an der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) angreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verlagerungsantrieb ein um eine Achse drehbares Antriebselement umfaßt.
- Band nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verlagerungsantrieb als Antriebselement eine gegen Verlagerung in Richtung ihrer Achse (B) festgelegte Schraube (50) umfaßt.
- Band nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Achse (B) des Antriebselementes senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) gelegen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schrägflächen (s1,s2) ebene Flächen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schrägflächen (s1,s2) Schraubenflächen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Einrichtung ein gegen Verlagerung in Verstellrichtung (9) in der Ausnehmung (15) festgelegtes, längliches, senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) in der Ausnehmung (15) mittels des Verlagerungsantriebs verlagerbares Führungselement (18) für den Bandbolzen (6,6') umfaßt.
- Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Führungselement (18) an der Außenseite der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) in einer Ausbuchtung (16) der Ausnehmung (15) parallel zur Scharnierachse (A) und der Achse (C) mittels der Schraube (50) verschiebbar, jedoch in der zur Scharnierachse (A) senkrechten Ebene unverlagerbar angeordnet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schraube (5O) an einem der Teile (Führungselement (18) oder Bandbolzenbuchse (8) oder Scharnierteil (42) drehbar, aber in Richtung der Schraubachse (B) unverlagerbar abgestützt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schraube (5O) mit ihren Enden (36,39) an radialen Vorsprüngen (38,51) eines der Teile (Führungselement (18) oder Bandbolzenbuchse (8)) in Richtung der Schraubachse (B) abgestützt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vorsprünge (38,51) an der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß einer der Vorsprünge durch einen am äußeren Ende der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehenen Umfangsbund (38) gebildet ist, unter den die Schraube (5O) mit dem Rand ihres dortigen Endes (36) greift.
- Band nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Umfangsbund (38) im Bereich der Schraube (5O) teilweise weggenommen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Außenumfang der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) eine die Schraube (5O) aufnehmende nur teilzylindrische Ausnehmung (53) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Führungselement eine die Schraube (5O) aufnehmende Gewindeausnehmung (52) aufweist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Schrägflächenpaar durch die Flanken einer an den einander zugewandten Seiten (19,17) des Führungselements (18) und der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehenen Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) gebildet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Richtung (27) der Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) in der Führungsebene (F) mit der Spur der zur Führungsebene (F) senkrechten Längsmittelebene des Führungselements (18) parallelen Richtung einen Winkel (33) von 5O° bis 4O° einnimmt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Nut (26) der Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) im Außenumfang der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) und die Feder (28) an dem Führungselement (19) ausgebildet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei einem Scharnierband (dreiteiligen Band) (2OO) mit einem das Scharnierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (4O) untergreifenden Scharnierteil (32) des Rahmenbandteils und einem das Scharnierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (4O) übergreifenden scharnierteil (32') des Rahmenbandteils (3O') das übergreifende Scharnierteil (32') einen inneren Kanal (13) aufweist, durch den die Stirnseite (36) der in dem Flügelbandteil (4O) sitzenden Schraube (5O) mit einem Drehwerkzeug erreichbar ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Arretierung für die erreichte Verlagerung der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Arretierung in einer von der der Vorderfläche (22) des Flügels (2O) zugewandten Rückseite des Flügelbandteils (4O) her betätigbare, in das Scharnierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (4O) einschraubbaren Klemmschraube (56) besteht, die sich gegen die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) setzt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Befestigungsschrauben (45) des Rahmenbandteils (30) bzw. des Flügelbandteils (40) unmittelbar an dem jeweiligen Scharnierteil (32) bzw. (42) angreifen.
- Band nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Achsen der Befestigungsschrauben (45) im Bereich des Umrisses der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) gelegen sind, daß die Befestigungsschrauben (45) als Kopfschrauben ausgebildet sind und - von innen eine die Ausnehmung (15) für den Bandzapfen (6,6') begrenzende Wandung des Scharnierteils (42) durchgreifend - sich mit den Köpfen von innen an der Wandung abstützen und daß in der gegenüberliegenden Wandung Lochungen (45') für das Hindurchführen der Befestigungsschrauben (45) mit ihren Köpfen vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) an ebenen Führungsflächen geführt ist und an den einander zugewandten Führungsflächen der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) und der Ausnehmung (15) eine gerade schräge Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) sowie eine zur Scharnierachse parallele Schraube (50) vorgesehen sind, die in Teilgewinde entweder der Ausnehmung (15) oder der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) eingreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schraube (50) durch eine in eine Umfangsnut (70) eingreifenden Querstift (69) in Richtung ihrer Achse (B) fixiert ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) an ebenen Führungsflächen geführt ist und an den einander zugewandten Führungsflächen der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) und der Ausnehmung (15) eine gerade schräge Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) vorgesehen und die Schraube durch ein Außengewinde des Bandbolzens (6) gebildet ist, welches in ein Innengewinde der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) eingreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf der der Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) benachbarten Seite ein längliches Führungselement (18) für die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Gewindquerstift (111) zur Arretierung der erreichten Verlagerungsposition des Bandbolzens (6) in der Ausnehmung (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Bandbolzen (6) an seinem einem, in das Scharnierteil (42) eingreifenden Ende als gerade mit einer Geradverzahnung versehene Zahnstange (76,156) ausgebildet ist, die in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) parallel zu sich selbst in Verstellrichtung (9) verlagerbar ist und deren Zähne (78) jeweils eine der Schrägflächen (s1,80) bilden und mit Schrägflächen an dem Scharnierteil (42) zusammenwirken.
- Band nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schrägflächen (s2;84,84') an dem Scharnierteil (42) an einem separaten, in die Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) passenden Verzahnungsformteil (82,158) vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schraube (50,85) die Zahnstange (76) und das Verzahnungsformteil (82) quer durchgreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) auf einer Seite im Bereich ihres Umfangs eine zur Scharnierachse (A) parallele Schwenkachse (S) aufweist und auf der bezüglich der Scharnierachse (A) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Zylinderfläche (95), deren Achse mit der Schwenkachse (S) zusammenfällt, an einem als komplementäre Zylinderfläche (102) ausgebildeten Wandungsteil der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) anliegt.
- Band nach Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Wandungsteil (102) an einem parallel zur Scharnierachse (A) in einer Nut (101) des Scharnierteils (42) verlagerbaren Führungselement (18) ausgebildet ist, an welchem der Verlagerungsantrieb angreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verlagerungsantrieb eine zur Scharnierachse (A) parallele Schraube (50) umfaßt, die in eine zur Scharnierachse (A) parallele teilzylindrische Gewindeausnehmung (99) im Boden der Nut (101) eingreift und an dem Führungselement (18) in Achsrichtung fixiert ist, und daß auf den zusammenwirkenden Zylinderflächen (95,102) schraubenförmig schräg verlaufende nach Art von Nut und Feder zusammenwirkende Vorsprünge (103) und Vertiefungen (104) vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verlagerungsantrieb eine zur Scharnierachse (A) parallele Verstellspindel (105,115) umfaßt und daß auf dem Außenumfang der Verstellspindel (105,115) und auf der Zylinderfläche (95) der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) schraubenförmig schräg verlaufende, nach Art von Nut und Feder zusammenwirkende Vorsprünge (107,117) und Vertiefungen (104, 114) vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der in das Scharnierteil (42) eingreifende Abschnitt des Bandbolzens (6) von einer gegenüber dem Bandbolzen (6) verdrehbaren Gewindehülse (120) umgeben ist, die auf dem Außenumfang zwei in Achsrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Gewindeabschnitte (123,124) einander entgegengesetzte, jedoch gleichen Betrag aufweisender Steigung trägt, daß den Gewindeabschnitten (123,124) damit zusammenwirkende, in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) angeordnete Gewindestücke (130,133;131,132) zugeordnet sind, deren einander bezüglich der Scharnierachse (A) gegenüberliegende seitliche äußere Begrenzungsflächen (136,137;138,139) als bei jedem Gewindestück (130,131, 132,133) einander parallele, bei in Achsrichtung aufeinanderfolgenden Gewindestücken (130,133) bzw. (131,132) entgegengesetzt um den gleichen Winkel schräg stehende Schrägflächen ausgebildet sind und daß den Schrägflächen (136,137:138,139) komplementäre Schrägflächen (142,144; 141,143) aufweisende, in der Ausnehmung (15) angeordnete Formstücke (128,129) zugeordnet sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Gewindestücke (130,131,132,133) und die Formstücke (128,129) an einem gemeinsamen Kunststoff-Formteil (125) ausgebildet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Bandbolzen (6) in dem in das Scharnierteil (42) eingreifenden Abschnitt als Zahnstange (156) mit einer Schrägverzahnung (157) ausgebildet ist, daß die Gegegenverzahnung (167) im Inneren der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) vorgesehen ist und daß ein in Querrichtung verlaufendes, in einer Querbohrung (161) der Zahnstange (156) drehbar gelagertes Zahnritzel (160) vorgesehen ist, welches in eine Verzahnung (162,163) in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) eingreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zahnstange (156) auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten gleich Schrägverzahnungen (157,157) aufweist.
- Band nach Anspruch 40 oder 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die jeweilige Gegenverzahnung (167) an einem separaten, in die Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) eingefügten Formteil ausgebildet ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verzahnung zwei zu beiden Seiten der Zahnstange (156) sich erstreckende, parallel zur Scharnierachse (A) verlaufende Zahnstege (162,163) umfaßt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8), das Führungselement (18) und/oder die Schraube (50) aus Zinkdruckguß bestehen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8), das Führungselement (18) und/oder die Schraube (50) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
