Abstract

Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung an einem Bügeltisch, wobei eine Bügeleisenauflageplatte über einen Anklemmbügel am Bügeltischrahmen gehalten wird und über ein diesen Rahmen hintergreifendes Spannglied kraft- und formschlüssig am Bügeltisch festgelegt wird.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Es ist bekannt, eine Bügeleisenablage über schraubzwingenähnliche Klemmen am Rahmen eines Bügeltisches zu befestigen. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß ein schneller Wechsel nicht möglich ist. Diese Befestigung ist nur dazu gedacht, den Bügeltisch zum Transport zu verkleinern, so daß die Bügeleisenablage separat verpackt werden kann. Nachdem die Bügeleisenablage einmal mit den Schraubzwingen montiert ist, soll sie ansich nicht mehr regelmässig wieder demontiert werden.
Des weiteren ist ein Bügeltisch auf dem Markt erhältlich, bei dem eine plattenförmige Bügeleisenablage lediglich über eine federnde Klammer aufgeklemmt wird. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß diese Klammer, soll sie einigermaßen zuverlässig halten, hinter den Rahmen des Bügeltisches schnappen muß. Die Folge ist, daß die Platte schwer abzuziehen ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einfache Bügeleisenablage zu schaffen, die leicht und schnell abnehmbar und an den jeweils gewünschten Stellen des Bügeltisches wieder anbringbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Dadurch, daß das Spannglied hinter den Rahmen des Bügeltisches greift und mit dem Anklemmbügel am Rahmen anliegt, wird sowohl eine kraft- als auch eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Bügeltisch erreicht. Die Bügeleisenablage wird dadurch sicher und positionsstabil gehalten.
Dadurch, daß der Sperrhebel des Spanngliedes durch seine Ausbildung als zweiarmiger Hebel einen langen Verstellweg hat, ist er ohne großen Kraftaufwand zu bedienen. Er wird durch die Feder in Verriegelungsstellung gehalten; zum Abziehen wird über den Bedienungsschenkel durch die Abzugsbewegung automatisch die Feder weiter gespannt und der Sperrteil des Sperrhebels schwenkt parallel zur Bügelfläche.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der beiden Zeichnungen dargestellt. Es zeigen:

die Bügeleisenablage in der Position zum Abnehmen vom Bügeltisch.
An einem nicht näher dargestellten Bügeltisch mit Rahmen 1 und Tischplatte mit strichpunktiert angedeutetem Bügelbezug 2 ist über einen Anklemmbügel 3 eine Bügeleisenauflageplatte 4 mittels eines Sperrhebels 5 befestigt.
Der Anklemmbügel 3 ist entsprechend den Maßen des Rahmens 1 angepaßt und ragt mit seinem Schenke 6 deutlich hinter den Rahmen 1. Am Ende des Schenkels 6 ist der Sperrhebel 6, der aus einem Sperrteil 7 und einem Bedienungshebel 8 besteht, gelagert. Der Sperrhebel 5 wird über eine Schenkelfeder 9, die sich am Bedienungshebel 8 und an der Deckwand 10 des Anklemmbügels 3 abstützt, in der in Figur 1 dargestellten Verriegelungstellung gehalten.
Die Bügeleisenauflageplatte 4 ist wellenförmig ausgeführt, wobei auf den Erhebungen 11 Silikonstreifen 12 aufgebracht sind.
Zum Abstellen eines z.B. Dampfbügeleisens ist am Anklemmbügel 3 ein Aufstellglied 13 angelenkt. Dieses Aufstellglied 13 ist ebenfalls mit Silikonstreifen 12 versehen und kann in der dargestellten Stellung gemäß Figur 1 als Abstellfläche für Dampfbügeleisen genutzt werden, es kann allerdings auch, wie in Figur 2 dargestellt, als Flacheinheit angewendet werden. Dazu sind auf der Rückseite 14 ebenfalls Silikonstreifen 12 vorgesehen.
Wenn nun die Bügeleisenablage an einer anderen Stelle des Bügeltisches gewünscht wird, z. B. weil kleinere Teile gebügelt werden, weil eine Umstellung von Rechts- auf Linkshänder erfolgt oder weil sie nur separat verstaut werden soll, genügt ein leichter Zug an der Bedienungstaste 14 des Bedienungshebels 8 gegen die Kraft der Schenkelfeder 9, so daß der Sperrteil 7 in die waagerechte Lage, wie in Figur 2 dargestellt, schwenkt, um die Bügeleisenablage abzuziehen. Durch die gewählte Anordnung bedarf es keinerlei Erklärungen; die Bedienung erfolgt automatisch richtig. Abnehmen bedeutet, den Bedienungshebel in Pfeilrichtung 15, also in Abzugsrichtung zu ziehen.

Claims (5)

  1. Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung zur kraftschlüssigen Halterung an einem Bügeltisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bügeleisenauflageplatte (4) zur Auflage auf dem Bügelbezug (2), ein den Rahmen (1) des Bügeltisches hintergreifendes Spannglied (5) und ein die Bügeleisenauflageplatte (4) und das Spannglied (5) aufnehmender Anklemmbügel (3) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Anklemmbügel (3) ein Aufstellglied (13) für das Bügeleisen, auf die Bügeleisenauflageplatte (4) deckungsgleich abschwenkbar, angelenkt ist.
  3. Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannglied als Sperrhebel (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Schenkelfeder (9), den Sperrhebel (7) in Verriegelungsstellung (Figur 1) haltend, vorgesehen ist.
  4. Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügeleisenauflageplatte (4) wellenförmig ausgeführt und zumindest punktförmig mit rutschhemmendem und hitzefestem Material (12), wie z.B. Silikon, beschichtet ist.
  5. Abnehmbare Bügeleisenablage nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrhebel (5) als zweiarmiger Hebel mit Sperrteil (7) und Bedienungshebel (8) ausgebildet ist.
