Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Befestigungseinrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Üblicherweise sind an einem Kopfende des Bügeltisches Zusatzeinrichtungen zur Ablage des Bügeleisens, zur Aufnahme einer Steckdose und ähnliche Dinge, wie z.B. in der DE A 195 26 637 beschrieben, angeordnet, in aller Regel sind diese Zusatzeinrichtungen mit dem Bügeltisch fest verbunden.
Es sind auch Bügeltische auf dem Markt, bei denen diese Zusatzeinrichtungen mit schraubzwingenähnlichen Klemmen am Bügeltisch befestigt sind. Nachteilig an diesen Einrichtungen ist, dass diese im ersteren Fall fest mit dem Bügeltisch verbunden sind und im zweiten Fall (US 1 692 599 und 3 202 389), auch wenn sie über die Klemmeinrichtung abnehmbar sind, umständlich zu handhaben sind. Nachteilig ist zusätzlich, dass die Zusatzeinrichtungen über den Bügeltisch überstehen und dadurch auf die Klemmhalterung ein hohes Moment wirkt. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass die Bügeltische auf der Oberseite in aller Regel abgepolstert sind und nur einen relativ schmalen Vierkantrahmen zur Befestigung haben. Die vorhandene Geometrie ist deshalb denkbar ungeeignet für eine sichere Halterung.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Befestigungseinrichtung für eine abnehmbare Zusatzeinrichtung zu schaffen, die sicher auf den Bügeltisch angebracht werden kann und deren beliebige Versetzung auf dem Bügeltisch ohne Umstände möglich ist. Zusätzlich soll diese Zusatzeinrichtung leicht erweiterbar sein und sowohl für Links- als auch Rechtshänder gleichermaßen gut zu handhaben sein. Eine weitere Anforderung ist, dass trotz dieser Zusatzeinrichtung der Transport des Bügeltisches weder im Haushalt noch beim Versand behindert und/oder erschwert ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 erfüllt. Durch die großflächige Abstützung der Bügeleisenauflageplatte auf dem Bügeltisch und dem hinter dem Rahmen angreifenden Spannglied, sind nur geringe Kräfte zur sicheren Halterung der Zusatzeinrichtung am Bügeltisch erforderlich. Selbst die federnde Auflage auf der Bügeltischpolsterung mit ihrer naturgegebenen Nachgiebigkeit wirkt sich nicht nachteilig aus. Die Zusatzeinrichtung ist über das Spannglied, das sehr leicht und schnell zu betätigen ist, problemlos nach den Bügelgegebenheiten versetzbar. Da die Bügeleisenauflage über den Bügeltisch ragt und nicht hinter ihn, ist ein leichtes Verwahren im Haushalt als auch eine einfache Verpackung zum Versand des Bügeltisches gewährleistet.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So ist durch die Ausbildung des Spanngliedes als Excenterhebel eine besonders schnelle Handhabung und doch sichere Fixierung möglich, wobei der Kraftangriffspunkt des Spanngliedes hinter dem Rahmen dazu noch beiträgt.
Die Ausbildung des Einrichtungsträgerteiles als Kunststoffteil läßt einen großen Freiraum in der Aufnahme der Zusatzteile. So können sowohl eine Kabelführung, die leicht rechts/links umsetzbar ist, als auch ein Kleiderständer daran befestigt werden. Die Steckdose kann in diesem Teil formschlüssig voll integriert sein. Es ist auch möglich, dieses Einrichtungsträgerteil direkt als Außengehäuse für die Steckdose mitzugestalten.
Weiter bietet es sich an, Vorkehrungen dabei zu treffen, um das Elektrokabel leicht aufzurollen, so daß auch dieses Merkmal zur sicheren Handhabung des gesamten Bügeltisches beiträgt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Auf einem Bügeltisch 1, bestehend aus einem Rahmen 2 aus Vierkantrohr, einer darauf befestigten Tischplatte 3, bevorzugt Streckmetall und diese abdeckenden Polsterung 4 mit einem Bügelbezug 5 ist eine Zusatzeinrichtung 6 angebracht. Die Zusatzeinrichtung 6 ist im Querschnitt etwa u-förmig ausgeführt.
Sie besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Auflageplatte 7 zur Auflage auf dem Bügelbezug 5, einem Einrichtungsträgerteil 8 und einem den Rahmen 2 hintergreifenden Spannglied 9. Im Einrichtungsträgerteil 8 sind eine Aufnahme 10 für eine Steckdose 11, eine linke 12 und eine rechte 13 Lagerung für eine wahlweise einsetzbare Kabelführung 14 für das Kabel eines nicht dargestellten Bügeleisens und die Lagerachse 15 für das Spannglied vorgesehen. Dabei ist im vorliegenden Fall Aufnahme 10 und Lagerachse 15 identisch.
Das Spannglied 9 besteht aus dem Lagerring 16, einer Führungshülse 17, einem Spannnocken 18 und einem Hebel 19 zur Betätigung.
In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist der Spannnocken 18 in der geschlossenen Stellung dargestellt. Er gewährleistet eine formschlüssige Verbindung.
Beim Umschwenken des Hebels 19 nach links schwenkt der Spannnocken 18 in Pfleilrichtung 20 und gibt den Weg zum Abziehen der Zusatzeinrichtung 6 frei. Die Auflageplatte kann, wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, mit einem Auflagebügel ausgeführt sein oder wie in Figur 2 als aufklappbare Platte zur Schrägstellung eines Dampfbügeleisens. Der Grundkörper der Zusatzeinrichtung 6 ist sowohl im linken als auch im rechten Endbereich 23 doppelwandig und mit den Lagerungen 12 und 13 zum Umstecken der Kabelführung 14 versehen. Die Doppelwandigekeit dient auch dazu.das Kabel 24 aufzunehmen. Sie dient als Kabelstaubereich 25.

Claims (4)

  1. Abnehmbare Zusatzeinrichtung (6) mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung für einen Bügeltisch (1), der im Wesentlichen aus einer von einem Rahmen (2) getragenen Tischplatte (3) und einer diese bedeckenden Polsterung (4) mit Bügelbezug (5) besteht, wobei die Zusatzeinrichtung im Querschnitt etwa U-förmig, den Rahmen (2) mit Tischplatte (3) übergreifend ausgeführt ist und eine zweiteilige Auflageplatte (7) mit einem aufklappbaren Teilbereich (22) zur Schrägstellung eines Dampfbügeleisens und ein den Rahmen (2) hintergreifendes Spannglied (9) aufweist, wobei die Auflageplatte (7) und das Spannglied (9) durch ein Einrichtungsträgerteil (8) mit einer Aufnahme (10) für die Steckdose (11) eines Verlängerungskabels (9) miteinander verbunden sind und an ihm das Spannglied (9) drehbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (10) für die Steckdose (11) als Lagerachse (15) für das Spannglied (9) ausgebildet und das Spannglied in Form eines Hebels (19) exzentrisch gelagert und/oder exzentrisch ausgebildet ist.
  2. Abnehmbare Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Einrichtungsträgerteil (8) eine für Unks-Rechtshänder umsetzbare Kabelführung (14) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Abnehmbare Zusatzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageplatte (7), das Einrichtungsträgerteil (8) und die Aufnahme (10) für die Steckdose (11) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
  4. Abnehmbare Zusatzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Einrichtungsträgerteil (8) ein Kabelstaubereich (25) vorgesehen ist.
