Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wäschegestell mit einem aufrechten Mast (5) und mehreren Wäscheseile tragenden und nach außen abspreizbaren Armen (1 - 4), die in eine etwa parallel zum Mast (5) verlaufende Ruhestellung und eine quer zum Mast (5) verlaufende Betriebsstellung positionierbar sind, sowie einem Rollo (17,20), dessen Breite etwa der Länge des Arms (1) entspricht und dessen Länge zur Umfassung des Wäschegestells ausreicht. Das Rollo (17,20) ist in einem der Arme (1) untergebracht. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wäschegestell nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Ein derartiges Wäschegestell ist z.B. durch die EP-B1-0 229 201 bekannt. Dort sind an einem längs des Mastes verschiebbaren Tragring die Arme mit ihren einen Enden gelenkig befestigt, während den Armen zugeordnete Streben einerseits mit den Armen und andererseits mit einem Kopfteil des Mastes gelenkig verbunden sind. Es sind vier Arme vorgesehen, die ein solches Profil aufweisen, daß die Arme in Ruhestellung einen im wesentlichen geschlossenen Raum bilden, in dem die Wäscheseile aufgenommen werden. Bei diesem bekannten Wäschegestell sind die Wäscheseile mit Gewichtskörpern versehen, damit sich die Seile beim Zusammenklappen des Wäschegestells in dessen aufrechter Lage besser in den Raum eingliedern lassen. Bei diesem bekannten Wäschegestell ist von Nachteil, daß sich das zusammengeklappte Wäschegestell beim Transport unbeabsichtigt öffnen kann und daß es dann schwierig ist, die Wäscheseile, insbesondere aufgrund der schweren Gewichtskörper, wieder in den durch die Arme gebildeten Raum zu bringen.
Schließlich ist in der EP-A1-0 276 627 ein Wäschegestell offenbart, bei dem an einem Tragarm für Wäscheseile des Wäschegestells eine Rollvorrichtung aus einem gesonderten Gehäuse, einem darin angeordneten Walzenkörper und einer Feder im Gehäuse angebracht ist. Die Breite des Rollos entspricht etwa der Länge dieses Tragarms. Das Rollo hat an der freien Stirnkante Ösen, wird um alle Arme herumgeschlungen und mit den Ösen in Haken des Gehäuses eingehängt. Die Anbringung des bekannten Rollos ist in bezug auf eine schlanke Ausführung des Wäschegestells platzraubend, zumal ein gesondertes Gehäuse erforderlich ist.
Ausgehend von dem obigen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, das gattungsgemäße Wäschegestell ohne unangemessenen konstruktiven Aufwand so weiterzubilden, daß die Unterbringung des Rollos deutlich platzsparender ist.
Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, ein Wäschegestell der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem eine unbeabsichtigte Öffnung des zusammengeklappten Wäschegestells vermieden wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst
Man erkennt, daß die Erfindung jedenfalls dann verwirklicht ist, wenn es sich um ein vorzugsweise für Wäsche vorgesehenes Gestell handelt, das regelmäßig drei oder mehr Arme für Wäscheseile aufweist. Dabei ist ein Arm so ausgebildet, daß er ein Rollo für die vorgesehenen Zwecke aufnehmen kann. Im zusammengeklappten Zustand des Gestells kann die Rollobahn herausgezogen und um die anderen Arme gelegt werden. Eine als separates Teil ausgebildete und in ihrer Handhabung komplizierte Abdeckung in Form einer Hülle ist folglich nicht mehr erforderlich. Durch die platzsparende Anordnung des Rollos innerhalb eines der Arme wird auch das Gesamtvolomen des Wäschegestells mininiert. Die Rollobahn kann somit aus dem Rolloarm herausgezogen, außen um alle Arme gelegt und mit ihrem Ende wieder am Rolloarm, z.B. mittel Magneten, Klettverschlüsse, Haken, Knöpfen usw., befestigt werden, so daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Wäschegestells verhindert wird.
Eine weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Wäschegestell mit vier im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildeten Armen, die ein solches Profil auf-weisen, daß die Arme in Ruhestellung einen im wesentlichen geschlossenen Raum bilden, in dem die Wäscheseile aufgenommen werden. Bei diesem bekannten Wäschegestell sind die Wäscheseile mit Gewichtskörpern versehen, damit sich die Seile beim Zusammenklappen des Wäschegestells in dessen aufrechter Lage besser in den Raum eingliedern lassen.
Bei diesem bekannten Wäschegestell ist von Nachteil, daß sich das zusammengeklappte Wäschegestell beim Transport unbeabsichtigt öffnen kann und daß es dann schwierig ist, die Wäscheseile, insbesondere aufgrund der schweren Gewichtskörper, wieder in den durch die Arme gebildeten Raum zu bringen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, ein Wäschegestell der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem eine unbeabsichtigte Öffnung des zusammengeklappten Wäschegestells vermieden wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst
Man erkennt, daß die Erfindung jedenfalls dann verwirklicht ist, wenn es sich um ein vorzugsweise für Wäsche vorgesehenes Gestell handelt, das regelmäßig drei oder mehr Arme für Wäscheseile aufweist. Dabei ist ein Arm so ausgebildet, daß er ein Rollo für die vorgesehenen Zwecke aufnehmen kann. Im zusammengeklappten Zustand des Gestells kann die Rollobahn herausgezogen und um die anderen Arme gelegt werden. Eine als separates Teil ausgebildete und in ihrer Handhabung komplizierte Abdeckung in Form einer Hülle ist folglich nicht mehr erforderlich. Durch die platzsparende Anordnung wird auch das Gesamtvolomen des Wäschegestells mininiert. Die Rollobahn kann somit aus dem Rolloarm herausgezogen, außen um alle Arme gelegt und mit ihrem Ende wieder am Rolloarm befestigt werden, so daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Wäschegestells verhindert wird.
Eine weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Wäschegestell mit vier im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildeten Armen, die ein solches Profil aufweisen, daß die Arme in Ruhestellung einen im wesentlichen geschlossenen Raum bilden, in dem die Wäscheseile aufgenommen werden, wie es durch die genannte Schrift bekannt ist. Diese Ausbildung ist gemäß der Erfindung so getroffen, daß der Arm zwei im rechten Winkel zueinander stehende Seitenschenkel aufweist, in deren gemeinsame Kante ein Längsschlitz zur Durchführung der Rollobahn gebildet ist, daß in der Nähe dieser Kante zwei einen Abstand voneinander aufweisende Längsstege nach innen ausgehen und daß mit und zwischen diesen Längsstegen eine Kammer zur Aufnahme der Rollobahn gebildet ist. Ein derartiges Armprofil ist sehr stabil und ermöglicht eine stabile Anlenkung der zugeordneten Strebe und des auf dem Mast verschiebbaren Tragrings an den Längsstegen des Profils. Die Strebe kann dabei beispielsweise als U-Schiene ausgebildet sein.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung sind die freien Enden der Seitenschenkel abgewinkelt. Dadurch wird einerseits die Stabilität des Profils erhöht und andererseits einer Verletzungsgefahr begegnet.
Grundsätzlich kann der ausziehbare Körper aus dem Rollo beliebig ausgebildet sein. Vorzugsweise weist das Rollo eine textile Rollobahn auf. Statt einer vollflächigen Rollobahn können aber auch mehrere Seile vorgesehen sein. Diese Seile nehmen weniger Platz in der Rollokammer des Rolloarms ein.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung weist das Rollo eine Griffleiste auf, die mit Mitteln zum Einklemmen in den Längsschlitz versehen ist. Diese Mittel können in einem an der Griffleiste angesetzten Längssteg bestehen, der in Länge und Breite so bemessen ist, daß er in den Längsschlitz des Rollos unter Klemmwirkung paßt.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Das in Fig. 1 zusammengeklappt dargestellte Wäschegestell hat vier Arme 1 - 4, deren Profile aus Fig. 3 hervorgehen. Diese Arme sind in nicht dargestellter Weise mit ihren einen Enden an einem längs eines Mastes 5 verschiebbaren Tragring und mit ihren Mittelteilen an den einen Enden zugeordneter Streben gelenkig befestigt, deren andere Enden mit einem Kopfteil des Mastes 5 gelenkig verbunden sind. Diese Arme sind in einer etwa parallel zum Mast 5 verlaufenden Ruhestellung gezeigt. Diese Arme sind aber mittels des Kopfteils, des Tragrings und der Streben nach außen in eine quer zum Mast 5 verlaufende Betriebsstellung abspreizbar und tragen auch in nicht dargestellter Weise Wäscheseile.
Das Profil jedes Arms setzt sich grundsätzlich aus zwei in einem rechten Winkel zueinander stehenden Seitenschenkeln mit einer gemeinsamen Längskante und zwei in der Nähe dieser Längskante nach innen ausgehenden Längsstegen einstückig zusammen, wobei die Längsstege einen gewissen Abstand voneinander haben. Die freien Enden der Seitenschenkel sind dabei abgewinkelt. An den Längsstegen sind in nicht dargestellter Weise die Streben und der Tragring angelenkt.
Die Arme 1 - 4 bilden im zusammengeklappten Zustand einen im wesentlichen abgeschlossenen Raum 6, in dem die Wäscheseile aufgenommen werden können.
In dieser Weise ist auch der Arm 1 grundsätzlich aufgebaut, der auch als Rolloarm bezeichnet werden kann. Gemäß Fig. 4 sind die Seitenschenkel mit 7, 8, die abgewinkelten Enden dieser Seitenschenkel mit 9, 10 und die beiden Längsstege mit 11, 12 bezeichnet. An den freien Enden 13, 14 der Längsstege 11, 12 sind in nicht dargestellter Weise die zugeordnete Strebe und der Tragring angelenkt, wobei die Strebe vorzugsweise ein U-Profil hat. Mit Hilfe von Teilen der Seitenschenkel 7, 8 und der Längsstege 11, 12 sowie einer zwischen den Längsstegen angeordneten, gerundeten Brücke 15 ist ein zylinderförmiger Hohlraum 16 gebildet. In diesem Hohlraum ist ein Rollo eingebaut, von dem in Fig. 4 nur die unter Federzug stehende Welle 17 gezeigt ist. In der gemeinsamen Längskante 18 der beiden Seitenschenkel 7, 8 des Rolloarms 1 ist ein Längsschlitz 19 vorgesehen, durch den eine Rollobahn 20 (Fig. 1) ausziehbar ist.
Das freie Ende der Rollobahn 20 ist an einer Griffleiste 21 befestigt, die eine Längsrippe 22 aufweist. Diese Längsrippe ist so bemessen, daß sie unter Klemmwirkung in den Längsschlitz 19 paßt. In Fig. 3 ist durch gestrichelte Linien gezeigt, wie die Rollobahn 20 um die Arme 1 - 4 gewickelt ist. Dort ist auch gezeigt, daß die Griffleiste 21 mit ihrer Längsrippe 22 im Längsschlitz 19 des Rolloarms 1 eingeklemmt ist. Durch die so die Arme 1 - 4 umwickelnde und im Längsschlitz 19 mittels der Längsrippe 22 eingeklemmte Rollobahn 20 wird verhindert, daß sich die Arme 1 - 4 unbeabsichtigt spreizen und die Wäscheseile herausfallen.

Claims (8)

  1. Wäschegestell mit einem aufrechten Mast (5) und mehreren Wäscheseile tragenden und nach außen abspreizbaren Armen (1 - 4), die in eine etwa parallel zum Mast (5) verlaufende Ruhestellung und eine quer zum Mast (5) verlaufende Betriebsstellung positionierbar sind, sowie einem Rollo (17,20), dessen Breite etwa der Länge des Arms (1) entspricht und dessen Länge zur Umfassung des Wäschegestells ausreicht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Rollo (17, 20) in einem der Arme (1) untergebracht ist.
  2. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 1 mit vier im wesentlichen gleich ausgebildeten Armen (1 - 4), die in Ruhestellung einen im wesentlichen geschlossenen Raum bilden, in dem die Wäscheseile aufgenommen werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Rolloarm (1) zwei im Winkel zueinander stehende Seitenschenkel (7, 8) aufweist, in deren gemeinsame Längskante (18) ein Längsschlitz (19) zur Durchführung der Rollobahn (20) gebildet ist, daß in der Nähe dieser Längskante zwei einen Abstand voneinander aufweisende Längsstege (11, 12) nach innen ausgehen und daß mit und zwischen diesen Längsstegen eine Kammer (16) zur Aufnahme der Rollobahn (20) gebildet ist.
  3. Wäschegestell nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die freien Enden (9, 10) der Seitenschenkel (7, 8) abgewinkelt sind.
  4. Wäschegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Rollo eine textile Rollobahn (20) aufweist.
  5. Wäschegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Rollo mehrere ausziehbare Seile aufweist.
  6. Wäschegestell nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Rollo eine Griffleiste (21) aufweist, die mit Mitteln (22) zum Einklemmen in den Längsschlitz (19) versehen ist.

    daß das Rollo (17,20) in einem als Arm (1) ausgebildeten Hohl- oder offenenes Profil angeordnet ist.
