Claims (8)
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique actionnée par une batterie pour lever des charges, caractérisée par sa structure comprenant un chariot de base (A) constitué respectivement d'un châssis à bras écartés (1) avec des rallonges télescopiques (2) dotées de roues avant (3), de deux stabilisateurs latéraux (32) réglables et d'une roue motrice hydraulique (4) commandée par le gouvernail directionnel (5) doté d'un clavier (6) de commande du groupe de translation, sur lequel gravite la structure tubulaire (8) portant le système articulé à point d'appui mobile (B) auquel est fixé un bras (17), avec une poussée de levage due à un cylindre (33), à l'extrémité duquel est placé un rouleau (18) pour le coulissement au moyen d'un cylindre (20) du bras télescopique (19) portant à son extrémité, un crochet orientable (23) ayant la possibilité d'être équipé d'un autre bras de prolongement qui peut indifféremment être fixe (24) ou à commande hydraulique ( C ) "JIB", tous deux dotés à leur extrémité d'un crochet orientable (26, 31) ; l'énergie est fournie à la grue par deux batteries (36), rechargeables avec un dispositif de recharge de batteries (37), le tout dépendant du pupitre de commande (38), avec les manoeuvres réglées par le banc de contrôle à freinage hydraulique (D) avec décélération progressive de la charge en mouvement et par un dispositif anti-retournement électromécanique (E).
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que le système articulé à point d'appui mobile (B) dérivant de l'action de deux paires de leviers (12, 13) provoque la levée du bras (17) avec un diagramme à courbe verticale presque constante.
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que le bras de prolongement à commande hydraulique ( C ) "JIB" comprend un bras à caisson (27) fixé à l'axe (25) du bras télescopique (19) dont le mouvement angulaire est fourni par un cylindre (28) fixé à l'axe (29) du bras télescopique même (19) et agissant sur le bras en caisson (27) au point de force (30) et doté à son extrémité d'un crochet orientable (31).
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que toutes ses manoeuvres sont réglées par le banc de contrôle à freinage hydraulique (D) avec décélération progressive de la charge en mouvement.
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif anti-retournement électromécanique (E), basé sur le principe d'équilibre minimal existant entre la charge de sécurité présente dans le groupe de la roue motrice (4) et le mouvement de retournement global de la grue, est constitué d'une paire de fourches (39) accouplées parallèlement au moyen de la fixation de leurs extrémités (40, 41) respectivement à la structure (8) de la grue et au groupe de la roue motrice (4), dont le lien dynamique est contrasté par un ressort préchargé (42) et le mouvement vertical est intercepté par un micro-interrupteur (45) à l'aide d'un tâteur (46) portant un signal électrique d'arrêt instantané des mouvements de la grue.
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que le chariot de base (A) présente un châssis à bras écartés (1) avec des rallonges télescopiques (2) dotées de roues avant (3) et de deux stabilisateurs latéraux (32) réglables mécaniquement.
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que les deux batteries (36) sont avantageusement placées sur les deux côtés opposés de la structure portante (8).
- Grue automoteur électro-hydraulique selon la rev. 1), caractérisée par le fait que celle-ci est dotée d'un dispositif de recharge de batteries (37) avantageusement placé sur la partie frontale arrière de la structure portante (8) avec le pupitre de commande (38).
