Claims (14)
- Kompaktlader mit zwei anheb- und absenkbaren Hubarmen, zu deren Betätigung eine Bordhydraulik mit Druckerzeuger, Ausgleichsgefäß und Arbeitszylinder vorgesehen ist, an deren vordere Enden zur Aufnahme eines Werkzeugs mittels Schwenkbolzen ein Werkzeug-Aufnahmerahmen angelenkt ist, der Mittel zum Halten des eingesetzten Werkzeugs sowie Verriegelungsbolzen zu dessen Ver- bzw. Entriegelung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Verriegelungsbolzen (34) mit Hilfe eines Druckzylinders (40) betätigbar ist, dem das von der Bordhydraulik abgezweigte Hydraulikfluid über eine axiale Bohrung (52) in wenigstens einem der Schwenkbolzen (18), mit denen der Werkzeug-Aufnahmerahmen (15) an die Hubarme (12, 14) des Kompaktladers angelenkt ist, zuführbar ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsachse des Verriegelungsbolzens (34) und der Kolbenstange (46) des den Verriegelungsbolzen (34) betätigenden Druckzylinders (40) parallel versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei für die Kraftübertragung von der Kolbenstange (46) des Druckzylinders (40) auf den Verriegelungsbolzen (34) eine Kraftumlenkungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftumlenkungseinrichtung gebildet ist von einem wenigstens zwei Schenkel (41, 42) aufweisenden Joch, dessen einer Schenkel (41) fest mit dem Verriegelungsbolzen (34) und der Kolbenstange (40.1) des Druckzylinders (40) verbunden ist und dessen anderer Schenkel (42) parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung des Verriegelungsbolzen (34) in einer Führung (50) längsverschiebbar geführt ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftumlenkungseinrichtung gebildet ist von einer Wippe mit einem Hebel (45), an dessen einen Hebelarm (46) die Kolbenstange (40.1) des Druckzylinders (40) und an dessen anderen Hebelarm (47) der Verriegelungsbolzen (34) angelenkt sind.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftumlenkungseinrichtung gebildet ist von einem Zahngetriebe, bei dem das freie Ende der Kolbenstange (40.1) des Druckzylinders (40) als Zahnstange ausgebildet mit einem Zahnrad zusammenwirkt, sowie von dem Verriegelungsbolzen (34), dessen Betätigungsende als Zahnstange ausgebildet, mit dem Zahnrad kämmt.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeug-Aufnahmerahmen (15) beidseits mit je einem Schwenkbolzen (18) an den korrespondierenden Hubarm (12, 14) angelenkt ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer der Schwenkbolzen (18) mit der Axialbohrung (52) versehen ist, an deren Eingang über einen Hydraulik-Anschluß (18.1) die Hydraulikversorgung, und an deren Ausgang über eine Hydraulik-Ausgangsverschraubung (18.2) der als einfach wirkender Hydraulikzylinder ausgebildete Druckzylinder (40) anschließbar ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide der Schwenkbolzen (18) mit Axialbohrung (52) versehen sind, an deren Eingänge die Hydraulikversorgung, und an deren Ausgänge als doppelt wirkende Hydraulikzylinder ausgebildete Druckzylinder (40) anschließbar sind.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeug-Aufnahmerahmen (15) beidseits mit einer, beidendig als Schwenkbolzen (18) ausgebildeten, durchgehenden Schwenkwelle an den korrespondierenden Hubarm (11, 12) angelenkt ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Schwenkbolzen (18) einer Seite der Schwenkwelle mit der als Sackbohrung ausgebildeten Axialbohrung (52) versehen ist, die im Mittenbereich eine Radialbohrung (53) aufweist, abgedeckt mit einer Hydraulik-Ausgangsverschraubung (18.2), an die der als einseitig wirkender Hydrauklikzylinder ausgebildete Druckzylinder (40) anschließbar ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide der Schwenkbolzen (18) jeder Seite der Schwenkwelle mit je einer der als Sackbohrung ausgebildeten Axialbohrung (52) versehen ist, die im Mittenbereich je eine Radialbohrung (53) aufweisen, abgedeckt mit einer Hydraulik-Ausgangsverschraubung (18.2), an die der als doppelseitig wirkender Hydrauklikzylinder ausgebildete Druckzylinder (40) anschließbar ist.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Schwenkwelle umgebende, als Drehanschluß ausgebildete Entnahmemuffe (60) vorgesehen ist, die mit der/den Hydraulik-Ausgangsverschraubung/-en (18.2) versehen ist, wobei Ringnuten (53.1, 61) auf der Schwenkwelle und/oder der Innenseite der Entnahmemuffen (60) über Radialbohrungen (53) mit der jeweiligen Achsialbohrung (52) und über Radialbohrungen (62) mit den Entnahmemuffen (60) verbunden sind.
- Kompaktlader nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsbolzen (34) mit einem Kraftspeicher versehen ist, der den Verriegelungsbolzen (34) bei Hydraulikausfall in Verriegelungsstellung drückt.
- Kompaktlader nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kraftspeicher eine auf den Verriegelungsbolzen (34) wirkende, gegen den Werkzeug-Aufnahmerahmen (15) abgestützte, vorzugsweise als Druckfeder ausgebildete Feder (37) vorgesehen ist.
