Claims (11)
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere Wippschalter oder Wipptaster, mit wenigstens einer Kontaktstelle (10), die eine T-förmige, in Schneidlagern hängend gelagerte Kontaktwippe (12) mit wenigstens einem daran angeordneten beweglichen Kontaktstück (22) und wenigstens ein festes Kontaktstück aufweist, sowie mit einem Handbetätigungselement, welches die Kontaktwippe (12) unter Zwischenfügung einer Druckfeder (18) beaufschlagt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Transferteil (14) vorgesehen ist, welches zwischen dem Handbetätigungselement und der Kontaktwippe (12) angeordnet ist, daß das Transferteil (14) mit einer zur Kontaktwippe hin offenen nutähnlichen Einformung (38) versehen ist, in welche die Kontaktwippe (12) eingreift, und daß am Transferteil (14) die Druckfeder (18) geführt ist.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die T-förmige Kontaktwippe (12) an ihrer dem Transferteil (14) zugewandten, von der Druckfeder (18) beaufschlagten Stirnkante (28) eine entgegengerichtete Ausnehmung (30) aufweist, die mit einem am Transferteil (14) angeordneten Steg (32) zusammenarbeitet.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (30) an der Kontaktwippe (12) V-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (30) an der Kontaktwippe (12) symmetrisch angeordnet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einformung (38) am Transferteil (14) V-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nutgrund der Einformung (38) am Transferteil (14) mit einer entgegengerichteten Wölbung versehen ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwippe (12) bei einer Schalthandlung mit ihrer Einformung (30) am Steg (32) am Transferteil (14) abwälzt.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (32) am Transferteil (14) einstückig angeformt ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (32) am Transferteil (14) mittig angeordnet ist und sich parallel zur Bewegungsebene der Kontaktwippe (12) erstreckt.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (32) die nutähnliche Einformung (30) an der Kontaktwippe (12) symmetrisch unterteilt.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (32) ein seitliches Auswandern der Kontaktwippe (12) verhindert.
