Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Bandpreßeinheit (1; 20; 30; 40; 50; 60; 70) mit einem im Bereich eines Preßspaltes (4; 74) durch Stützmittel (9; 72) gelagerten umlaufenden Preßmantel (11; 77), wobei ein aufbereitetes Fluid (12'; 78) zum Kühlen des Preßmantels (11; 77) und zum Schmieren des zwischen dem Preßmantel (11; 77) und den Stützmitteln (9; 72) gebildeten Gleitlagers auf den Preßmantel (11; 77) aufgebracht und Fluid (12; 78) an einer Abstreifstelle vom Preßmantel (11; 77) abgenommen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das durch die Kühlung des Preßmantels (11; 77) erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) an der Abstreifstelle vollständig oder zumindest weitgehend vom Preßmantel (11; 77) abgenommen wird, bevor in Umlaufrichtung des Preßmantels (11; 77) hinter der Abstreifstelle aufbereitetes Fluid (12'; 78) aufgebracht wird, um ein Vermischen des erwärmten Fluids (12; 78) mit dem aufbereiteten Fluid (12'; 78) zu verhindern. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das aufbereitete Fluid (12'; 78) auf eine geringere Temperatur als die des erwärmten Fluids (12; 78) gekühlt und anschließend auf den Preßmantel (11; 77) aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgesprüht, wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) in der Nähe der Preßmantelaustrittsseite (14) des Preßspaltes (4; 74) vom Preßmantel (11; 77) abgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das aufbereitete Fluid (12'; 78) bei einem schlauchförmigen, einen geschlossenen Raum begrenzenden Preßmantel (11; 77) innerhalb eines Umlaufwinkels (α) kleiner als 90° hinter der Abstreifstelle auf die Innenseite des Preßmantels (11; 77) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Nähe der Preßmanteleinlaufseite des Preßspaltes (4; 74) das erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) abgenommen und aufbereitetes Fluid (12'; 78) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) durch eine Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71), die an einem als Preßschuh ausgebildeten Stützmittel (9; 72) angeordnet ist, vollständig abgenommen und das aufbereitete Fluid (12'; 78) im Einlaufspalt des Preßschuhs (9; 72) auf der Innenseite des Preßmantels (11; 77) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) bei einer Schuhpresse, deren Preßmantel über Leitwalzen geführt ist, zwischen dem Preßspalt und der benachbarten Leitwalze abgenommen und anschließend das aufbereitete Fluid auf den Preßmantel aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Abstreifstelle und Fluidaufbringungsstelle kein weiteres Mantelleitelement angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit zum Entwässern von Faserstoffbahnen (6) mit einem umlaufenden Preßmantel (11; 77), der im Bereich eines Preßspaltes (4; 74) durch Stützmittel (9; 72) gelagert ist, mit einer Fluidzuführvorrichtung (18; 44; 52; 62), die ein aufbereitetes Fluid (12'; 78) zum Schmieren des zwischen dem Preßmantel (11; 77) und den Stützmitteln (9; 72) gebildeten Gleitlagers und zum Kühlen des Preßmantels (11; 77) bereitstellt, und mit einer Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) das durch die Kühlung des Preßmantels (11; 77) erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) vollständig vom Preßmantel (11; 77) abnimmt und in Umlaufrichtung des Preßmantels (11; 77) direkt vor der Fluidzuführvorrichtung (18; 44; 52; 62) angeordnet ist, so daß sich das erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) nicht mit dem aufbereiteten Fluid (12'; 78) vermischt. - Bandpreßeinheit nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31, 41; 51; 61; 71) in der Nähe der Preßmantelaustrittsseite (14) des Preßspaltes (4; 74) angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) bei einem schlauchförmigen, einen geschlossenen Raum begrenzenden Preßmantel (11; 77) innerhalb eines Umlaufwinkels (α) kleiner als 90° vor der Fluidzuführvorrichtung (18; 44; 52; 62) angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) Abschab- oder Saugmittel aufweist, die in der Nähe der Fluidzuführvorrichtung (18; 44; 52; 62) angeordnet oder mit dieser kombiniert sind. - Bandpreßeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) an einem als Preßschuh (9; 72) ausgebildeten Stützmittel (9; 72) befestigt oder in den Preßschuh (9; 72) integriert ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidzuführvorrichtung (18; 44; 52; 62) im Einlaufspalt des Preßschuhs (9; 72) angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) in der Nähe der Preßmanteleinlaufseite des Preßspaltes (4; 74) angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) bei einer Schuhpresse, deren Preßmantel über Leitwalzen geführt ist, zwischen dem Preßspalt und der benachbarten Leitwalze angeordnet ist. - Bandpreßeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Fluidabstreifvorrichtung vor dem Preßspalt (4; 74) angeordnet ist, die einen Teil des Fluids (12; 78) abnimmt, und eine zweite Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13; 21; 31; 41; 51; 61; 71) hinter dem Preßspalt angeordnet ist, die daß erwärmte Fluid (12; 78) vollständig vom Preßmantel (11; 77) abnimmt. - Fluidabstreifvorrichtung für die Bandpreßeinheit nach Anspruch 9 mit einem direkt in Kontakt mit dem Fluid (78) stehenden Abstreifelement (81) und mit Anpreßmitteln (82), die das Abstreifelement (81) an einen Preßmantel (77) andrücken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Querschnitt des Abstreifelements (81) im Bereich des Preßmantels (77) kreis-, ellipsenförmig oder eine beliebig daran angenäherte Freiform ist. - Fluidabstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Querschnitt des Abstreifelements (81) im Bereich des Preßmantels (77) einen Krümmungsradius von 2 mm bis 5 mm aufweist. - Fluidabstreifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abstreifelement (81) ein Rundstab ist. - Fluidabstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßmittel (82) zumindest einen Federmechanismus oder Pneumatikzylinder aufweisen. - Fluidabstreifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßmittel (82) das Abstreifelement (81) mit einer Anpreßkraft zwischen 100 und 1000 N/m an den Preßmantel (77) andrücken.
