Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports shoe sole or swimming / diving fin according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Soles of sports shoes for lawn sports which are equipped with gripping elements such as cleats, Cams or spikes on the natural floor for better slip resistance are, for example soccer shoe soles, mostly made of thermoplastic Plastics or elastomers of relatively high rigidity, so that the Sporadic forces exerted on the gripping elements in the sole can be recorded and distributed over a large area.
- sports shoes are said to and therefore also their soles as flexible as possible in the bending area of the forefoot Rolling direction in order to minimize the natural mobility of the foot To oppose resistance.
- a special problem is with swimming / diving fins, which is also the subject of the present invention.
- the stocking-like over the foot is pulled from soft thermoplastic elastomer. Because this material for the If the fin itself is too soft, the foot section is usually made using a two-component injection molding process connected to the actual fin part, the made of harder thermoplastic, for example made of polypropylene, consists. Such manufacturing is technically complex and requires Use of separate tools for the insert and for completing the Fin.
- a shoe sole of the type mentioned at the outset is known from US-A-1 361 907 known.
- the forefoot area has a lower rigidity than the rearfoot area.
- a generic difference to the subject consists first of all in that the known sole made of several layers of a rubber material stacked on top of one another or a rubber-coated textile fabric.
- the transition between two areas of different stiffness takes place obviously in several stages, through arrangement and connection appropriate strips of material can be realized. This means a high one Material and especially manufacturing expenses.
- the object of the present invention is to consist of several plastic material components different stiffness existing sports shoe soles or swimming / diving fins adapt to the anatomical conditions of the To optimize the foot to improve athletic suitability at the same time, in addition to reduce the manufacturing and cost and the Further reduce susceptibility to breakage.
- the present invention therefore deliberately creates transition zones in which a constant change in stiffness takes place, so that zones of high material stiffness can be converted into zones of low material stiffness (and vice versa) in the case of sports shoe soles or swimming / diving fins without stiffness jumps or steps.
- the invention advantageously enables one-piece production of the relevant sports shoe sole or swimming / diving fin with the required Properties (see above) in a single production tool and in a single one Processing step.
- the main advantage of the invention is that the particular Product (sports shoe sole or swimming / diving fin) stiffness jumps and therefore also places with particularly high material tension and risk of breakage be avoided.
- the bending stiffness is anatomically adapted accordingly the bending zones of the foot.
- the invention also makes inserts superfluous and thus avoids the otherwise high effort required for special insert shapes, for the production and positioning of Inserts.
- the soles 10, 10a and 10b of FIGS. 1, 3 and 5, as well 7 of the athletic shoe sole shown in FIG. 7, are made of plastics that are in the hardened state have different stiffness, by injection molding manufactured. These materials can be plastics of the same basic type (with different hardness settings) or also to deal with plastics of different basic types. It is essential in any case that the materials used homogeneously miscible and must be able to fuse connections interact with each other.
- the sports shoe soles shown in the drawing - 10, 10a, 10b and 17 - each have zones of high material rigidity, Zones of low material rigidity and transition zones.
- the Transition zones are used for gradual and even bridging the difference in stiffness between the zones is higher Stiffness and the zones of low stiffness (see also Fig. 2, 4 and 6).
- A is in the forefoot area a zone 18 of low rigidity is provided, starting out from the tip of the sole to approximately the maximum Sole width marking dashed line 19 extends out.
- One the rearfoot area C and partly also the midfoot area B covering zone 20 of high rigidity extends up to a dashed line 21.
- Between the dashed lines Lines 19, 21 extend - strip-shaped and transverse to Longitudinal longitudinal axis (x, Fig. 2) directed - a transition zone 22, the high material stiffness extends over their length the zone 20, as shown in FIG. 2, steadily to the low one Zone 18 material stiffness reduced.
- the 3 a (front) soft zone, 18a, and a - In this case the sole areas B and C completely covering - (back) hard zone, 20a, on, between them a strip-shaped transition zone 22a extends.
- the Transition zone 22a - mark dashed lines 19a, 21a their ends on both sides - is much narrower than the transition zone 22 shown in FIG. 1, so that the Difference in stiffness of zones 22a and 18a, as in FIG. 4 makes clear on a correspondingly short length (x) the sole 10a balanced by the transition zone 22a must become.
- 3 are also in the variant two middle gripping elements 13, 14 - deviating from FIG.
- the two front gripping elements 11 and 12 are located, as in the embodiment of FIG Fig. 1 - within the soft forefoot zone 18a (or 18, Fig. 1).
- the gripping elements 14, 15 arranged in the midfoot area As far as it is concerned, it may also be advantageous these completely within the hard material of the rearfoot zone Arrange 20a or the hard rearfoot zone 20a (over the midfoot area C beyond) to extend accordingly far forward, around the distribution of those acting on the gripping elements 13, 14 Favor forces and around the bridge between heel gripping elements 15, 16 and midfoot gripping elements 13, 14 to provide rigid supports on both sides.
- Sole 10b two spaced apart and substantially to each other parallel strip-shaped transition zones 23, 24 arranged extend in the transverse direction over the entire width of the sole. Only between the two transition zones 23, 24 is one Zone 25 low stiffness formed while the rest Sole areas, toe 26 and rear and midfoot area C or B, consist of a material 27 of high rigidity.
- the two front (toe-side) gripping elements 11, 12 are the front transition zone 23, partly the (hard) toe area 26, and the two middle gripping elements 13, 14 partly the rear transition zone 24, partly the (hard) Metatarsal area B, 27 assigned.
- FIG. 7 Compared to the variants previously dealt with (according to FIGS. 1, 3 and 5) is the embodiment of FIG. 7, in which it also in contrast to the embodiments 1 and 3 and 5 not a soccer shoe sole, but is a cycling shoe sole, due to the special feature, that the material zones of different stiffness are not in the Distance arranged one behind the other, but rather all around are trained.
- a circumferential Zone 29 of low stiffness formed, on the inside, likewise all around, a transition zone 30 essentially same width as the soft edge zone 29 connects.
- the of the remaining sole area 31 enclosed in the transition zone 30 made of a material with high rigidity.
- transition zone 30 corresponds to the material rigidity of the transition zone 30 on its outer (ring-shaped), marked by a broken line 32 Edge of the low material rigidity of the adjacent (ring-shaped) Edge zone 29.
- the inner (also ring-shaped) edge the transition zone 30 is by a dashed line 33 marked.
- the transition zone 30 has a greater hardness there on that exactly the material stiffness of (from the two annular zones 29, 30 enclosed) inner zone 31 corresponds.
- the material rigidity of the transition zone 30 increases "radial" from outside to inside.
- the sole edge area 28 all around made of soft material 29 and possibly lip-like is not only for cycling shoe soles of interest, but also for sports shoe soles for various lawn sports, but also for shoe soles of a different kind, for example in the case of cross-country ski soles.
- a soft and possibly lip-like version of the Sole edge area namely allows a good adjustment of the Sole on the shoe upper, while the sole tread - out functional reasons - at the same time made of stiff material can exist.
- the transition zone - 30 in Fig. 7 - whose Properties can be adjustable, also make it possible here a steady transition from the soft edge zone to the hard one Tread area without it increasing notch stress Stiffness levels comes.
- thermoplastic polyurethane with a hardness range of approx. 60 ShoreA to 50 ShoreD or polyamide elastomer in one Hardness range from 90 ShoreA to 70 ShoreD (modulus of elasticity 50 MPa to 400 MPa).
- thermoplastic polyurethane in combination with polyamide elastomer or polypropylene in combination with thermoplastic Elastomer based on styrene-butadiene-styrene or styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene or polyolefin.
- the soles according to the invention are expediently on Injection molding machines manufactured with at least two injection units.
- the two units fill at the same time or at different times the same cavity via separate sprues.
- the injection mold should therefore have at least two spray channels and sprues.
