Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kunststoff-Stülpdeckels, bei dem eine Deckelspiegelronde (7a) aus einem Stülpdeckel (1) aus einem ersten Kunststoff-Material mit für die erforderliche Steifigkeit des Randbereiches (2,5) ausreichender Dicke (d1) ausgestanzt wird und durch eine neue Ronde (7) aus einem anderen oder einem deutlich dünneren (d2) Kunststoff-Material dadurch ersetzt wird, daß die neue Ronde (7) mit dem nach Ausstanzen verbliebenen Randbereich (2,5) dicht und bleibend verbunden wird (9).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem aus einer noch warmen Folie durch Tiefziehen in dem Randbereich (2,5) ein im Querschnitt u-förmiges Profil (3;3a,3b,3c,3d;4) ausgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem die bleibende, dichte Verbindung (9) durch induktives Schweißen oder Ultraschallschweißen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die ausgestanzte Ronde (7a) in einen Herstellprozess der Ausgangsronde oder Folie (20) mit einer Ausgangsdicke (d0) zurückgeführt wird, zum Tiefziehen weiterer Stülpdeckel (1).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem(a) der Stanzvorgang der alten Ronde (7a) im wesentlichen zeitgleich zum Tiefziehvorgang des Randbereichs (2,5) erfolgt; und/oder(b) die neue Ronde (7) die ausgestanzte Deckelspiegelronde (7a) so ersetzt, daß die neue Ronde (7) erst mit dem schon fertigen Randbereich (2,5) dicht und bleibend verbunden wird (9), wozu die neue Ronde (7) und der Stülpdeckel (1) mit dem verbliebenen Randbereich (2,5) getrennt hergestellt wurden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die neue Ronde (7) gegenüber der ausgestanzten Deckelspiegelronde (7a) größer ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem(a) ein Kunststoffgranulat durch Wärmeeinwirkung erweicht und zu einer Folie (20) von vorbestimmter Dicke (d0) verarbeitet wird;(b) aus der noch warmen Folie (20) durch Tiefziehen in dem ringförmigen Randbereich (2,5) des Stülpdeckels ein im Querschnitt U-förmiger Bereich (3,4) ausgeformt wird;(c) aus der Folie (20) der tiefgezogene Stülpdeckel (1) und aus dessen Spiegelbereich eine Ronde (7a) ausgestanzt werden, wobei die ausgestanzte Ronde als Granulat aufbereitet dem Herstellungsprozeß gemäß (a) wieder zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem eine neue Ronde (7) aus wesentlich dünnerem (d2) Folienmaterial - vorzugsweise mit etwas größerem Durchmesser - mit dem Innenrand (5) des durch Ausstanzen verbliebenen Stülpdeckelringes (2) durch Kleben, Schweißen oder Heißsiegeln verbunden (9) wird.
- Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff zum Verschließen eines Behälters, welcher Deckel (1) nach einem Verfahren der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 hergestellt ist und einen Deckelspiegel (7) und einen zum form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Eingriff mit einem Behälterrand des Behälters U-förmig profilierten (3;3a,3b,3c,3d;4) tiefgezogenen Rand (2) aus einem ersten Kunststoff aufweist;(a) wobei der tiefgezogene Rand (2) eine Wanddicke (d1) aufweist, die für eine - für eine Haltewirkung des Stülpdeckels am Behälterrand ausreichende - Steifigkeit sorgt;(b) wobei der Deckelspiegel (7) aus einem anderen Kunststoff geringerer Steifigkeit oder aus dem ersten Kunststoff mit geringerer Dicke (d2) besteht;(c) der Deckelspiegel (7) und der Rand (2) zur Bildung eines Stülpdeckels aus Stülpdeckelring (2) und flacher Spiegelzone (7) fest und dicht miteinander verbunden (9) sind.
- Stülpdeckel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der U-förmige Rand (2) radial innen einen ebenen Ringflansch (5) aufweist, mit dem eine gegenüber dem Ringflansch (5) wesentlich dünnere (d2) Ronde (7) unter begrenzter Überlappung dicht verbunden (9), insbesondere verklebt, versiegelt oder induktiv verschweißt ist.
