In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung dargestellt und anhand davon nachfolgend beschrieben.

Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Verringern der Rauhigkeit und des Abriebs von Schichtbändern wobei bei starker Erhitzung die Oberflächen zu Beilby-Schichten schmelzen, mittels eines sich drehenden Polierorgans mit Struktur-Umfangfläche, die eine am Umfang (7) des Polierorgans (5, 5A) vorgesehene gewinde-ähnliche Struktur (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zylinder als Polierorgan (5, 5A) dessen Höhe wenigstens etwa der Breite des Schichtbandes entspricht und insbesondere etwa das Doppelte beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Struktur aus im wesentlichen koaxial angeordneten Nuten (8) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, daß die Struktur aus gewindeähnlichen Nuten (8) mit einer Mindest-Steigung von 0,16 mm besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerdem axial angeordnete Nuten (10) am Zylinderumfang (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axial-Nuten (10) eine V-Form aufweisen, die insbesondere einen Winkel (α) von etwa 112° einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axial-Nuten eine Sägezahnform aufweisen, die insbesondere einen Winkel (δ) von etwa 63° einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahl der koaxialen Nuten (8) etwa 1 bis 20, insbesondere 10 beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koaxial-Nuten (8) im wesentlichen V-Form aufweisen und die Flankenbreite der Stege (9) an der Umfangsfläche (7) des Zylinders (5, 5A) zwischen den Koaxial-Nuten (8) etwa 0,1 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Zylinderumfangs (7) aus gehärtetem Stahl besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Zylinderumfangs (7) aus Oxid-Keramik besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Zylinderumfangs (7) aus einer Hartmetall-Legierung besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material des Zylinderumfangs (7) eine Härte von mindestens 60 Rockwell aufweist.
