Abstract
Description
Baustellenaufzugsleitungen werden für Einhängelängen bis zu 400 Metern verwendet. Um eine für das Abfangen des Gewichts von derart großen Leitungslängen ausreichende Zugfestigkeit zu gewährleisten, weisen die bekannten selbsttragenden elektrischen Leitungen ein hochzugfestes und dabei dehnungsarmes Tragorgan auf, das allerdings eine dementsprechend hohe Steifigkeit besitzt. Im Betrieb des Aufzugs muß die jeweils nicht benötigte Länge der elektrischen Leitung, die durch die jeweilige Höhe des Fahrkorbes bestimmt wird, auf irgendeine Weise auf möglichst engem Raum abgelegt werden, ohne daß die elektrische Leitung dabei beschädigt wird.
Claims (7)
- Selbsttragende elektrische Leitung, insbesondere Aufzugsleitung, mit einem zentralen Tragorgan, einer Mehrzahl von darüber verseilten isolierten elektrischen Leitern und einem Mantel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (1) einen Vordrall aufweist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vordrall der Leitung (1) durch die Vulkanisation oder Vernetzung des Mantels (25) im aufgewickelten Zustand der Leitung (1) erzeugt ist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der elektrischen Leiter (15, 21) aus miteinander verseilten oder verwürgten Stahl- und Kupferdrähten ausgebildet ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (25) aus einem gummielastischen Werkstoff ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer selbsttragenden elektrischen Leitung, insbesondere einer Aufzugsleitung, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von isolierten elektrischen Leitern über einem zentralen Tragorgan verseilt und darüber ein Mantel aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (1) aufgewickelt, der Mantel (25) im aufgewickelten Zustand der Leitung (1) vulkanisiert oder vernetzt und dabei ein Vordrall der Leitung (1) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der elektrischen Leiter (15, 21) durch Verseilen oder Verwürgen von Stahl- und Kupferdrähten ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (25) aus einem gummielastischen Werkstoff ausgebildet wird.
