Claims (13)
- Biegerichtmaschine für längliche Werkstücke, mit auf einem Maschinentisch angeordneten Werkstückaufnahmen zum drehbaren Erfassen der Enden des Werkstückes, mit mindestens zwei in Abstand auf dem Maschinentisch angeordneten Richtunterlagen zum Abstützen des Werkstückes in seiner Längsrichtung, mit mindestens einem zwischen den Richtunterlagen angeordneten Richtstempel zum Einwirken auf das Werkstück, sowie mit einer mittels eines Antriebes in Richtung des Werkstückes und von diesem weg verstellbaren Betätigungsvorrichtung, die den Richtstempel aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung als Brücke (17) ausgebildet ist, die den Richtstempel (28) in der vertikalen Flucht (29) des Werkstückes (7) aufnimmt und mittels des Antriebes (15) die Brücke (17) in einer vertikalen Ebene (29) verstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (17) Schenkel (19), die neben dem Maschinentisch (3) angeordnet sind, sowie einen, die Schenkel (19) verbindenden, oberhalb des Maschinentisches (3) angeordneten Steg (18), der den Richtstempel (28) aufnimmt, aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (17) in einem maschinenfesten Bauteil (2) relativ zu diesem beweglich gelagert ist, insbesondere in einer den Maschinentisch (3) aufnehmenden Grundplatte (2).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (17) im Bereich ihrer Schenkel (19) federnd in der Grundplatte (2) gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb als stationär gelagerte Elemente einen Motor mit Getriebe (15) und eine von diesen angetriebene Welle (11), sowie mindestens eine mit der Welle (11) drehfest verbundene Kurvenscheibe (14) aufweist, die mit einem Ansatz (24) der Brücke (17) zusammenwirkt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (24) als Rolle ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (11) im Maschinentisch (3) drehbar gelagert ist und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Maschinentisches (3) Kurvenscheiben (14) drehfest mit der Welle (11) verbunden sind, wobei die Kurvenscheiben (14) mit den Ansätzen (24) zusammenwirken.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels der mindestens einen Kurvenscheibe (14) der Richtstempel (28) in Richtung des Werkstückes (7) zustellbar und mittels mindestens einer entgegen dieser Zustellrichtung des Richtstempels (28) wirksamen Feder (21) der Richtstempel (28) vom Werkstück (7) weg bewegbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen jedem Schenkel (19) der Brücke (17) und der Grundplatte (2) eine Druckfeder (21) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zustellhub der Brücke (17) einem Schwenkwinkel der Kurvenscheibe (14) von mehr als 180°, insbesondere 270° entspricht.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (17) senkrecht zu ihrer Stellrichtung geführt ist, insbesondere mittels Manschetten (22).
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor als Elektromotor ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor stationär in der Grundplatte (2) der Maschine gelagert ist.
