Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Abschrauben von Verschlußkappen von Gefäßen mit einem Rotor, in dem mehrere Greifköpfe für die Verschlußkappen gesteuert heb- und senkbar sowie rotierend antreibbar angeordnet sind, wobei in jedem Greifkopf ein dessen Greifeinrichtung steuernder Stößel höhenbeweglich gelagert ist, der beim Anheben des Greifkopfs an einer Abgabestelle durch einen Anschlag höhenmäßig blockiert wird und dadurch die Greifeinrichtung öffnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stößel (4) wahlweise an mehreren Abgabestellen (38, 39) durch an der Unterseite des Rotors (2) angeordnete Anschläge (5) höhenmäßig blockierbar sind und dabei jeweils in Zusammenwirkung mit einer Hubbewegung der Greifköpfe (3) die zugehörige Greifeinrichtung (6) vollständig öffnen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifköpfe (3) an jeder Abgabestelle (38, 39) einen vollständigen Öffnungshub (H1, H2) ausführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung der Hubbewegung der Greifköpfe (3) durch eine stationäre, in sich geschlossene Hubkurve (13) erfolgt, in die drehbar mit den Greifköpfen (3) verbundene Kurvenrollen (12) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Greifkopf (3) ein höhenbeweglich an der Unterseite des Rotors (2) angeordneter Anschlag (5) zugeordnet ist, der durch eine Steuereinrichtung (31) wahlweise in einer unteren Höhenlage blockierbar oder zum Anstieg auf eine obere Köhenlage freigebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (31) mindestens einen Sensor (37) für die Art der Verschlußkappen aufweist, der in Abhängigkeit von der erkannten Art die zugehörige Höhenlage des Anschlags (5) aktiviert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (5) ringförmig ausgebildet und konzentrisch zu den Greifköpfen (3) angeordnet sind, wobei ihre ebene Unterseite als Lauffläche für mit den Stößeln (4) gekoppelte Rollen (27) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (31) ein stationär an der Umlaufbahn des Rotors (2) angeordnetes Kurvenstück (30) aufweist, das mittels eines Stellorgans (34) wahlweise in die Bewegungsbahn eines vorbeilaufenden Anschlags (5) einfahrbar ist, um diesen in seiner unteren Höhenlage zu blockieren, oder aus der Umlaufbahn des Anschlags (5) ausfahrbar ist, um dessen Höhenbewegung freizugeben.
