Claims (6)
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, bestehend auseinem ersten, linear geführten Stellglied (1),einem daran angelenkten Zwischenglied (2), einem zweiten, an einem Kopfstück (5) drehbar gelagerten, mit dem Zwischenglied (2) gelenkig verbundenen Stellglied (3) für die Anbringung eines Spannarmes (4),einem stationär am Kopfstück (5) vorgesehenen, gegen ein Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) am oberen Ende des Stellgliedes (1) gerichteten Zweifachsensor (7),einem am Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) angeordneten einstellbaren Schließstellungsnocken (8) undeiner neben dem Nocken (8) angeordneten ausrückbaren und antriebsseitig am Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) freistehenden Öffnungswinkelanschlagleiste (9), wobei im Stellweg des antriebsseitigen Endes (9') der Öffnungswinkelanschlagleiste (9) ein einstellbarer Auflaufanschlag (10) angeordnet ist, der bei Auflauf der Öffnungswinkelanschlagleiste (9) diese in Wirkstellung zum Zweifachsensor (7) bringt.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungswinkelanschlagleiste (9) an zwei Parallelführungsblattfedern (11) im Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) befestigt ist. - Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Öffnungswinkelanschlagleiste (9) mittels Führungszapfen (13) in zwei schräg zum Stellglied (1) orientierten Kulissenschlitzen (12) im Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) geführt ist. - Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Auflaufanschlag (10) in einem zwischen dem Kopfstück (5) und dem Stellgliedantrieb (1') angeordneten Zwischenstück (14) vorgesehen ist. - Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Auflaufanschlag (10) in einer Ausnehmung (15) des Zwischenstückes (14) angeordnete ist, die Form einer das Stellglied (1) mindestens zum Teil umfassenden Hülse (10') mit einem Verzahnungsbereich (16) aufweist, und dem Auflaufanschlag (10) ein in die Ausnehmung des Zwischenstückes (14) passendes und an diesem fixierbares Füllstück (17) mit einem Gegenverzahnungsbereich (16') zugeordnet ist. - Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zweifachsensor (7) in einem gegen das Zwischengliedanlenkstück (6) offenen, am Kopfstück (5) leicht auswechsel- und verrastbaren Gehäuse (7') angeordnet ist.
