Definitions
- the invention relates to a sound insulation hood for two Side panels and fold pockets arranged between them Pocket folding machine, the sheet entry plane essentially is horizontal.
- DE 30 25 239 A1 describes a sound insulation device for a pocket folding machine in which the upper folder is surrounded by a soundproof hood, which consists of a upper hinged lid and a lower fixed or swiveling floor panel to which a soundproof flap is attached connects. If the lid and the bottom plate around an upper or lower axis of rotation is pivotable, that is Opening and closing of the upper noise protection hood from one Operator very difficult to execute. Is the floor pan fixed, is only limited access to the upper fold pockets guaranteed. The fixed floor pan hinders work on the knife shafts of one of the folding pockets downstream cutting unit and affects the stopper removal.
- the operator is usually the stationary floor panel permanently dismantled or the does not bring the swiveling floor panel back into the closed position, so that the knife shaft protection is missing and a high one Sound level is reached. A soundproofing on the inlet side is not scheduled.
- the object on which the invention is based is now to design the sound insulation hood of the type mentioned at the beginning, that the desired access to the pocket folder and the Restoration of the soundproofing end of the pocket folding machine carried out in a few simple steps can be.
- This task is based on the sound insulation hood of the initially mentioned type by a frame that of a fixed on the side, protruding upwards over the folding pockets Strut and an upper cross member is formed by a first hood part on the sheet inlet side, which on the upper Cross member for a movement between an open position, in which is accessible to the folder input side, and one Closing position is articulated in the folder inlet side covered essentially soundproof except for the sheet inlet and an outer hood surface with an inlet side between the side parts matching closing surface, with two den Side sections assigned locking sections and with two Has hood closing edges, and by a folding pocket side second hood part solved, which is also on the upper Cross member for a movement between an open position, in the folding pockets are accessible, and a closed position is articulated in which the folding pockets are essentially soundproof are covered, and an outer hood surface with a Folding unit side closing surface, with two side parts assigned closing sections and with two hood closing edges has, the hood closing edges in the closed position of the two hood parts
- the sound insulation hood according to the invention consists of two hood parts, which occur simultaneously or independently of each other their open position and their closed position pivoted can be.
- the hood parts give the whole pocket folding unit is free and because of the Position of the upper cross member so far above the sheet entry level that the operators have easy access to the pocket folder and its components and any existing ones has cutter shafts provided on the folding sheet outlet side.
- the sheet inlet side Hood part or the folding pocket-side hood part to be pivoted into the open position, the latter in its folding position completely, so too on its bottom, encloses.
- the height of the cross member above the sheet entry level is determined by the fact that one-piece folding pocket-side hood part around the upper folding pockets can be pivoted around.
- the frame strut usually has two outer struts, each on the inner surface of the respective side part is attached.
- each outer strut and the Sheet entry plane expediently from the sheet entry direction 90 ° to 120 °, preferably 105 °.
- the stability of the frame can be increased further by that above the sheet entry level on the sheet entry side in front of the Fastening of the outer struts on the side parts extending between the side parts and attached to them lower cross member is provided on which at least one inner strut is attached to the one above the side panels located upper cross member and extends to it is set.
- the inner strut or struts advantageously form with the sheet entry plane from the sheet entry direction from an angle of 125 ° to 135 °, preferably 130 °.
- the pocket folding machine 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has two vertical, spaced-apart side parts 11, between which the folding pockets 12 with folding rollers, not shown are arranged.
- the sheet to be folded is in the sheet entry plane 17 in the direction of the arrow fed to the parallel fold and as a folded sheet after trimming delivered by knife rollers 13 to a delivery 15.
- each side part 11 On the inner surface of each side part 11 is an outer strut 22 or 23 attached for example by welding.
- the two outer struts 22 and 23 extend from the associated side part 11 up over the top fold pocket out.
- the outer struts 27 slightly inclined so that it with the sheet entry plane 17 of form the sheet entry direction from an angle of approximately 105 °.
- the outer struts 22 and 23 are at their upper ends connected by an upper cross member 21 which is transverse to the levels formed by the side parts 11 and forms a frame 20 with the outer struts 22 and 23.
- the frame 20 is through inner struts 25 and 26 reinforced between the extend upper cross member 21 and a lower cross member 24, the side parts 11 slightly above the sheet entry plane 17 connects across them.
- the inner struts 25 and 26 form in the arrangement shown with the sheet entry plane 17 from the sheet entry direction at an angle of 130 ° and have the same distance from each other outer strut 22 or 23.
- the arrangement of the angles of the outer struts 22 and 23 as well the inner struts 25 and 26 will depend on the required Stability of the frame 20 chosen. Is the sound insulation hood light, a low stability of the frame 20 is sufficient.
- the outer struts 22 and 23 can then be perpendicular to the sheet entry plane 17 are arranged and the inner struts 25th and 26 can be omitted.
- the first hood part 30 covers the sheet inlet area of the pocket folding machine and only leaves space for a trouble-free Sheet inlet.
- the first hood part 30 has two each Side parts 11 associated side surfaces, each one Has closing edge 34 and a hood closing edge 31.
- the Side faces of the first hood part are outside by a Contact surface 32, an adjoining outer hood surface 33 and one held on it and fitting between the side parts 11, arc inlet side closing surface 35 connected.
- Fig. 1 In the closed position shown in Fig. 1 is the sheet inlet side one-piece hood part 30 with its closing edges 34 soundproof on the upper edges 16 of the side parts 11, while the sheet entry side closing surface 35 between the Seals 11 against sound emissions and only the Leaves sheet inlet.
- the second hood part 40 has two each assigned to the side parts 11 Side surfaces, each of which has a closing edge 46 and one Has hood closing edge 41.
- the side faces of the second Hood part 40 are outside by a contact surface 42, a adjacent outer hood surface 43 and a lower one Hood surface 44 connected, which merges into a closing surface 45.
- the second hood part 40 formed in one piece encloses in the closed position shown in Fig. 1 the folding pockets 12 completely, ie also on the underside, and provides a sound seal in that its hood closing edges 41 on the hood closing edges 31 of the first Hood part 30 and its closing edges 46 on corresponding Outer edges 18 of the side parts 11 rest.
- the hood parts 30 and 40 are the open position of the hood parts 30 and 40 shown.
- the contact surfaces 32 and 42 of the two hood parts 30 and 40 lie against each other in a vertical plane, where appropriate to achieve a stable open position Counterweights not shown can be provided.
- the closing edges 31 and 41 of the hood parts 30 and 40 are largely in a horizontal plane over the pocket folding machine so that perfect access is guaranteed for the operating personnel.
- the hood parts 30 and 40 can be used individually or together between the Open position and the closed position are pivoted. The Swiveling can be done easily with the help of side handles.
