Claims (10)
- Verfahren für die Montage der Zugelemente der Ausleger von Turmdrehkränen, die einen Arbeits-Ausleger (7) und einen Gegen-Ausleger (8) besitzen, die mit einem oder mehreren Halte-Zugelementen (13; 16, 17) ausgestattet sind, deren eines Ende mit Gelenkverbindung an einem Element (20, 21) des Auslegers oder des Gegen-Auslegers befestigt ist, und deren anderes, anfangs freies Ende dazu vorgesehen ist, um durch Fixierung mit der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) des Krans verbunden zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es besteht:in einer ersten Stufe:den Gegen-Ausleger (8) mit der Basis des Mastkopfes (6) durch Fixierung zusammenzufügen (bei 12),das freie Ende des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) oder eines Teils (24) dieses Zugelements (13), an ein Ende eines Montagegurts (25) zu fixieren (bei 27), der provisorisch am Mastkopf (6) befestigt ist,diesen Montagegurt (25) bis zur Ausrichtung des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) mittels eines Montageseils (49) zu heben, das zwischen diesem Gurt (25) und der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) einen Flaschenzug (59) bildet,das Zugelement (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) zu fixieren;in einer zweiten Stufe:den Ausleger (7) mit der Basis des Mastkopfes (6) auf der dem Gegen-Ausleger (8) gegenüberliegenden Seite (bei 15) durch Fixierung zusammenzufügen,das freie Ende (37, 38) des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) mit einem Montagegurt (44) zu verbinden, der provisorisch an dem Mastkopf (6) befestigt ist,diesen Montagegurt (44) bis zur Ausrichtung des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7), die miteinander verbunden sind, mittels des vorgenannten Montageseils (49) zu heben, das einen weiteren Flaschenzug (60) zwischen diesem Gurt (44) und der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) bildet,das Zugelement oder die Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) zu fixieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurt (25), der zum Montieren des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) benutzt wird, von dem vorderen Teil (25) dieses Zugelements (13) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Montieren von Zugelementen der Ausleger von Turmdrehkränen, um das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 einzusetzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie, außer den vorgenannten Montagegurten (25, 44), umfasst: ein Flaschenzug-Ensemble (47) zwischen einer Montagewinde (48), die die Motorisierung eines Montageseils (49) sicherstellt, einen festen Teil, der sich sukzessiv auf der Seite des Auslegers (7) für die Montage des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8), dann auf der Seite des Gegen-Auslegers (8) für die Montage des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) befindet, und einen beweglichen Teil, der sich sukzessiv auf der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet, wobei alle Elemente des Flaschenzug-Ensembles (47) allein vom Mastkopf (6) getragen werden, und wobei die vorstehend genannten Teile gebildet sind aus mindestens einer Rolle (31), die getragen wird vom Montagegurt (25) des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8), und mindestens einer weiteren Rolle (46), die getragen wird vom Montagegurt (44) des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das motorisierte Montageseil (49) von der Montagewinde (48) ausgehend, die im Inneren der Basis des Mastkopfes (6) angeordnet ist, sukzessiv auf eine erste Rolle (50) wandert, die an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) angeordnet ist und deren Drehachse (51) senkrecht zur vertikalen Mittelebene des Auslegers (7) und des Gegen-Auslegers (8) steht, dann auf eine zweite Rolle (52) wandert, die auf der Seite des Gegen-Auslegers (8) an ein Ende einer Krantraverse (53) montiert ist, die (bei 54) an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) angelenkt ist und (bei 55) auf dem Mastkopf (6) aufgelagert ist, wobei die Drehachse (56) der zweiten Rolle (52) parallel zu derjenigen (51) der ersten Rolle (50) ist, dann auf eine dritte Rolle (31) wandert, die an den Montagegurt (25) des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) montiert ist, Gurt, der provisorisch auf der Rückseite des Mastkopfes (6) befestigt ist, wobei die Drehachse (57) der dritten Rolle (31) senkrecht zu derjenigen (56) der zweiten Rolle (52) ist, dann auf eine vierte Rolle (58) wandert, die koaxial zur zweiten Rolle (52) montiert ist, womit ein zweisträngiger Flaschenzug (59) zum Montieren des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) gebildet wird, und schließlich auf eine Gruppe von Rollen wandert, die auf der Seite des Auslegers (7) einen mehrteiligen Flaschenzug (60) zwischen der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) und dem Montagegurt (44) des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) bildet, Gurt, der provisorisch auf der Vorderseite des Mastkopfes (6) befestigt ist, um sich endlich (bei 63) auf der Drehachse (62) der Rollen (61) des mehrteiligen Flaschenzugs (60) festzulagern, die sich an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mehrteilige Flaschenzug (60) ausgeführt ist zwischen einer ersten Reihe koaxialer Rollen (61), die am anderen Ende der Krantraverse (53) angeordnet sind, die an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) angelenkt ist, Rollen (61), deren gemeinsame Drehachse (62) senkrecht zur vertikalen Mittelebene des Auslegers (7) und des Gegen-Auslegers (8) steht, und einer zweiten Reihe ebenfalls koaxialer Rollen (46), die am oberen Ende des Montagegurts (44) des Zugelements oder der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) angeordnet sind, wobei die gemeinsame Drehachse dieser letzteren Rollen (46) ebenfalls senkrecht zur vertikalen Mittelebene des Auslegers (7) und des Gegen-Auslegers (8) steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle eines Auslegers (7), der mit mehreren Zugelementen (16, 17) ausgerüstet ist, diese Zugelemente (16, 17) mit ihren letzten freien Endelementen (37, 38) mittels eines Seilstropps (39) konstanter Länge miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugelement oder die Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) fixiert werden mit Hilfe eines in einer Position wartenden Verbindungsstücks (68), um die freien Endelemente (37, 38) der Zugelemente (16, 17) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach der Gesamtheit der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Stropps (39), der die Endelemente (37, 38) der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) verbindet, in der Weise bestimmt ist, dass am Schluss der Montage die freien Enden aller Zugelemente (16, 17) direkt an dem wartenden Verbindungsstück (68) an der Spitze (14) des Mastkopfes (6) fixiert werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenglieder (40, 41) an den freien Endelementen (37, 38) der Zugelemente (16, 17) des Auslegers (7) angelenkt sind, um das Fixieren zu erleichtern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugelement (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) an dem Mastkopf (6) fixiert wird vermittels einer in einer Position wartenden Gabel (66), um den Montagegurt (25) des Zugelements (13) des Gegen-Auslegers (8) aufzunehmen.
