Claims (6)

  1. Motorgetriebene Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten und Ausfahren des Mastes und zum Zusammenlegen des Auslegers eines Krans, genauer gesagt, eines Krans mit Multifunktions-Ausleger mit veränderbarer Konfiguration, der einen umklappbaren Mast (7) hat, der zusammengesetzt ist aus einem unteren Mastelement (8), das an einem Gestell (4) beweglich montiert ist, und einem oberen Mastelement (9), das an der Spitze des unteren Mastelements (8) beweglich montiert ist, sowie einen Verteilerausleger (14) hat, der aus aufeinanderfolgenden, gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Elementen (15, 16, 17) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei das erste Auslegerelement, Auslegerfuß (15) genannt, seinerseits an der Spitze des Mastes (7) beweglich montiert ist, und wobei dieses erste Auslegerelement (15), und möglicherweise das folgende Element (16), in eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Stellung entsprechend der Ausrichtung des aufgerichteten Mastes (7) gebracht werden können, so dass dieser Mast (7) aufgestockt wird, wobei alle Auslegerelemente (15, 16, 17) eine Rollbahn (18) für denselben Laufwagen (19) haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen doppelt wirkenden Hydraulikzylinder (24) umfasst, dessen zwei Enden mit einem unteren Stangensatz (25) beziehungsweise einem oberen Stangensatz (26) verbunden sind, wobei der zum Aufrichten und Ausfahren des Mastes (7) bestimmte untere Stangensatz (25) auch mit dem unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) und mit dem oberen Teil des unteren Mastelements (8) verbunden ist, und wobei der zum Aufrichten des Auslegers (14) und dessen Bewegung in diverse Arbeitsstellungen bestimmte obere Stangensatz (26) auch mit dem oberen Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) und dem Auslegerfuß (15) verbunden ist, und wobei die Vorrichtung auch noch mindestens ein Ankerseil (13) umfasst, das den unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) mit einem Punkt des Gestells (4) des Krans verbindet, an dem der untere Teil des unteren Mastelements (8) beweglich montiert ist, sowie Mittel (40) umfasst zum Verriegeln des unteren Endes des vorgenannten Hydraulikzylinders (24) in mindestens zwei unterschiedenen Stellungen am unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9), sowie schließlich einen Anschlag (51), der am oberen Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) angeordnet und vorgesehen ist, um mit dem oberen Stangensatz (26) zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Stangensatz (25) ein erstes Pleuel (29), vorzugsweise ein Doppel-Pleuel, umfasst, das an einem seiner Enden (30) mit dem entsprechenden Ende des Hydraulikzylinders (24) gelenkig verbunden ist, sowie an einem Zwischenpunkt (31) am unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) angelenkt ist, und an seinem anderen Ende (32) mit einem Ende eines zweiten Pleuels (33), vorzugsweise eines Doppel-Pleuels, gelenkig verbunden ist, das seinerseits an seinem anderen Ende (34) am oberen Teil des unteren Mastelements (8) angelenkt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Stangensatz (26) ein erstes gekrümmtes Pleuel (35), vorzugsweise ein Doppel-Pleuel, umfasst, das an einem seiner Enden (36) mit dem oberen Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) gelenkig verbunden ist, und an seinem anderen Ende (37) eine Gelenkverbindung sowohl mit dem entsprechenden Ende des Hydraulikzylinders (24) als auch mit einem Ende eines anderen Pleuels (38), vorzugsweise eines einfachen Pleuels, hat, dessen anderes Ende (39) am Auslegerfuß (15) angelenkt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (40) zum Verriegeln des unteren Endes des Hydraulikzylinders (24) an dem unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) umfassen:
    - einerseits, am unteren Ende des Hydraulikzylinders (24) einen Querriegel (41), der von einem doppelt wirkenden Hilfszylinder (43) gebildet wird, dessen Gehäuse und dessen Kolbenstange jeweils mit zwei entgegengesetzten Achsbolzen (44, 45) fest verbunden sind, die in den jeweiligen Seitenteilen eines Kopfes (42) des Hauptzylinders gleitend montiert sind, wobei eine Sicherheitsfeder (46) vorgesehen ist, um den Riegel (41) in aktiver Stellung zu halten;
    - andererseits, am unteren Teil des oberen Mastelements (9) einen Führungssatz, der aus zwei Gleitschienen (47, 48) besteht, die zu diesem Mastelement (9) parallel laufen und die jeweils mit unteren (49) und oberen (50) Positionierlöchern versehen sind, die korrespondierend angeordnet sind, wobei der Zylinderkopf (42) zwischen den zwei Gleitschienen (47, 48) verschiebbar montiert ist, deren untere Positionierlöcher (49) vorgesehen sind, um jeweils die zwei Achsbolzen (44, 45) des Riegels (41) in der Stellung "Mast eingeklappt" aufzunehmen, und deren obere Positionierlöcher (50) vorgesehen sind, um jeweils die zwei Achsbolzen (44, 45) des Riegels (41) in der Stellung "Mast ausgefahren" aufzunehmen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hydraulikzylinder (24) nicht nur für das Aufrichten des Mastes (7) und des Auslegerfußes (15) bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Krans vorgesehen ist, sondern auch noch für die Herstellung aller möglichen Zwischenstellungen des Auslegers, und zwar durch Steuerung des mehr oder weniger großen Hubs der Kolbenstange (28) dieses Zylinders (24).
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse des Auslegers (14) seitlich verschoben ist bezogen auf die Längsachse des Mastes (7) und auch bezogen auf die Vorrichtung (23), wobei sich der Auslegerfuß (15) an der Seite des oberen Stangensatzes (26) befindet.
