Claims (10)
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger mit mindestens zwei Auslegerhauptelementen, und zwar einem Auslegerfußstück (11) und einem Auslegerspitzenstück (13) relativ großer Länge und mindestens einem zwischengeordneten Auslegerklappelement (12) relativ geringer Länge, das zwischen zwei Hauptauslegerstücke geschaltet ist, wobei alle Elemente des Auslegers (11, 12, 13) gelenkig miteinander um im wesentlichen horizontale Achsen (14, 15) in Höhe ihrer Untergurte (29, 30, 40) schwenkbeweglich miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder jedes zwischengeschaltetes Auslegerklappelement (12) mit einem benachbarten Auslegerhauptstück (14) durch ein Antriebsorgan (36) verbunden ist, das die Verschwenkung dieses zwischengeschalteten Elementes (12) um seine Schwenkachse (14) an dem genannten Hauptstück (11) betätigt, während das andere benachbarte Auslegerhauptstück (13) mit dem vorhergehenden Hauptstück (11) durch eine Kupplungsanordnung (40) mit mindestens drei Gelenkstücken (41, 42, 43) verbunden ist, von denen das oder ein zentrales Stück (41) auch gelenkig (in 34) mit einem Festpunkt des zwischengeschalteten Auslegerklappelementes (12) verbunden ist und so die Verschwenkung dieses anderen Auslegerhauptstückes (13) um seine Schwenkachse (15) am zwischengeschalteten Element (12) bewirkt.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei Hauptstücke, und zwar ein Auslegerfußstück (11) und ein Auslegerspitzenstück (13) beinhaltet und ein einziges zwischengeschaltetes Auslegerklappelement (12), das zwischen das Auslegerfußstück (11) und das Auslegerspitzenstück (13) geschaltet ist und ferner das zwischengeschaltete Auslegerklappelement (12) mit dem Auslegerfußstück (11) durch das Antriebsglied (36) verbunden ist, während die Kupplungsanordnung (40) aus drei Gelenkgliedern (41, 42, 43) das Auslegerspitzenstück (13) mit dem Auslegerfußstück (11) verbindet und das Zentralglied (41) dieser Kupplungsanordnung (40) auch gelenkig (in 34) mit einem Festpunkt des zwischengeschalteten Auslegerklappelementes (12) verbunden ist.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsglied, das das zwischengeschaltete Auslegerklappelement (12) mit dem Auslegerfußstück (11) verbindet, ein doppeltwirkender Hydraulikzylinder (36) ist, dessen Zylinderkörper (37) am Ende des Obergurtes (22) des Auslegerfußstückes (11) angelenkt (in 38) ist und dessen Kolbenstange (39) an einem spitzen Knotenpunkt (33) des zwischengeschalteten Auslegerklappelementes (12) angelenkt ist, oder umgekehrt.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zwischengeschaltete Auslegerklappelement (12) zwei Spitzenknotenpunkte (33, 34) aufweist, die in Längsrichtung versetzt sind und durch eine doppelte seitliche Dreieckverstrebung (35) mit den Untergurten (30) des Elementes (12) verbunden sind, wobei der erste Spitzenknotenpunkt (33), dessen Höhe etwas größer ist als diejenige des anderen Spitzenknotenpunktes (34) das Ende der Kolbenstange oder des Zylinderkörpers (37) des Hydraulikzylinders (36) aufnimmt und der zweite Spitzenknotenpunkt (34) die Anlenkung des zentralen Gliedes (34) der Kupplungsanordnung (40) aufnimmt, das das Auslegerspitzenstück (13) mit dem Auslegerfußstück (11) verbindet.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslegerfußstück (11) an seinem vorderen Ende einen Doppelsuport (49) trägt, der aus zwei bezüglich der Mittellängsebene des Auslegers (10) symmetrischen Teilstücken gebildet ist, deren Höhe gleich derjenigen des Auslegers (10) ist und deren Spitze eine Schwenkachse (37) eines Endes des ersten Gliedes (42) der Kupplungsanordnung (40) trägt.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsanordnung (40) mit drei Gelenkgliedern ein erstes einfaches oder mehrfaches Pleuel (42) trägt, das die Schwenkachse (37), getragen von dem doppelten Support (49) und am Auslegerfußstück (11) angeordnet, mit einer Schwenkachse (48) verbindet, die am Ende eines Armes (44) eines gebogenen Hebels (41) angeordnet ist, der das zentrale Glied bildet, einem Hebel, dessen Krümmungsbereich (46) die Anlenkung am zweiten Spitzenknotenpunkt (34) des zwischengeschalteten Auslegerklappelementes (12) aufnimmt, wobei ein zweites einfaches oder mehrfaches Pleuel (43) eine Schwenkachse (50), die am Ende des anderen Armes (45) des zentralen Gliedes (41) angeordnet ist, mit einer ortsfesten Anlenkung (51) verbindet, die am hinteren Ende des Obergurtes (28) des Auslegerspitzenstückes (13) angeordnet ist.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Arme (44, 45) des gekrümmten Hebels (41) einen stumpfen Winkel bilden, der zum inneren des Auslegers (10) gerichtet ist.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsanordnung (40) aus zwei bezüglich der Mittellängsebene des Auslegers (10) symmetrischen Abschnitten gebildet ist, wobei jeder Abschnitt der Anordnung aus einem gekrümmten Hebel (41) und zwei doppelten Pleueln (42, 43) gebildet ist.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zwischengeschaltete Auslegerklappelement (12) eine Länge gleich der Summe der Höhen des Auslegerfußstückes (11) und des Auslegerspitzenstückes (13) besitzt.
- Selbsttätig klappbarer Kranausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er um eine horizontale Achse (19) an der Spitze eines klappbaren oder teleskopischen Mastes (6) angeordnet ist, um einen automatisch errichtbaren Turmkran zu bilden.
