Claims (13)

  1. Hebemaschine mit schwenkbarem, im Gelenkmodus oder im Hebe- und Senkmodus arbeitendem Verteilerausleger zum Heben und Handhaben von Lasten, umfassend einen Auslegerfuß (31), der gelenkig an der Spitze eines Mastes (21, 22) montiert ist, einen Spitzenausleger (41), der durch ein Gelenk (45) mit dem Ende des Auslegerfußes verbunden ist, und eine Einheit zum Halten des Auslegers, umfassend mindestens eine Stange (16), mindestes ein hinteres Zugelement (25), wobei der Spitzenausleger (41) durch das Gelenk (45) in zwei Teile abgegrenzt ist, nämlich ein Spitzenausleger-Gegenstück (42) und eine Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43), wobei das Spitzenausleger-Gegenstück (42) durch das hintere Zugelement (25) mit der Stange (16) verbunden ist und die Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) an ihrem Ende (46) Mittel (53, 54) zum Aufhängen der Last trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslegerfuß (31) und der Spitzenausleger (41) einander zugeordnete Formen aufweisen, derart, dass sich die Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) in der Arbeitsposition im Hebe- und Senkmodus in einer Linie mit dem Auslegerfuß befindet.
  2. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander zugeordneten Formen des Auslegerfußes (31) und des Spitzenauslegers (41) so gewählt sind, dass die Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) in der zusammengefalteten Position des Auslegers gegen den oder im Auslegerfuß (31) zu liegen kommt.
  3. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslegerfuß (31) über mindestens einen Teil seiner Länge einen Längsspalt (34) umfasst, wobei der Spalt (34) an dem Ende des Auslegerfußes, das das Gelenk (45) trägt, offen ist und ausreichende Abmessungen aufweist, um die Unterbringung des ganzen oder eines Teils des Spitzenauslegers (41) im Auslegerfuß zu ermöglichen.
  4. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (34) ausreichende Abmessungen aufweist, um die Unterbringung des Spitzenausleger-Gegenstücks (42) zu ermöglichen.
  5. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslegerfuß (31) zwei parallele Balken (31a, 31b) aufweist, die seitlich an der einen bzw. anderen Seite des Mastes (21, 22) einerseits und des Spitzenauslegers (41) andererseits montiert sind, derart, dass die Unterbringung entweder der Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) oder des Spitzenausleger-Gegenstücks (42) in dem Spalt (34) ermöglicht wird, der zwischen den beiden Balken (31a, 31b) gebildet ist.
  6. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugelement (25) an der Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) an einem Punkt (48) montiert ist, der sich zwischen dem Ende (46) der Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) und dem Schwerpunkt des Spitzenauslegers (41) befindet.
  7. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugelement (25) an der Spitzenausleger-Spitze (43) an einem Punkt (48) montiert ist, der sich zwischen dem Gelenk (45) und dem Schwerpunkt des Spitzenauslegers (41) befindet.
  8. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Blockiervorrichtung aufweist, umfassend einerseits zwei Teile (62a, 62b), die mit dem Auslegerfuß (31) fest verbunden sind und einander gegenüberliegend zu beiden Seiten des Spalts (34) angeordnet sind, wobei jedes der beiden Teile mit einem schiebbaren Verriegelungszylinder (63a, 63b) ausgestattet ist, und andererseits ein Gegenstück (66), das mit dem Spitzenausleger-Gegenstück (42) fest verbunden ist und abgeschrägte Seitenflächen aufweist, die jeweils eine Bohrung (67a, 67b) umfassen, wobei die Einheit so angeordnet ist, dass die Zylinder (63a, 63b) bei der Ausrichtung des Spitzenauslegers mit dem Auslegerfuß jeweils mit den einzelnen Bohrungen zusammenarbeiten.
  9. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die relative Bewegung des Spitzenauslegers in Bezug auf den Auslegerfuß durch mindestens ein Verteilungsseil (51) gesteuert wird, das am Ende (46) der Spitzenausleger-Spitze befestigt ist und zur Spitze des Mastes verläuft.
  10. Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zugseil (55) in der Nähe des Endes (44) des Spitzenausleger-Gegenstücks (42) befestigt ist und um eine Rolle (35) verläuft, die unter den beiden Balken (31a, 31b) des Auslegerfußes montiert ist, und dass die Ausrichtung und die Verriegelung des Spitzenauslegers (41) mit dem Auslegerfuß (31) durch Zug auf das Seil erfolgen.
  11. Hebevorrichtung mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mast (21, 22) ein faltbarer Mast oder ein Teleskopmast ist.
  12. Hebevorrichtung mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mast (21, 22) ein Turm ist.
  13. Verwendung eines Containers (64) zur Unterbringung und zum Transport einer Hebemaschine mit Verteilerausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
