Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hoist or handling, and more particularly a crane, which has multiple configurations and functions, particularly with regard to arrow.
  • the state of the art includes, in particular, cranes with foldable or telescopic mast tower with boom restraint system.
  • a typical example is given by French Patent No. 2,682,096 filed on 02.10.1991 in the name of the Applicant.
  • For such cranes it is known to realize folding arrows in several successive elements, inter alia arrows with an intermediate section of folding - see by example the French patent No. 2,682,097 filed on 02.10.1991 in the name of of the Applicant.
  • the workload of the crane is determined by the chosen configuration, and does not allow escape from overhead obstacles such as pre-existing buildings, power lines, bridges, other cranes neighboring ...
  • the size of the crane during its assembly is determined, for a chosen configuration, by the kinematics of the crane, and is not modifiable.
  • cranes that include a mast, mounted on a chassis, and a dispensing arrow composed of two elements successive, articulated together around a horizontal axis, the first boom member being articulated by its rear portion, about an axis horizontal, at the top of the mast, and this first boom element being suitable to be brought in a substantially vertical position, in the alignment of the mast erected, so as to raise the mast.
  • Such cranes are described in French Patent Application No. 2,260,525, as well as in the applications German Patent Nos. 26 23 299 and 26 06 799.
  • the forward arrow element has a raceway on which the carriage of the crane.
  • the two boom members have a raceway so the cart can move the full length of the boom when the two elements of it are aligned.
  • such cranes are not designed to avoid obstacles, frequently encountered in building sites, or for perform particular tasks, such as introducing a load to the through an opening.
  • the present invention aims at avoiding all these drawbacks, in providing a new engine design, adapting easily and quickly to the conditions of the sites, even congested, thanks to a editable configuration that really allows you to get a multiple positions and uses of the same machine.
  • the subject of the invention is essentially a crane with multi-function boom, the crane comprising a mast, mounted on a frame, and a distributing arrow composed of at least two elements successive, articulated together around horizontal axes, the first boom member being hinged by its rear portion about an axis horizontally at the top of the mast, and all arrow elements comprising a tread for a trolley, at least the first element of arrow being adapted to be brought to a substantially vertical position, in the alignment of the mast erected, so as to raise said mast,
  • this crane being characterized by the fact that the distributing arrow consists of three successive arrow elements, an arrow foot, an element intermediate arrow and an arrowhead, hinged together around them horizontal axes, and that the crane is intended to be used with the only foot of the arrow brought in a substantially vertical position, aligned with the upright mast, or be used with the arrow foot and the intermediate boom element both brought into position substantially vertical, aligned with the upright mast, the different articulations of the crane
  • the mast of the crane comprises at its summit a bearing surface, substantially horizontal and facing upwards when the mast is erected, designed to cooperate with a support face complement located at the rear of the first boom element, or foot of arrow.
  • the cooperation of these two support faces ensures the transmission when the first boom element is aligned with the mast trained.
  • the invention is characterized mainly by the fact that or two arrow elements can be temporarily aligned with the mast, and thus be part of this mast which they constitute an "extension", the other element (s) then forming a useful arrow more or less shortened.
  • the boom element (s) that are not in use as mast parts can, thanks to the multiple joints provided, may be used in a variety of configurations, including for training a horizontal distributor arrow, an inclined distributor arrow, a arrow in "gooseneck" or a luffing arrow.
  • the luffing jib can also be dispenser all along its length, and on an angle of significant deflection, all elements of this arrow (not used as part of mast) remaining aligned.
  • the crane object of the invention allows to adapt the characteristic curves loads-range, more especially for building form buildings cuboid.
  • the invention makes it possible to adapt the configurations from the crane to crowded yards, to use areas usually prohibited and access to areas of unreachable access to traditional lifting or handling equipment (mobile cranes, trolleys with telescopic lift arms, construction cranes).
  • lifting or handling equipment mobile cranes, trolleys with telescopic lift arms, construction cranes.
  • crane work configurations, object of the invention are all the more many and varied as the configurations of the arrow elements, as mentioned above, can be combined with variable configurations of the mast, especially if the mast is foldable or telescopic and can thus be used in several positions.
  • the boom of the crane object of the invention can advantageously receive, at the front end, equipment, accessories or equipment, for example an extension of boom, a nacelle or a fork, carried by a support itself pivoted about an axis horizontally at this end of the arrow, which further multiplies the possibilities of using the crane.
  • the different joints of the crane particularly those of the boom, being motorized by jack devices, or cylinder and linkage, allow to pass easily and quickly from one configuration to another, for example to bring an element of arrow in the alignment of the mast or, conversely, to bring this element in a position where it belongs to the useful part of the arrow.
  • the multiplication of the arrow elements, three in number, combined with the independence thus obtained for the articulations between these elements, no kinematics is imposed beforehand, and that the crane can really be brought into many configurations and variety.
  • the crane shown in the drawing has a base frame 1, mounted on wheels 2 and provided with stabilizers 3. On the base frame 1 is mounted a rotating frame 4, orientable about a vertical axis 5. On the rotating frame 4 is mounted on a foldable mast 6, which itself carries a dispenser arrow 7.
