Claims (10)
- Dispositif de roulement destiné à équiper la traverse inférieure (2) d'un ouvrant coulissant (3) de porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant, d'une part, des moyens de roulement (8) sous forme d'au moins un galet (9) monté en rotation dans un carter (10) et, d'autre part, des moyens (11) de réglage en hauteur desdits moyens de roulement (8) sous forme de moyens à même de transformer une impulsion longitudinale et horizontale exercée sur ledit carter (10) par des moyens de commande (12) comportant une vis de réglage (24), en un déplacement à composante verticale de ce carter (10), caractérisé par le fait que la vis de réglage (24) traverse une console de fixation (25) rapportée sur le chant vertical avant (26) ou arrière de l'ouvrant coulissant (3) en vue de coopérer avec un écrou (27) équipant une tringle de transmission (28) s'étendant sous la traverse inférieure (2) de l'ouvrant coulissant (3) et reliée audit carter (10).
- Dispositif de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la console de fixation (25) se présente sous forme d'une lame métallique ou en plastique et comporte, des orifices pour le passage de vis de fixation de cette lame sur ledit chant vertical avant (26) ou arrière de l'ouvrant coulissant (3) et, à son extrémité inférieure, un orifice pour le passage de la vis de réglage (24), cette console de fixation (25) étant pourvue, en outre à son extrémité inférieure, d'une aile (29) repliée en équerre s'étendant, partiellement, au niveau du chant inférieur (14) de la traverse inférieure (2) de l'ouvrant coulissant (3).
- Dispositif de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la console de fixation (25) est constituée, substantiellement, par une têtière correspondant à une ferrure de verrouillage, du type crémone ou crémone-serrure, implantée dans un entaillage ou une rainure (30) prévu à cet effet au niveau du chant vertical avant (26) et/ou arrière de l'ouvrant coulissant (3), ladite têtière comportant, à son extrémité inférieure, un orifice (31) pour le passage de la vis de réglage (24).
- Dispositif de roulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tringle de transmission (28) s'étend à l'intérieur d'une rainure et/ou d'un entaillage (13) ménagé au niveau du chant inférieur (14) de la traverse inférieure (2) correspondant à l'ouvrant coulissant (3).
- Dispositif de roulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'écrou (27) équipant la tringle de transmission (28) pour la réception de la vis de réglage (24) est constitué par une aile (32) repliée en équerre à l'extrémité libre (33) de cette tringle de transmission (28), cette aile (32) étant perforée d'un orifice taraudé (34) pour la réception de ladite vis de réglage (24).
- Dispositif de roulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de commande (12) sont complétés par des moyens (35) d'immobilisation en translation de la vis de réglage (24) par rapport à la console de fixation (25).
- Dispositif de roulement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens d'immobilisation en translation (35) sont constitués par un ressort hélicoïdal monté sur la vis de réglage (24) tout en étant interposé entre la console de fixation (25) et l'écrou (27) de la tringle de transmission (28).
- Dispositif de roulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dont les moyens à même de transformer une impulsion longitudinale et horizontale sur le carter (10) en un déplacement à composante verticale de ce dernier se présentent sous forme d'une rampe d'appui inclinée (15) équipant un support (17) rapporté sur l'ouvrant coulissant (3), cette rampe d'appui inclinée (15) venant coopérer avec une contre-rampe (16) associée audit carter (10), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens (37) d'indexation de la position du carter (10) par rapport à son support (17) se présentant sous forme d'un téton sécable (38) solidaire de la rampe d'appui inclinée (15) et en prise avec une lumière à arêtes franches (39) présente au niveau de la contre-rampe (16).
- Dispositif de roulement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le téton d'indexation (38) contribue au maintien du carter (10) sur son support (17) ce téton d'indexation (38) comportant une forme en « T » dont les portions d'ailes horizontales (40, 41) viennent se positionner sous les rebords (42, 43) de la lumière à arêtes franches (39) correspondant à ladite contre-rampe (16).
- Dispositif de roulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant des moyens à même de transformer une impulsion longitudinale et horizontale sur le carter (10) en un déplacement à composante verticale sous forme d'au moins une lumière inclinée (20) ménagée au niveau du support (17) ou du carter (10) et traversée par un axe (21) rendu solidaire, à ses extrémités, respectivement soit du carter (10), soit dudit support (17) caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens (37) d'indexation de la position du carter (10) par rapport à son support (17) se présentant sous forme d'un étranglement en bout de course de la lumière inclinée (20) ménagée, au niveau, soit du support (17), soit du carter (10) en vue d'immobiliser, momentanément et en translation, l'axe (21) dans ladite lumière inclinée (20).
