Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken eines rollenförmigen Körpers (10), insbes. einer Druckpapierrolle, mit einer Einwickelbahn (20), bei demin mindestens einen zum Anlegen an eine Stirnfläche (14) des Körpers (10) vorgesehenen Rand (22) der Einwickelbahn (20), ehe diese den Körper (10) erreicht, eine regelmäßige Fältelung (28) quer zur äußeren Begrenzung (26) des Randes (22), und sich zu dieser hin vertiefend, eingewalzt wird, unddie Einwickelbahn (20) dann mit ihrem nicht gefältelten Teil um die Mantelfläche (12) des Körpers gewickelt und der gefältete Rand (22) an die angrenzende Stirnfläche (14) des Körpers (10) angelegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (22) spätestens gleichzeitig mit dem Einwalzen der Fältelung (28) durch Einwalzen eines Falzes entlang einer längsgerichteten Biegelinie (24) zum Biegen vorbereitet und vor dem Erreichen des Körpers (10) ungefähr rechtwinklig abgebogen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (22) in zwei getrennten Arbeitsgängen erst entlang der Biegelinie (24) abgebogen und dann gefältet wird. - Einrichtung zum Verpacken eines rollenförmigen Körpers (10), insbes. einer Druckpapierrolle, durch Umwickeln des Körpers (10) mit einer Einwickelbahn (20) und Anlegen mindetens eines seitlichen Randes (22) der Einwickelbahn (20) an eine Stirnfläche (14) des Körpers (10), miteinem Paar Stützrollen (16), auf denen der Körper (10) absetzbar und in Drehung versetzbar ist,paarweise angeordneten Förderrollen (32, 34) zum Heranfördern der Einwickelbahn (20), undeinem Paar Plissierrollen (52, 54) für jeden an eine Stirnfläche (14) des Körpers (10) anzulegenden Rand (22) der Einwickelbahn (20), mit ineinandergreifenden Verzahnungen (56), zwischen denen der Rand (22) hindurchbewegbar ist, wobei er mit einer Fältelung (28) versehen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden an eine Stirnfläche (14) des Körpers (10) anzulegenden Rand (22) der Einwickelbahn (20) eine förderstromaufwärts von den Plissierrollen (52, 54) angeordnete oder unmittelbar an diesen ausgebildete Falzeinrichtung (36, 38; 70, 72) zum Einwalzen eines Falzes entlang einer den betreffenden Rand (22) begrenzenden, längsgerichteten Biegelinie (24) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie große Basis jeder der Plissierrollen (52, 54) ungefähr in einer gemeinsamen Ebene mit der zugehörigen Biegelinie (24) angeordnet ist,die kleine Basis jeder der Plissierrollen (52, 54) geringfügig über die äußere Begrenzung (26) des betreffenden Randes (22) der Einwickelbahn (20) hinausragt,die Achsen (C, C') der beiden Plissierrollen (52, 54) jedes Plissierrollenpaars einander unter einem spitzen Winkel schneiden unddie Verzahnung (56) mindetens einer Plissierrolle (54) eine Zahnhöhe aufweist, die ausgehend vom Betrag Null im Bereich der großen Basis der Plissierrolle (54) allmählich ansteigt und im Bereich der kleinen Basis der Plissierrolle (54) ihr Maximum hat. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 odere 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß förderstromabwärts an die Falzeinrichtrnng (36, 38; 70, 72) anschließend eine wendelförmige Rampe (46) zum Abbiegen des zugehörigen Randes (22) der Einwickelbahn (20) angeordnet ist, die einen in der Ebene der Einwickelbahn (20) liegenden Anfangsbereich und einen Endbereich aufweist, der normal zum Anfangsbereich annähernd in der Ebene der zugehörigen Stirnfläche (14) des zu verpackenden Körpers (10) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wendelförmige Rampe (46) zwischen einem Paar Falzrollen (36, 38) und dem zugehörigen Paar Plissierrollen (54, 56) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Führen des abgebogenen und gefältelten Randes (22) ein Schacht (50) förderstromabwärts von den Plissierrollen (52, 54) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plissierrollen (52, 54) zusätzlich zu ihrer Verzahnung (56) ringförmige Strukturen (70, 72) zum Falzen der Einwickelbahn (20) längs der Biegelinie (24) aufweisen.
