Claims (10)
- Scheinwerfer für Fahrzeuge, mit einem Gehäuse (1), mit einer selbstrastend mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbundenen lichtdurchlässigen Abschlußscheibe (2), mit mindestens einem Rastelement (3), welches mit einem der zu verbindenden Teile einstückig und quer zur Fügerichtung (4) von Abschlußscheibe (2) und Gehäuse (1) federnd ausgeführt ist und mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (5) den das Rastelement (3) selbsttätig hintergreift, wobei das Rastelement (3) zum selbstrastenden Verbinden von Gehäuse (1) und Abschlußscheibe (2) einen ersten Gleitabschnitt (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (5) einen zweiten Gleitabschnitt (7) aufweist, welcher in Fügerichtung (4) gesehen in jedem Punkt in einem spitzen Winkel (a) zur Federrichtung (8) des Rastelementes (3) verläuft und daß der erste Gleitabschnitt (6) des Rastelementes (3) in Federrichtung (8) gesehen in jedem Punkt in einem spitzen Winkel (b) zur Fügerichtung (4) verläuft.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spitze Winkel (a) zur Federrichtung (8) vom Scheinwerfer weg und der spitze Winkel (b) zur Fügerichtung (4) zum Vorsprung (5) hin geöffnet ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (3) in seiner Federrichtung (8) gesehen den Vorsprung (5) mit mindestens einem seitlich abstehenden Endabschnitt (9) selbstrastend hintergreift.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (3) eine Lasche ist, welche mit ihren breiten Seitenflächen in Federrichtung (8) weisen und an ihrem freien Ende einen ersten Gleitabschnitt (6) aufweist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Fügerichtung (4) gesehen, der erste Gleitabschnitt (6) bzw. der Endabschnitt (9) des Rastelementes (3) in einem zum Scheinwerfer hin geöffneten spitzen Winkel (c) zur Federrichtung (8) verläuft.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Gleitabschnitt (7) des Vorsprungs (5) in Fügerichtung (4) gesehen konvex verläuft.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der erste Gleitabschnitt (6) des Rastelementes (3) in Federrichtung (8) gesehen konvex verläuft.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der seitlich vom Rastelement (3) abstehende Endabschnitt (9) um einen Soll-Biege-Abschnitt (10) schwenkbar ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (3) in Federrichtung (8) gesehen T-förmig gestaltet ist, wobei die Endabschnitte (9) des Querbalkens der T-Form jeweils einen Vorsprung (5) mit einem zweiten Gleitabschnitt (7) hintergreifen und der Längsbalken der T-Form zwischen beiden Vorsprüngen (5) verläuft.
- Scheinwerfer für Fahrzeuge, bei welchem das Gehäuse (1) am äußeren Rand (11) ein Aufnahmebett für die Abschlußscheibe (2) aufweist, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (3) in einem Abstand zum Aufnahmebett an der Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) angeformt ist und sich in einem Abstand über das Aufnahmebett hinweg erstreckt, wobei der Vorsprung (5) an den äußeren Randabschnitt (12) der Abschlußscheibe (2) angeformt ist und in seiner Längsausdehnung quer zur Fügerichtung (4) verläuft.
