Claims (11)
- Scheinwerfer für Fahrzeuge mit einem topfförmigen Gehäuse (1), welches an seinem vorderen Rand ein umlaufendes Aufnahmebett (2) aufweist, mit einer lichtdurchlässigen Abschlußscheibe (3), welche mit ihrem äußeren umlaufenden Fuß (4) in das Aufnahmebett (3) eingesetzt ist, und mit einer Blende (5), welche im Scheinwerferinneren angeordnet ist und welche mit mindestens einem angeformten Trägerelement (6) in das Aufnahmebett (2) eingesetzt ist, und mit einer in das Aufnahmebett (2) eingebrachten Dichtungsmasse (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerelement (6) der Blende (5) an dem Fuß (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) anliegt und zusammen mit dem Fuß (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) in die Dichtungsmasse (7) eintaucht und in der Dichtungsmasse (7) gehaltert ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerelement (6) durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) an dem Fuß (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) gehaltert ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) von selbsttätig ineinandergreifenden Rastelementen (9,10) des Trägerelements (6) der Blende (5) und des Fußes (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) gebildet ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Rastelement (9) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) eine Rastmulde und ein zweites Rastelement (10) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) ein in die Rastmulde selbsttätig eingreifender Rastansatz ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastansatz ( zweites Rastelement 10 ) in Längsausdehnung des äußeren Randes des Fußes (4) zwischen seitlichen Führungsflächen (11) der Verrastungsmulde ( erstes Rastelement 9 ) verschiebbar ist und zusammen mit der Verrastungsmulde ( erstes Rastelement 9 ) ein schwimmendes Lager (12) für die Blende (5) ist.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blende (5) an einem Längsabschnitt (15) durch mindestens zwei Befestigungsvorrichtungen (8) an der Abschlußscheibe (3) gehaltert ist, wobei eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) als schwimmendes Lager (12) und die andere Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) als Festpunkt (13) dient.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Trägerelement (6) federnd an der Innenseite des Fußes (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) anliegt.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blende (5) bei einer rahmenartigen Ausführung mit einem Längsabschnitt (14) starr an der Abschlußscheibe (3) anliegt und an dem gegenüberliegenden Längsabschnitt (15) federnd ausgeführte Trägerelemente (6) aufweist, welche unter Vorspannung an der Innenseite des Fußes (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) anliegen.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (8) an der Innenseite des Fußes (4) der Abschlußscheibe (3) mindestens einen in Einsetzrichtung (16) des Fußes (4) gerichteten Haltevorsprung (17) aufweist, zwischen dem und der Innenseite des Fußes (4) und/oder zwischen dem und einem weiteren Haltevorsprung (17) das Trägerelement (6) festsitzend eingreift.
- Scheinwerfer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Haltevorsprung (17) durch eine Freimachung (18) des Trägerelements (6) hindurchgeht.
- Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußscheibe (3) zumindest im Bereich des freien Endabschnitts (23) des Trägerelements (6) einen nach außen vorspringenden Randabschnitt (24) aufweist.
