- La figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'une variante du remblai allégé, destinée à être construite contre un talus; et
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe horizontale suivant la ligne 4-4 du remblai allégé représenté sur la figure 3.
Claims (18)
- Remblai allégé (1) comprenant des blocs (3) empilés par couches successives, dans lequel, dans au moins une couche, au moins deux blocs (3) voisins de ladite couche sont séparés l'un de l'autre par un espace libre (7), et dans lequel les blocs (3) présentent une forme générale sensiblement parallélépipédique, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) de deux couches adjacentes sont posés de façon croisée les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Remblai allégé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) d'une même couche sont posés en rangées parallèles.
- Remblai allégé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) d'une même couche ont la même hauteur, et en ce que les blocs (3) d'au moins deux couches différentes présentent une hauteur différente.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) sont réalisés en un matériau plastique, notamment en polystyrène expansé.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) sont réalisés en un matériau d'une masse volumique supérieure à 21 kg/m3, notamment supérieure à 23 kg/m3, et d'une résistance à la compression à 10% d'écrasement supérieure à 110 kPa, notamment supérieure à 130 kPa.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un bloc (3) d'au moins une couche est relié à au moins un autre bloc (3) appartenant à au moins une couche adjacente par des moyens de jonction (17).
- Remblai allégé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de jonction sont formés par une matière adhésive, notamment de la colle.
- Remblai allégé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de jonction sont formés par au moins une tige (17), notamment une tige verticale en acier, en saillie sur le bloc (3) et destinée à s'engager dans un bloc (3) d'une couche adjacente.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des espaces libres (7) des couches inférieures est supérieure à la largeur des espaces libres (7) des couches supérieures.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 comprenant une couche de couverture (9), caractérisé en ce que les blocs (3) de la couche de couverture (9) du remblai sont posés de façon jointive.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité d'au moins un espace libre (7) et de préférence toutes les extrémités de tous les espaces libres (7), sont fermées par des embouts (16).
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de maintien (21) du remblai est logé dans au moins un espace libre (7).
- Remblai allégé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des espaces libres (7) qui logent un élément de maintien (21), est inférieure à la largeur des autres espaces libres (7) de la même couche, et en ce que la hauteur des blocs (3) de cette couche est inférieure à la hauteur d'au moins une autre couche du remblai (1).
- Remblai allégé selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, construit contre un talus (19), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (21) du remblai sont reliés par une extrémité à un élément d'ancrage au talus (23), l'élément d'ancrage étant notamment commun à plusieurs éléments de maintien d'une même couche.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (21) du remblai est formé par du béton coulé dans un espace libre (7) formant coffrage perdu, les extrémités de cet espace libre (7) ainsi que les ouvertures de celui-ci qui communiquent avec un espace libre (7) d'une couche inférieure, étant obturées par des éléments d'obturation (22).
- Remblai allégé selon les revendications 14 et 15 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ancrage au talus (23) est formé par du béton coulé dans un intervalle libre prévu entre le talus (19) et le remblai (1).
- Remblai allégé selon l'une des revendications 15 et 16, construit contre un talus, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité d'au moins un espace libre (7) servant de coffrage perdu comporte une partie élargie (25) dans laquelle l'élément de maintien (21) forme un élément de retenue (26) pour les blocs (3) du remblai.
- Remblai allégé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la nature et/ou la densité des blocs varie d'une couche à une autre.
