- les figures 1 à 6 illustrent le principe de l'invention en montrant les différentes étapes de réalisation de deux panneaux contigus de paroi moulée ;
- les figures 7 et 8 montrent en vue de dessus et en vue en élévation un mode préféré de réalisation d'une armature d'un panneau et d'un élément d'ancrage ;
- la figure 9 montre la liaison entre les armatures de deux panneaux de la paroi moulée ;
- la figure 10 montre en coupe verticale un mode de réalisation préféré du coffrage dans le cas où il y a une seule serrure ;
- la figure 11 est une vue de détail de la figure 10 ; et
- les figures 12 et 13 montrent en coupe verticale des variantes de réalisation du coffrage.
Claims (7)
- Paroi moulée constituée par une succession de panneaux (36,50) accolés par leurs extrémités latérales et réalisés par coulage d'un liant dans des tronçons de tranchées contigus (20,40) creusés dans le sol dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre, chaque panneau comportant une armature (22,42) p, ladite paroi comportant, en outre, des moyens de liaison (24,44) assurant la continuité mécanique entre deux panneaux contigus, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de liaison sont séparés desdites armatures et comprennent un élément d'ancrage (44) présentant une première extrémité munie d'au moins un premier élément de verrouillage vertical (46,48) et une deuxième extrémité imbriquée dans l'armature d'un desdits panneaux, et un élément de liaison (24) présentant une première extrémité munie d'au moins un deuxième élément de verrouillage (28,30) apte à coopérer avec le premier élément de verrouillage et une deuxième extrémité imbriquée dans l'armature de l'autre desdits panneaux.
- Paroi moulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément d'ancrage (44) et chaque élément de liaison (24) comprend une pluralité de fers disposés sensiblement dans des plans horizontaux, l'extrémité libre des fers étant solidaire d'un élément du type palplanche (62,64) formant serrure, au moins une partie des fers étant imbriquée sans liaison mécanique directe dans l'extrémité de l'armature du panneau.
- Paroi moulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits fers sont des fers ronds en forme de U, disposés dans des plans horizontaux, au moins une des branches des fers en U étant solidaire d'un élément de palplanche formant serrure, au moins la partie courbe du fer rond en forme de U étant imbriquée sans liaison mécanique directe dans l'extrémité de l'armature du panneau.
- Procédé pour réaliser dans le sol une paroi moulée selon lequel on réalise un premier tronçon de tranchée (20) dans lequel on place un coffrage d'extrémité (26) et on coule un liant pour obtenir un premier panneau de paroi (36), puis on réalise, du côté du coffrage, un second tronçon de tranchée (40) contigu au premier et dans le prolongement de celui-ci, on retire le coffrage (26) et l'on coule un liant dans le second tronçon de tranchée pour obtenir un second panneau de paroi (50) accolé au premier, procédé qui est caractérisé par le fait qu'avant de couler le liant dans le premier tronçon de tranchée, on y met en place une armature (22) et un élément de liaison (24) assurant la continuité mécanique comportant des extrémités de verrouillage (28,30) que l'on positionne au voisinage immédiat du coffrage (26) et que, lors de son coulage, on empêche le liant de venir noyer lesdites extrémités de fixation de manière qu'elles dépassent du premier panneau de paroi (36) dans le second tronçon de tranchée (40) après retrait du coffrage et qu'avant de couler le liant dans le second tronçon de tranchée, on y met en place une armature (42) et un élément d'ancrage (44) que l'on solidarise aux extrémités de verrouillage de l'élément de liaison (24) et en ce que l'on solidarise le coffrage (26) à l'élément de liaison (24) avant sa mise en place dans le tronçon de tranchée, les éléments de liaison (24) et d'ancrage (44) n'étant pas solidaires directement des armatures mais étant imbriqués dans celles-ci.
- Ensemble comprenant un coffrage (26) et un élément de liaison (24) présentant une première extrémité munie d'au moins un élément de verrouillage et une deuxième extrémité destinée à être imbriquée dans l'armature d'un panneau de paroi moulée pour la réalisation d'une paroi moulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, et destiné à être mis en place contre une paroi d'extrémité d'un tronçon de tranchée creusé dans le sol pour obtenir un panneau de paroi par coulage d'un liant dans ce tronçon de tranchée, ledit coffrage comportant une face d'appui contre la paroi d'extrémité du tronçon de tranchée et, à l'opposé de cette face d'appui, une face de moulage dirigée vers l'intérieur du tronçon de tranchée, ensemble selon lequel le coffrage comporte, sur sa face de moulage, au moins un évidement (32,34,76) apte à recevoir l'élément de verrouillage de l'élément de liaison placé dans le tronçon de tranchée, chaque évidement étant fermé par un élément de paroi verticale munie d'une fente verticale (86) apte à laisser passer un élément de palplanche muni de l'élément de verrouillage et réalisant une étanchéité entre ledit élément de palplanche et la paroi dudit évidement.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de paroi verticale comprend deux portions de paroi verticales (82,84) solidaires de la paroi dudit évidement (32,34,76) et laissant entre elles ladite fente verticale (86) et deux éléments d'étanchéité élastiques (88,90) solidaires respectivement desdits éléments de paroi verticale, lesdits éléments d'étanchéité formant des lèvres d'étanchéité appliquées élastiquement sur les faces dudit élément de palplanche.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, deux portions de conduites flexibles verticales (90,92) disposées dans ledit évidement (32,34,76), chaque portion de conduite flexible étant en contact avec la paroi de l'évidement, la face interne d'une des deux portions (82,84) de paroi verticale et une face de l'élément de verrouillage.
