Definitions
- the present invention relates to a system assembly of prefabricated panels for the realization a water retention partition, a swimming pool partition for example.
- the problems posed by the prefabricated panels used to mount a partition of a swimming pool relate in particular to their cost of manufacture, storage, transport and mounting.
- each panel in the form of a sheet metal plate with two opposite edges, which define the height of the partition, are bent at 90 ° and on the same side to form two wings.
- the object of the invention is to design a water retention partition, in particular a bulkhead swimming pool, assembled from the assembly of panels prefabricated in sheet metal and which can respond in a way satisfactory to the problems posed by this type of partition, know the cost of manufacturing, storage, transportation and mounting the panels.
- the invention proposes a partition of water reservoir, in particular for swimming pools, this partition being constituted by the assembly of several panels prefabricated, each panel consisting of a plate of sheet metal, the two opposite edges of which define substantially the height of the partition, are folded by the same side of the panel to form two wings, the assembly between two consecutive panels arranged vertically one at side of the other, being a matching assembly of form between the two adjacent wings of the two panels and at least a first profile having a cross section in form of C which is intended to come to cap the two wings adjacent to the two panels, said partition comprising also stiffening means to block in position the two wings between the two profiles, characterized in that the assembly of the two wings is completed by a second straight profile which is intended for come and engage in the first profile and between the two wings (3).
- the means of stiffening the system assembly consist of the second profile or internal wedge profile which is forcibly engaged in the first profile or external profile.
- the two profiles are mounted with a slight play on the two wings of the two panels to be assembled, the stiffening being obtained by means of a part which is press fitted onto the upper and / or lower part of the external profile and two panels to remove the play between wings and the two profiles at this part of stiffening.
- each stiffening piece advantageously forms a part of a strip which surrounds the partitions of the swimming pool, this strip also serving as an anchoring means for retaining the end of the waterproof envelope or tarpaulin defining the interior volume of the pool.
- the two profiles of the assembly system between two panels are also mounted with a slight play on the two wings, and the stiffening of the assembly is simply obtained by the action of pressure water once the pool is filled.
- the external profile defines a tail-shaped longitudinal section dovetail, and the internal profile is full and has a substantially trapezoidal cross-section, i.e. that these two sections have cross sections which have overall two forms complementary to each other.
- the waterproof envelope which is intended to be attached against the internal face of panels will come to marry, under the pressure of the water, the shape of the two elbows and it will result in a fold that goes extend vertically over the height of the partition.
- the second profile is shaped to ensure a continuity solution to avoid the formation of such a fold.
- the second profile is shaped so as to protrude outside the groove of the first profile to conform to the shape of the elbows wings of the two panels on the one hand and come in flush flush with the other panels.
- the first profile to come and fix one end of the strenght leg.
- the back of the first profile is advantageously provided with a longitudinal groove, for example in dovetail, in which we can come slide the end of the strut and then immobilize it in position by any means appropriate.
- the panels are prefabricated with standard lengths which are a multiple of 0.50 m per example.
- each panel 1 is constituted by a sheet metal plate of rectangular shape, and the two opposite edges of each panel 1, which generally define the height of the partition, are folded on the same side of the panel 1 to form two wings 3.
- each wing 3 is obtained by carrying out a simple folding at an angle a which is greater than 90 °, that is to say that each wing 3 is folded so as to form an acute angle with the panel 1 or generally present a part located opposite the panel.
- the first profile 7 extends substantially over the height of the panels 2 and has generally a cross section in the form of C. More specifically, the first profile 7 defines a longitudinal groove 11 in dovetail with a bottom wall 13 and two side walls 15. Each side wall 15 is inclined relative to the bottom wall 13 at an angle b which is the additional angle to that formed by each wing 3 of the panels 1.
- the second profile 9 also extends over the entire height of the panels 2 and has a generally trapezoidal cross section of shape complementary to that of the groove 11 of the first profile 7.
- the second profile 9 has two opposite longitudinal edges 9a and 9b which are inclined at an angle b which is substantially equal to the angle of inclination of the side walls 15 of the groove 11 of the first profile 7.
- a first step we come to report the first profile 7 so as to position the wing 3 of panel 1 already in place in groove 11 of this first profile 7.
- This operation can be carried out in rotating the first section 7 around the wing 3 panel 1 already in place, or by sliding it or slide vertically along the wing 3.
- a second step we manipulate the new panel 1 so as to freely engage one of its two wings 3 in the groove 11 of the first profile 7.
- This operation can be carried out by pivoting or sliding the new panel 1.
- each panel 1 forms an elbow c of rounded shape at the level of the fold line.
- the elbows c of the two panels 1 assembled are in contact with each other over the entire height of the partition.
- the waterproof envelope or tarpaulin 18 is attached to the internal face of the panels 1, once the assembly of the partition of the swimming pool is finished, the envelope 18 will come to marry under the pressure of water the shape of the two elbows c by creating a P fold between two consecutive panels 1.
- the second profile 9 illustrated in FIG. 4 is advantageously shaped so as to have a part 9c which projects outside the groove 11 of the first profile 7 to conform to the shape of the two elbows c on the one hand, and ensuring surface continuity between the two panels 1 on the other hand.
- the two panels 1 are slightly spaced from each other to leave a space e between the two adjacent wings 3, space e which is then filled by the part 9c of the second profile 9.
- this solution offers the advantage of immobilizing the panels 1 in all directions, in particular along directions f parallel to the wings 3. Indeed, a force applied in these directions f by the backfill of the swimming pool could possibly cause a sliding of the panels 1 outside the grooves 11 of the first profiles 7.
- each wing 3 of panels 1 is not necessarily straight but can have a double S-shaped curvature. solution allows in particular to reduce the volume of the second profile 9.
- reinforcement legs 20 which are fixed on the back of the first profile 7.
- Profiles 7 and 9 of each system assembly may be steel or material plastic or even different materials which are adapted to their respective functions.
- profile 7 could be made of steel or very resistant plastic
- profile 9 could be of low resistance polyethylene mechanical and very slippery.
- the profile 7 could be provided in two lower and upper sections.
- the section lower which is subjected to greater pressures exerted by the earth or water as the upper section, could be thicker to increase its rigidity.
- corner profile 9 can exercise his function without it being necessary for him to come fill all the hollow volume delimited between the two adjacent wings of two panels 1.
- This profile 9 could have a circular section.
- a second embodiment of the system 5 of two consecutive panels 1 is illustrated in figures 8 to 10.
- Each wing 3 of a panel 1 is obtained by carrying out a double folding in the shape of S.
- each wing 3 has a first bend c1 resulting from a bending at an angle + a and a second bend c2 resulting from a folding at an angle -a .
- each wing 3 has a part inclined or oblique intermediate 3a located between the two elbows c1 and c2, and an end portion 3b which extends substantially parallel to the plane of the panel 1.
- the. assembly system 5 includes two profiles respectively external 7 and internal 9.
- the internal profile 9 is no longer forcibly engaged inside of the external profile 7 to lock the two in position wings 3 of two consecutive panels 1.
- the stiffening of the assembly is obtained by means of a part 30 which comes to fit by force on the upper end part and / or bottom of the external profile 7 and of the two panels 1, that is to say that this part 30 does not extend over all the height of the partition.
- This piece 30 is a shape block rectangular parallelepiped in which we will distinguish ( Figure 9) an upper face 30a, a face lower 30b, two side faxes 30c, one side vertical interior 30d (interior side of the pool) and an outside vertical face 30e (outside side).
- a central space E is provided inside the room 30, space E which leads to the underside 30b and to two side faces 30c. More specifically, the part central of this space E has a contour which has a shape complementary to that of the external contour of the profile external 7, and opens on each lateral face 30c by a slot 32 whose width corresponds substantially to the thickness of the panels 1.
- External profile 7 always has a section straight C-shaped to define a groove 11 in which are positioned with play the two wings 3 of two consecutive panels 1.
- the stiffening part 30 also forms part of a strip B intended for surround the partition of the pool formed by the assembly panels 1.
- the strip B is formed by the stiffening parts 30 located at the assembly between two consecutive panels 1, and by pieces 40 juxtaposed which provide the continuity of the strip between the pieces of stiffening 30.
- Each piece 40 of the strip comprises only a slot 32 which opens to the underside of the piece 40 to come frictionally overlap a panel 1.
- the inner vertical face 30d of the parts 30 and 40 of the strip B has a groove 34 which, once the strip B installed forms a continuous groove in which the end of the cover 18 is anchored in order to retain it.
- a rib or boss 34a makes protrusion inside the groove 34 to facilitate anchoring the tarpaulin 18.
- the upper part of the second profile 9 or internal profile can be integrated into the workpiece stiffening 30.
- the invention also relates to a partition of pool mounted from prefabricated panels 1 and assembled in pairs from one of the systems assembly 5 described above.
