Claims (12)
- Fadentransportvorrichtung für eine Textilmaschine, insbesondere für eine Bandwebmaschine, mit einer an einer Welle (8,8a,8b) angeordneten, antreibbaren, wechselnde Umfanggeschwindigkeiten aufweisenden Transportwalze (10,10a) mit einer Reiboberfläche (32), wobei die Reiboberfläche (32) durch einen mittels einer Stellvorrichtung (66,68,70,72,80,92,94,96) radial expandierbaren einteiligen Mantel (78,78a) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine unter Einschluss eines zu transportierenden Faden (26) gegen die Transportwalze (10,10a) vorgespannte Anpresswalze (12) sowie eine der Transportwalze (10,10a) und der Anpresswalze (12) nachgeordnete pneumatische Kompensationsvorrichtung (36) für den Faden (26) aufweist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der expandierbare Mantel (78,78a) aus einem elastomeren Material besteht.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellvorrichtung einen zwischen der Welle (8) und dem Mantel (78), vorzugsweise unter Zwischenschaltung einer Stützvorrichtung (76), angeordneten Stellblock (66) aus quasi inkompressiblem. elastomerem Material aufweist, der in axialer Richtung zwischen zwei gegeneinander wirkenden Pressgliedern (68,70) eingespannt ist, von denen mindestens eines einstellbar ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Welle (8) ein Gewindeabschnitt (74) auf einer mit dem stellbaren Pressglied (70) zusammenwirkendes Einstellmutter (72) angeordnet ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der expandierbare Mantel (78a) auf der radial innen liegenden Seite (92) konisch ausgebildet ist und mit einem gegenkonischen Stellglied (94) auf einer Welle (8a) der Transportwalze (10a) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Mantel (78a) und das gegenkonische Stellglied (94) in axialer Richtung mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (96) relativ zueinander einstellbar sind.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gegenkonische Stellglied (94) fest auf der Welle (8a) der Transportwalze (10a) angeordnet ist und die Einstellvorrichtung (96) eine seitlich auf den Mantel (78a) einwirkende Hülse (98) aufweist, die mittels einer Einstellscheibe (100) koaxial zur Welle (8a) der Transportwalze (10a) verstellbar ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellscheibe (100) eine zentrale Gewindeöffnung (102) aufweist, die auf einem Gewindeabschnitt (104) auf der Welle (8a) der Transportwalze (10a) angeordnet ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine ortsfeste Einstellvorrichtung (80) aufweist, die Antriebsmittel (88) enthält, welche über eine Koppelglied (82) mit dem Pressglied (70) oder der Einstellscheibe (100) zusammenwirken.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresswalze (12) am freien Teil eines einseitig gelenkig gelagerten Hebels (14) angeordnet ist, der gegen die Transportwalze (10,10a) vorgespannt ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faden (26) die Transportwalze (10,10a) teilweise umschlingt und über die Anpresswalze (12) abnehmbar ist, wobei der Faden (26) vorzugsweise die Anpresswalze (12) ebenfalls teilweise umschlingt.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (8,8a,8b) der Transportwalze (10,10a) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (106,108,110) mit variabler Drehzahl verbunden ist.
- Fadentransportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Fadentransportvorrichtungen (2a,2b) an einer gemeinsamen, antreibbaren Welle (8b) angeordnet sind.
