Claims (22)
- System zur Erstellung von Stelzen für Belagsaufbauten aus Platten auf Terrassen, Balkonen o.dgl. mittels eines an sich bekannten, plastisch verformbaren aushärtenden oder abbindenden Materials,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf einen Batzen (172) des aushärtenden bzw. abbindenden Materials aufsetzbares und im bestimmungsgemäßen Montagezustand den Batzen plattenseitig vor äußeren Witterungseinflüssen schützendes Dachteil (120; 220; ...; 620) vorgesehen ist,
daß das Dachteil geneigte Wasserleitflächen (124; 224; ...; 624) zur Ableitung von auf dem Dachteil auftreffendem Wasser aufweist und
daß an dem Dachteil Auflageflächen (128; 228; ...; 528; 154; 254; ...; 454) für die Platten vorgesehen sind. - System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Dachteil ein den Batzen im bestimmungsgemäßen Montagezustand seitlich zumindest partiell überdeckender Rand (130; 230; ...; 430) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageflächen (228) mittels an dem Dachteil (220) vorgesehener Finnen (234) gebildet werden.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageflächen (128; 328; 428; 528) mittels an dem Dachteil (120; 320; 420; 520) vorgesehener Noppen (126; 326; 426; 526) gebildet werden.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageflächen (154; 254; 354; 454) auf gesonderten an dem Dachteil (520) anbringbaren Profilteilen (152; 252; 352; 452) ausgebildet sind.
- System nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilteile (152; 252; 352; 452) eine Länge besitzen, die in etwa der Kantenlänge der zu verlegenden Platten oder einem Vielfachen davon entspricht.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilteile (152; 252) rechtwinklig zu ihrer Längserstreckung einen kreuz- oder T-förmigen Querschnitt besitzen und daß an dem Dachteil (520) wenigstens eine Nut (548; 550) zur Aufnahme eines Schenkelabschnitts (156; 256) eines Profilteiles (152; 252) vorgesehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilteile (452) im wesentlichen flache, mit Befestigungsbohrungen (462) versehene Profilstreifen sind und daß an dem Dachteil wenigstens ein in eine Befestigungsbohrung (462) eines Profilteiles (452) einführbarer Bolzen vorgesehen ist
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Profilteil (452) eine Anzahl von vorzugsweise als Schlitze oder Kerben ausgebildeten Entwässerungsöffhungen (464) vorgesehen sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Dachteil (120; 220; 320, 420) Plattenausrichtmittel (132; 232; 338; 440, 142) zur Ausrichtung aufgelegter Platten und Einstellung einer gleichmäßigen Fugenbreite vorgesehen sind.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenausrichtmittel (132, 232; 338) integraler Bestandteil des Dachteils (120; 220; 320) sind.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattenausrichtmittel (142) gesonderte, an dem Dachteil (420) befestigbare, vorzugsweise in eine oder mehrere an dem Dachteil vorgesehene Aufnahme(n) (440) einsetzbare Bauteile (142) sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der auf dem Dach aufzulagernden Platte und dem Dachteil eine Trittschalldämmung vorgesehen ist
- System nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 und Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Auflageflächen der Finnen bzw. Noppen ein Belag aus schalldämmendem Material vorgesehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Finnen oder Noppen jeweils eine Kappe aus schalldämmendem Material angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Finnen oder Noppen gesondert hergestellt und jeweils in einer Aufnahmeöffnung im Dachteil gehalten sind, und daß die gesondert hergestellten Finnen oder Noppen zumindest im Bereich der Auflagefläche für die Platten und/oder im Halterungsbereich in der jeweiligen Aufnahmeöffnung des Dachteils trittschallhemmend ausgebildet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9 und Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilteile zumindest im Bereich der Auflageflächen für die Platten und/oder im Bereich ihrer Halterung am zugeordneten Dachteil trittschallhemmend ausgebildet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vor Aufbringung eines Batzens (172) des aushärtenden bzw. abbindenden Materials auf eine Schicht (166) der Terrasse, des Balkons o.dgl. aufsetzbares Basisteil (100; 200; ...; 600) vorgesehen ist,daß das Basisteil an seiner im bestimmungsgemäßen Montagezustand den Platten zugewandten Oberseite über eine drainierte Auflagefläche (108; 208; ...; 608) für den Batzen des aushärtenden Materials verfügt und daß die der Auflagefläche abgewandte, auf die Schicht der Terrasse, des Balkons o.dgl. aufzusetzende Unterseite (104; 204; ...; 604) des Basisteils trittschalldämmend ausgebildet ist
- System nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (108; 208; ...; 608) mit einem den Batzen im bestimmungsgemäßen Montagezustand seitlich zumindest partiell überdeckenden Rand (114; 214; ...; 614) versehen ist.
- System nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die trittschalldämmende Unterseite (104; 204) aufweisende Teilbereich des Basisteils (100; 200) als Lastverteilungsplatte (102; 202) ausgebildet ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (300; 400; 500; 600) einstückig ausgebildet ist
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im bestimmungsgemäßen Montagezustand einer Schicht (170) der Terrasse, des Balkons o.dgl. zugewandte Unterseite (504) des Basisteils (500) gegenüber der Auflagefläche (508) eine ein Gefälle der Terrasse, des Balkons o.dgl. ausgleichende Neigung aufweist.
