Der Schlitten 5 ist annähernd winkelförmig gestaltet und umgreift die Führungs- und Tragschiene 3 teilweise, wobei er mindestens eine Kante freilässt. Am Schlitten 5 sind Laufrollen 6, 6' angeordnet, welche an zwei diagonal voneinander beabstandeten Kanten der Schiene 3 anliegen und so den Schlitten auf der Schiene führen und lagern. Die Rollen weisen hierfür entsprechende umlaufende Kerben zur Aufnahme der Schienenkanten auf. Durch die diagonale Anordnung sind einerseits eine Seitenwand und die Unterseite der Schiene zugänglich, andererseits wird die durch die asymmetrische Anordnung der Trägerplatte entstehenden Kraftkomponente kompensiert. Vorzugsweise sind zwei Rollenpaare vorhanden, ein unteres 6' und ein oberes 6.
Claims (10)
- Weiche für eine Einschienen-Transportanlage mit einer Hauptförderstrecke (H) und mindestens einer Nebenförderstrecke (N),wobei die Einschienen-Transportanlage eine Führungs- und Tragschiene (3) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt und auf der Schiene (3) mittels Rollen (6) geführt gelagerte Warentransportwagen (T) aufweist, wobei die Rollen (6) an zwei diagonal voneinander beabstandeten Kanten der Schiene (3) anliegen, und ferner mindestens eine parallel zur Schiene (3) verlaufende und beabstandet unterhalb dieser angeordnete Schleppkette (2) aufweist, wobei jeder Transportwagen (T) einen Mitnehmer (7) aufweist, der auf der Schleppkette (2) aufliegt, so dass der Transportwagen (T) mittels Friktion einzeln beförderbar ist,wobei die Weiche ein Weichenelement der Hauptförderstrecke (H) und ein Weichenelement (N) der Nebenförderstrecke (N) umfasst,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Weichenelement der Hauptförderstrecke (H) zweigeteilt ist und aus einem Weichenherz (80) und einer Weichenzunge (81) besteht, wobei sich das Weichenherz (80) auf einer ersten Seite in Richtung der Hauptförderstrecke (H) und auf der gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite in Richtung der Nebenförderstrecke (N) erstreckt und wobei die Weichenzunge (81) zur Schliessung der Hauptförderstrecke (H) an der zweite Seite des Weichenherzes (80) anliegt, wobei mindestens die rollenführende Kante geschlossen ist und entgegen einer Federkraft von dieser Seite wegschwenkbar ist,dass das Weichenelement der Nebenförderstrecke aus einer Weichenschiene (84) gebildet ist, welche zur Anlage an die erste Seite des Weichenherzes (80) bringbar ist unddass die Weichenzunge (81) eine bei geschlossener Hauptförderstrecke (H) die erste Seite des Weichenherzes (80) überragende Nase (83) aufweist, mittels der die Weichenzunge (81) durch die Weichenschiene (84) schwenkbar ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichenschiene (84) gebogen ist.
- Weiche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichenschiene (84) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse der Weichenschiene (84) innerhalb der Weichenschiene (84) liegt.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse der Weichenschiene (84) ausserhalb der Weichenschiene (84) liegt, dass das von der Hauptförderstrecke abgewandte Ende kreisförmig gebogen ist und dass ein weiteres Schienenelement der Weiche vorhanden ist, welches formschlüssig an diesem Ende anschliesst.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (84') der Weichenschiene (84) mindestens annähernd auf deren halber Strecke angeordnet ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (84') der Weichenschiene (84) am von der Hauptförderstrecke (H) abgewandten Ende angeordnet ist.
- Weiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Weichenschiene (84) transversal verschiebbar ist.
- Einschienen-Transportanlage mit einer mindestens einer Weiche gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der Schleppkette der Nebenförderstrecke (N) über die Schleppkette (2) der Hauptförderstrecke (H) erfolgt.
- Einschienen-Transportanlage gemäss Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleppkette der Nebenförderstrecke (N) mittels eines Kettenrades mit der Schleppkette (2) der Hauptförderstrecke (H) verbunden ist.
