Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen einer Materialbahn (20), vorzugsweise Papierbahn, die eine Gesamt-Bahnbreite (B) aufweist, bei welchem Verfahren aus jeder Teilbahn eine Wickelrolle (21, 22) gebildet wird und die Wickelrollen auf zwei aus Wickel-Tragwalzen (15, 16, 17) gebildeten Wickelbetten aufliegen, wobei jede der Tragwalzen individuell antreibbar ist, ferner bei welchem Verfahren man - zumindest im Anfangsbereich eines Wickelvorganges - wenigstens eine der sich bildenden Wickelrollen mittels wenigstens einer Belastungswalze (1, 2) an das betreffende Tragwalzen-Paar andrückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als die genannte Wickelrolle (21, 22) eine im mittleren Bereich der Gesamt-Bahnbreite (B) befindliche Wikkelrolle auswählt, und daß man die Belastungswalze (1, 2) unabhängig von den Tragwalzen (15-17) antreibt, so daß die Belastungswalze einen beliebig einstellbaren Anteil des insgesamt auf die wenigstens eine Wickelrolle zu übertragenden Drehmoments in die Wickelrolle einleitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man mehreren im mittleren Bereich der Gesamt-Bahnbreite (B) befindlichen Wickelrollen (21, 22) je wenigstens eine individuell antreibbare Belastungswalze (1, 2) zuordnet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man sämtlichen Wickelrollen je wenigstens eine individuell antreibbare Belastungswalze zuordnet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Höhe des mittels der Belastungswalze in die Wickelrolle einzuleitenden Drehmoments in Abhängigkeit von einer sich ändernden Prozeß-Größe, z.B. mit zunehmendem Wickelrollen-Durchmesser, variiert, z.B. verringert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Höhe der auf die Wickelrolle wirkenden Belastungskraft und die Höhe des genannten Drehmoments gemeinsam in Abhängigkeit vom zunehmendem Wickelrollen-Durchmesser (vorzugsweise selbsttätig und kontinuierlich) verringert.
- Wickelmaschine zum Durchführen des im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Verfahrens, mit zwei aus Wickel-Tragwalzen (15, 16, 17) gebildeten Wickelbetten zur Aufnahme von Wickelrollen (21, 22), die aus längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen einer Materialbahn (20) mit einer Gesamt-Bahnbreite (B) entstehen, ferner mit je einem individuell steuerbaren Antrieb (M1-M3) für jede der Tragwalzen sowie mit wenigstens einer Belastungswalze (1, 2), die auf eine der Wickelrollen aufsetzbar ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese wenigstens eine Belastungswalze (1, 2) einer im mittleren Bereich der Gesamt-Bahnbreite (B) entstehenden Wickelrolle (21, 22) zugeordnet ist, und mit einem individuell steuerbaren Antrieb (M) versehen ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belastungswalze (1, 2) an einer Hubeinrichtung (5) gelagert ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der auf die Wickelrolle wirkenden Belastungskraft mittels der Hubeinrichtung (5) steuerbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belastungswalze (1, 2) mittels der Hubeinrichtung (5) von der größer werdenden Wickelrolle (21, 22) entfernbar ist.
