Abstract
Claims (5)
- Injecteur pour système d'injection de carburant, comportant:une aiguille d'injection (2) disposée dans un carter d'injecteur (1), qui est sollicitée par un ressort d'injecteur (7) contre un siège d'injecteur (36), et qui peut ouvrir et fermer au moins un orifice d'injecteur (37, 38),une arrivée de carburant (12), qui est reliée, par une première chambre sous pression (11), à une première surface de commande, et, par une deuxième chambre sous pression (41), à une deuxième surface de commande de l'aiguille d'injection (2), une pression sur la première surface de commande appliquant l'aiguille d'injection (2) sur le siège d'injecteur associé (36) et une pression sur la deuxième surface de commande levant l'aiguille d'injection (2) du siège d'injecteur (36),un dispositif d'actionnement, qui commande une aiguille d'injection (27) pour décharger de la pression la première surface de commande en vue de commander l'injection de carburant,la première chambre sous pression (11) étant reliée à l'arrivée de carburant (12) par un ajutage primaire (14), et, par un ajutage secondaire (32), à une chambre de détente (31),le dispositif d'actionnement comporte un actionneur piézo-électrique (20), qui commande, au moyen d'un dispositif de transformation hydraulique (19), l'aiguille d'injection (27) commandant le passage au travers de l'ajutage secondaire (32), eten ce qu'entre l'aiguille d'injection (27) et le carter d'injecteur (1), ainsi qu'entre un piston primaire (19), présentant le dispositif d'actionnement, et un piston secondaire (39), ainsi qu'entre le piston primaire (19) et le carter d'injecteur (1), sont prévus des interstices au travers desquels peut se produire une faible fuite, ce qui a pour effet qu'une chambre de travail (28) est toujours remplie de fluide, et que, lors de dilatations thermiques, l'actionnement de commande piézo-électrique a une position initiale rattrapant les jeux, soumise à une précontrainte de pression, et définie de façon univoque.
- Injecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (20) est au contact d'un piston primaire (19),en ce qu'un piston secondaire (39) est guidé dans le piston primaire (19), en ce que le piston primaire (19), le piston secondaire (39) et le carter d'injecteur (1) délimitent une chambre de travail (28),en ce que la chambre de travail (28) est remplie de liquide, de façon, lorsque le piston primaire (19) se déplace, à faire déplacer le piston secondaire (39) dans le sens opposé au mouvement du piston primaire (19),en ce que le piston secondaire (39) est relié à l'aiguille d'injection (27) qui est en contact avec un siège d'injecteur (40),en ce que lorsqu'il se produit une déformation de l'actionneur piézo-électrique (20), le piston secondaire (39) se déplace dans le sens opposé au piston primaire (19), et l'aiguille d'injection (27) se soulève du siège d'injecteur (40), de telle façon que l'ajutage secondaire (15) s'ouvre.
- Injecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de détente (31) est réalisée sous la forme d'un autre ajutage.
- Injecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ajutages primaire (14) et secondaire (32) sont dimensionnés de telle façon que le débit volumique de carburant, se réglant au moment de l'ouverture de l'aiguille d'injection (27) et traversant l'ajutage secondaire (32), soit plus grand que celui traversant l'ajutage primaire (14).
- Injecteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'aiguille d'injection (27) est réalisée sous la forme d'une vanne à siège, qui règle le degré de l'ouverture de l'ajutage secondaire (32), située à l'opposé de la chambre sous pression (11).
