Claims (16)
- Bodenschwelle (10), insbesondere Türschwelle, mit einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Unterteil (15), das trittseitig zumindest zum Teil mit einem Oberteil (16) bekleidet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) aus trittfestem Schaum besteht, der das Oberteil (16) groß flächig unterstützt.
- Bodenschwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) trittseitig von dem Oberteil (16), von einem Schwellendeckel (17) und von einer Innenblende (18) bekleidet ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) allseitig bis auf eine Bodenfläche (19) bekleidet ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) und ein bodenseitiges Stützteil (20) einstückig aus trittfestem Schaum ausgebildet sind oder daß zwischen dem Unterteil (15) und dem Stützteil (20) eine Trennebene (21) vorhanden ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützteil (20) und das Unterteil (15) mittels mindestens einer Befestigungsrippe (22) und mindestens einer Befestigungsrille (23) zusammengebaut sind.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützteil (20) frontseitig und/oder bauseitig Befestigungsrippen (22) und/oder -rillen (23) zum Anbau von geschäumten Bauteilen, Dichtungsbahnen oder -folien hat.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) und/oder das Stützteil (20) im wesentlichen aus Polynrethan-Schaum besteht.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwellendeckel (17) und/oder die Innenblende (18) eine Abdichtstelle (39) für das Türprofil (12) aufweisen.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwellendeckel (17) im wesentlichen aus weichelastischem Kunststoff und/oder aus Gummi besteht.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenblende (18) aus Aluminium und/oder Kunststoff ausgebildet und auf das Unterteil (15) aufgeklebt und/oder in eine innenseitige Längsnut (24) des Unterteils (15) eingerastet ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenblende (18) eine bodenseitige Dichtlippe (25) hat.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (16) aus Aluminium und/oder aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (16) mit einer Halterippe (26) versehen ist, an der sich der Schwellendeckel (17) mit einer Deckelkante (27) abstützt und daß die andere Deckelkante (28) an einer geschäumten Widerlagerrippe (29) des Unterteils (15) abgestützt ist.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (15) trittseitig eine Längsnut (30) aufweist, in die Stege (31, 32) des Oberteils (16) klemmend, klebend oder verrastend eingreifen.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (16) Stege (31, 32) aufweist, welche einen Einschraubkanal (33) in Schwellenlängsrichtung bilden.
- Bodenschwelle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwellendeckel (17) mit Fußrippen (34, 35) auf dem Schaum des Unterteils (15) aufliegt, zwischen denen ein Freiraum (36) zur Aufnahme eines das geschäumte Unterteil (15) belastenden Kopfes (38) eines Befestigungsmittels (37) vorhanden ist.
